Excellent experience. Dropped off two weeks ago and waited to see how pick up went. Texted from gate. Shuttle was ready. Dropped at waiting car. Never had to stop moving. Good job. And reasonably priced.

My first experience flying and using an offsite parking service was suggested to me. I am very impressed with Executive Valet, the prices were excellent and I felt much better having my car there than at the airport parking. Prompt shuttle to and from the airport and they dropped me right off at my waiting car - which had been turned on to cool down prior to my arriving. Also had optional cleaning and detailing services available. I recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Executive Parking! I got a discounted rate for paying ahead, loved the valet parking, and the shuttle was extremely timely and hassle- free. After my flight back home, the shuttle picked me up and my car was already waiting when I arrived at the parking area. I felt so VIP! Great customer service, by the time I dropped my car off into their parking lot and turned around, my vehicle was replaced by a shuttle to the airport. On my arrival back from my trip there was already a shuttle waiting for me at the airport; I didnt need to even call in to request a shuttle. When I arrived back to the parking lot I was dropped of to my car (already turned on and running). I was surprised how efficient and polite everybody was (especially considering the low price for parking). I would highly recommend anybody to try using their service. A+

My parking experience and the service related to return was excellent BUT my credit card was charged $447.81 for parking (I got a mailed receipt after reserving online for the correct charge of $54.13.) I was unable to resolve this by calling - they said charged did not go through but it is on my credit card! I will have to dispute charge with credit card company - a pain in the back-side.

If you dont want your car to be driven without your authorization on public road reconsider leaving it with executive parking.  My car on return had over 5 miles more on the odometer. Executive responded they moved the car to the back up parking  (on public road without my knowledge or any car documents).  Who would be responsible if something happen to the driver or my car?

Just picked up my vehicle which was waiting for us with the keys inside and windows cracked to let the car cool off. We purchased the deluxe detailing package and our car is spotless inside and out! Best value and a huge convenience when youre always on the go! The shuttle bus driver who brought us to the terminal and picked us up on return was fantastic and went out of his way to make sure we knew where they picked up on return. Will definitely be back and send friends/colleagues your direction.

Will definitely use Executive again in the future! All the staff was wonderful. When I was returning home, the shuttle bus was just pulling off from the airport. He must have seen me coming, stopped and backed up. I thought that was just great and was so thankful I didnt have to wait. I parked there on a recent trip. They are close to the airport. I got great service with VERY short wait time. When they picked me up and brought me back, my car was waiting for for me . Running and ready to go.

Great facility, open all hours of day. Located a couple miles from RSW. Prompt service and very easy check in process. Upon returning, called with ticket number and they had car ready! Would highly recommend as a cheaper alternative to parking at RSW.

Anytime we take a vacation we always use executive. Their prices are much cheaper than competitors and they always go the extra mile to make your trip effortless and enjoyable right from the time you drop your car off to when they send a shuttle and have your car waiting with AC already on!

Awful. Dropped off my perfectly running car and 6 days later battery dead and said I needed to have it towed. Because it is a manual BMW with a key fob you must turn off the car twice. Once for the engine and the other the battery. Which of course they didnt do. My battery is so dead it now must be towed to a dealer in Maine. It was barely able to be jump started to get picked up for car carrier. Of course they deny any responsibility . A very well maintained Florida car with a 2 year old new battery that never would have been dead if they understood how to operate a vehicle. Never again!

The drop off for the airport was awesome and quick. The return pickup spot at RSW is a long walk from the terminal, which I didnt enjoy. But while they had my car I had a complete detail and it was FANTASTIC! They did a great job and my car looks like new again! THANKS to the detail crew!

