Great service, I had a mobility scooter that had a flat tire. I got a new tire but couldnt find anyone to put it on the rim. Buddys was the only place that said bring it in and we will try. Half hour later got a call it was done. Great customer service from Keith also.

I looked around and this was one of only a few truck toppers places around locally.The service was great and even though it took a while to get the topper they did a great job installing it. Once the topper was delivered their service was fast.

It has been 4 years since buying my van. Today I had a problem with the after warranty insurance company that was sold to me. Dale one one the owners jumped on the phone and helped me straighten it out. This company gives service after the sale and will stand up for you if you are a client. You dont see or even expect companies to go 4 years after the sale to help you. The service and compassion shown after the sale is unheard of today in this economy. This truly is a great company to do business with.

Needed a question answered and I was guided to the right place. One thing I love about Mr Dale & staff if the service that your IMS vehicle needs cant be done at their facility they will recommend you to other places where they take their own vehicles.

I used buddy’s mobility to purchase a van when I needed it to transport my husband, then again when I no longer needed the van. They were very accommodating both times, not pushy at all, at no time did I feel I was been taking advantage of. I truly recommend their services.

Tom was helpful. Wish they could have done my trailer lights I guess it was to difficult. Also wish if they could have explained how was done. I.e. was bumper removed or exhaust. I definitely recommend them for sure. My truck happens to b out of the norm for them which is understandable

I have a 2015 Toyota Tacoma and I purchased an Xtang bed cover from here. They gave excellent service and the staff was very friendly, would definitely recommend this place to anyone. This is my second Xtang bed cover, the first one I put on a Toyota Tundra and I am well pleased with there covers. The cover looks great on the truck and all I did was take my truck there and they installed it about 30 minutes.

I needed to go there for a handicap device installed in my SUV. I got there early 30 minutes or so that way I could get back on the road and beat the traffic. To my surprise a manager open the store as soon as he drove up and come out and offered for me to come in. They had me in and out with the proper paperwork invoice for the work in 20 minutes, while waiting I was very comfortable in the waiting room what the heck clean restrooms, TV with remote control right there. They had a magazine rack very organized with all current magazines. Everyone in this store came to me and introduced their self and was very nice. I would recommend Buddies to anyone who would ask.

Had an AirForce One air brake system removed from my truck. Tom quoted a price over the phone, I dropped off my truck and the work was completed within the promised time frame. Removed parts were boxed up and ready for me when I arrived. Good service, fair price. What more can you ask for? Would recommend and use again.

I just had the pleasure of amazing customer service from Buddys. I called for some trouble shooting help on a scooter I purchased used from a private seller. Dale answered the phone and was the person who answered the phone. Dale was kind , caring and was willing to help even though I did not purchase the scooter from them. To Dale it simply didnt matter all that mattered was helping me. Dale took my number and promised a phone call back within 30 minutes. I received a phone call from Cash 20 minutes later and he was able to help us over the phone. The level of service we received over the phone for free was simply amazing. In the future any mobility repairs and purchases will ONLY purchased through Buddys Holiday Mobility. As far as Im concerned they provided 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rated customer service.

I’m a paraplegic and drive with hand controls. Dale at Buddy’s has taken care of me and my vehicles for years. They are top notch and know exactly what they are doing. I enjoy doing business with them because they’re also very nice.

Had a problem keeping my Go Pro running. I had never used Buddys prior to this visit. Elaine checked me in and I gave her the reason I was there. She was very friendly and said it would be in the afternoon before Jason could check it out. I called the next morning and she explained my batteries had been overcharged causing my scooter to not hold a charge and shut down while going up an enclose. The batteries were changed and charged. Jason brought the scooter to my SUV and loaded it up. He then took the time to explain the correct amount of time to leave it on the charger. I was very pleased with the service and all involved with my delemia. I have found the ideal shop to check out any mobility scooter you may have problems with.

Not a very friendly bunch, including the owner and his wife. No one ever spoke to ke without me having to start conversation. Waited a couple of hours to get finished with my truck and headed off. Not likely to ever return unless absolutely necessary. Plenty of other places to waste my money.

Great wheelchair van rental place. Quality vans that are easy to operate and drive. Dale was very flexible with our rental as we werent sure how long we would need it. They also sell power scooters and used wheelchair vans.

Very disappointed in this business. They do not honor an agreement and have lied regarding services rendered in documents to the state. I still do not have the problem fixed with our van lift or lock down system that we transport our daughter in, who is a wheelchair and they are refusing to do the work. An estimate was given a year ago on the work needed and because the estimate was 11 months old they wanted a new estimate. So we made an appointment and before we can get there for the estimate Cash cancels the appointment stating Dale refuses to work on our van. We have been waiting on approval for funding from the state, which is a process. Their website states they work with medwaiver clients however all we have gotten is the run around and lies.Poor customer service mainly falling on Dale. Good bye Buddies and you will not get referrals from us but quite the opposite.

I have been meaning to share my experience in dealing with Buddys Holiday Truck and Van for some time but after reading the 2 google reviews today I wanted to set the record straight. We have been dealing with Buddys holiday for years and have always been very pleased with the service that we received. We used to travel 90 miles one way to Orlando if we needed work done on the wheel chair lift in our van. Not only is Buddys more convenient, the quality of work has been excellent, they deliver on time, their pricing is competitive and more importantly they STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
