El último servicio que me brindó Mundo Hispano fue muy complicado de resolver, pero aun así Mundo Hispano buscó respuestas hasta que al final lograron obtener mis documentos que en otros lugares me dijeron que no se podían hacer. Algo que me gusta mucho de este lugar es que siempre tienen una sonrisa y amabilidad para sus clientes, por mi parte les doy 5 * y más.Gracias Mundo Hispano!

My and my husbands experience with these people was very bad if I could give them zero stars. These people do not have good professional ethics and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. My husband was charged almost $ 100 dollars to complete an itin number process.This was in February and in this month of June he received a letter from the IRS telling him that his application was rejected because these people had their CAA license expired but Mrs. Sandra Quiroga still Knowing that she did not have permission to do this type of procedure, she cheated my husband and when my husband went to talk to her, she did not want to return all her money because according to her this is not her fault. My advice is to be very careful around these people and to go with a professional company rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes.

In my 2 or 3 visits to Mundo Hispano Corp. I have seen 3 workers: two South Americans and one Caribbean. Not so, the service of the Caribbean, Paola, is highly exceptional for her professionalism. So, that encourages and invites to return to feel that you are in good hands. However, I do not explain why you have to pay in cash when today we have breakfast, lunch and even dinner technology. I paid $ 145.00 for a shipment. First of all, it was $ 25.00 in cash since credit cards are not welcome, something weird, isnt it? However, that $ 25.00 I paid for the box is credited to the shipping payment. I asked if I could take a picture of the receipt in case I lost it under the torrential rains of the season. He burst, one of the South Americans to demand that I have to take the receipt or else I lose the $ 25.00 After 2 or 3 days I call in the morning to check the time they close. I dont know, if it was the same South American, but he told me at 6:00 pm. I arrived at 4:45 pm and I find that the place is closed after having repeatedly asked.