The price seemed fair enough, and the drop-off experience went as should be expected. But when we returned, the process was far less than smooth.After getting our baggage, I called the number on the claim check and said we were ready for pick-up. Standing outside of baggage claim, there was curb-side drop off, and in the median was the shuttle bus operation. Just to be sure, I asked if should wait by the building or out at the median. The clerk said that we had to go to the pick-up spot, because they would be fined if they picked up next to the terminal. So we waited at the median.......and waited....and waited.After 20 minutes or so, I called back to see what the delay was. The clerk asked if I was at the pick up spot. I told her that we had been standing at the median since my first call, and that it shouldnt take 20 minutes to get there.Turns out the we werent even CLOSE to the Pick Up Spot. We still had a lot of walking to do, along the front of the terminal, into the parking garage, all the way through the parking garage, across another road, and FINALLY to the Pick Up Spot.Now Im sure that the spot is designated by the airport, so they really have no choice, but Executive Valet failed to ensure that we knew that the Pick Up Spot existed, let alone where it was. And when I called back the second time, there was no scintilla of an apology for not making sure I knew where to be - she simply said I TOLD YOU TO GO TO THE PICK-UP SPOT!So heres a little advice to the folks at Executive Valet Parking: When your paying customers return from their trip and call you for pick-up, your response might be something like this: Well meet you at the Pick Up Spot. Do you know where the pick up spot is located?Unfortunately, because of this extremely poor customer service, we wont be using or recommending this company in the future.

We came back from a vacation with two checked bags, 2 carry-on, a stroller, car seat and baby. Service was prompt and courteous, but what really stood out was when it started pouring and the driver went above and beyond, parking the shuttle underneath the awning and getting soaked to get our car, and make the transition as seamless as possible. You have a client as long as we are in the Southwest Florida area. Thank you!!

I have used and recommended this company for years. In making a three day out of town trip earlier this week I left my vehicle at Executive Parking and requested an exterior wash and use of my earned points for the parking charges. Upon return I found that I was charged for three days parking. When calling Executive Parking I was told that for some reason I hadnt been provided credit against my free parking and they would credit my account. I questioned how may free days remained and was told that there were none that the remaining were lost after you claimed any free days. I replied when this was a change and was told it had always been that way to which I replied that was not true in that I had days of free parking spread over multiple trips. I was told that I could talk to the manager to which I declined.I have not only received credits applied until used up in the past but was even credited a days parking toward my future accumulation when using a free parking day. The CURRENT statement on Executive Parkings website indicates a week of free parking when accumulating 45 days of parking. Perhaps they should change their statement to Effective __ __ ____Free Parking per trip, not to exceed seven days when accumulating 45 days of paid parking.I have been a happy customer for a number of years and now question the ethics associated with practices and certainly recognize that there has been a change in practices that is not positive.Fred Palmer

Very professional experience. In full disclosure, on my visit prior to this last one they had some issues with a new system or new ownership, cant quite remember but, I was treated properly after expressing my frustration and promised the issue wouldnt happen again. It certainly didnt upon my most recent visit. The entire team, including Quentin the driver, knocked it out of the park. Im actually looking forward to my next flight so I can drop my vehicle off with this class act.Thanks guys!

I used Executive parking a few years ago in the old location. The service was great and I remember the pricing being great as well. Its been a few years since flying out of RSW but planned on using them again. Saw they had a black friday special and decided to book. What a shock. The price of parking for 10 days with 40% off was only $6 cheaper than parking at the airport. So without the 40% it would have been significantly cheaper to park at the airport. We decided we will just skip it rather than prepay and be stuck if something happens. The service was fine when we used it but its absolutely not worth paying more for.

My husband and I left our car there fo 4 days, when we returned around 9:00pm one of the tires was flat had a big nail. they must have tried to put air in it because they lost one of the tires cap. my husband had to fix it and the staff didnt even offer to help. I sent an email to the manager and until this day i have not heard back it already has been about a month. really bad customer service seriously!!!!

Cheap - For a reasonI live in SW Florida.. As such, Ive never used the heat in my car.. But Ive come back to find the heat on full blast. Theres NO REASON for them to turn on the heat when theyre moving the car only so far as to park it.. Unless of course.. Someone is sleeping in the car. The seats are adjusted for whoever theyre letting use your car while youre parked there, and management doesnt care. Yeah, its more expensive to park at the airport, but at least your car doesnt become a motel for homeless people. Its worth the added expense not to have that happening
