These people are disrespectful, rude, ignorant & disgusting. They don’t know how to treat their customers. Do NOT GO HERE!!!! They try to act better than you because they are tax preparers. First learn how to be professional, or maybe have a supervisor/owner or whomever is in charge to teach their employees to be professional & respectful to their clients, THATS IF they have someone who actually has good morals & values. How is it that you go to ask a question & in response you get humiliated and disrespected. Never again will I step foot in this place.

Great customer service and a great place to do your taxes I love going with Ingrid She explains everything and she will answer any question you have. Her dad is the same way they are really good people and they help people by answering any questions you have and explain everything love going with them.

Bad services. Be careful when you need to make a translation of any legal document. I have been waiting for my documents for about a week, when they were ready, all my documents had several errors. The receptionist just told us, we are human. We need people who do their job well. I do not recommend it. 😆😆😆

Poor customer servise. even though i was being polite, I was called a liar and treated like a nuisance in front of many people. I do not recommend this place. People deserve to be treated like people.
