This place is SO awesome. Its bowling with a flare. Colored lanes that go along with a variety of bowling games to choose from. Its literally a new spin on an old game. The food was outstanding. The servers were attentive. We will definitely go back again soon.

HeadPinz Fort Myers went above and beyond to accommodate Special Olympics - Lee County Bowling League! They hosted an 8 week season, followed by an inter-county competition. Food and service were great! Manager Tristan worked hard to make the experience for our Athletes top-notch. Barb made the weekly score sheets easy to read and track to ease up the job of our volunteers! Thanks! Hope to be back next year!

Great place for fun! We Love the laser tag facilities here! Great location for a large birthday party or gathering. The kiddos love the arcade and the rope courseas well.

Had a great time with the family. The bowling lanes were nice. The arcade was decent. Some of the games my son wanted to play and VR was out of order. The food was okay as well. The kids had fun and Id go again. Would be good for a couples time too.

Nothing special. Ive heard good things but could not find them. There were 6 open lanes for over 20 minutes but told us itd be a 3 hour wait. Odd right? For a bowling alley the pizza was great.

I attended a special event there today. I had heard about it but never been there.Its a Beautiful State of the Art Bowling Center. Beautiful Lanes and seating areas. An Awesome Game Room. A Delightful Lounge and Bar.There was a buffet set-up for our group with multiple items available, excellent food. Kudos to their Staff also, very pleasant.Go Check It Out and be sure to visit the Memorabilia room. Lanes 1-2-3-4 and more.

Nice place. With arcade, bowling, laser tag, and bar with pool tables. We were the only people playing pool this afternoon. Just great.

Came to play some pool with the cousins and get some food. Alec, our server, advised us of some staffing issues in the kitchen and that food orders were running a bit behind. Alec also provided regular updates on our orders. He also told us that the managers were stepping in to pick up the slack. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, fresh, hot and delicious. Alec used his recently acquired public relations and communications skills from college, to turn what could have been a bucket of lemons, into lemonade for all his customers, the evening of June 25, 2021.

Love Tristan, I go there for the league, I wish the wait staff came over to us more often. When we have Francis she is fantastic otherwise we dont see anyone after we start bowling. Ordering a personal pizza shouldnt take almost an hour

The reason I gave 4 stars is due to a long wait in line every time to check in for bowling. The line is huge with one kid working the counter. The staff is very friendly and the pizza was really good. The game area is ok but a good amount of the games were not working.

OK. Here we go. Mixed review. On one end there was a ton of activities for the kids on a rainy afternoon or another it was so inconvenient. The games were incredibly inflated price wise. A dollar fifty to play one game.... wowza! The wait on the bowling alley was expected. The service at the alley???? None? There were three bars, yet only one was open leaving a long line. Couldnt tell what there was food wise or what the system was for ordering. We were able to order a few beers and couple pitchers of soda, but would have got food if there was a better system and less of a wait in line. All in all it was OK. Hindsight there are other places like this in the area like Dave and Busters and others.

Fun place for the kids. They have covid specials which are quite affordable. We bowled, played laser tag and they got an hour in the arcade playing unlimited games. Fun afternoon

This busses should be ashamed of the way they run their business. I came here with my family to have a good time on their arcade. While playing the Big bass spin my daughter hit the 1000 point mark and and got a second spin and hit just the 30 points. We celebrated the 1000 point hit when I check the card point on the machine only the 30 point where apply to the card. I went and talk to a attendant and he explained that the machine is programed to not give you the 1000 point. I refuse to accept that because the machine shows 1000 point. I told them I wanted talk to a manager. The manager told us that you have to hit it 2 times to get the 5000. I understand that but do not understand the 1000 point that my daughter hit now my daughter is sad and I have to explain that this business is a scam and dishonest. I have been looking for a a phone # to contact corporate and cant find anything online.

We loved it because this is not just the bowling alley I yes we did go bowling but we also went back the next week and we played the video games some of the best video games Ive ever played in my life and also its not just in arcade they have the best food Ive had in a year or so and also its not just the restaurant they have laser tag they have a monkey bars they got its all around great experience keep up the good work thank you headpinzs

Come bowling with my girlfriend, had to wait an hour, no problem with us, we sat at the bar and had some drink and food. Joey the bartender was fantastic. Knew how to treat customers and was very respectful. We will definitely be back and I hope Joey is bartending !!!! -Kyle and ash ps management you need to give this man a raise!! He had a FULL bar all night and I did not hear one person complain about his service! Thank you Joey for such a great night !!!!

New employee, Ashley took care us and made us feel like she cared and went out of her way to make sure we were properly serviced. Headpinz was short staffed, we had a reservation in the VIP room, no server. All it took was for me to bring it to Ashleys attention; she then went out of her way to make sure our table and area was clean, we received the food and drinks we ordered in a timely fashion and followed up to make sure we were good to go. Ashleys customer service and professionalism was second to none! If i did not ask, I could have swore she was a manager, she definitely acted like one, and in my opinion is worth the position. Thank you Ashley! :)

Came for a work event. Great service. Brianna saw us waiting in a big group and called us over to her counter and had excellent customer service! Carried 13 peoples shoes all by herself over to our lane in one trip!

Fun! Lazer tag is a little over 9 bucks for 15 min. Even when my bf and I played, we were with a bunch of kids. Still fun. The kids provided quite a rousing game! Also a ropes course, bowling, full bar, food etc. Decent entertainment when you need something fun to do. Masks not required.

Place is trash. Multiple lanes open but apparently you can reserve them months in advance and they are closed till the people arrive one day meanwhile the customers that are actually here cant use un used lanes. Definitely wont be back. Feel bad for the people out here need more things to do. So much potential but poorly ran..

Staff double booked our lane 51 minutes into our 2 hour game, tried to move us from a VIP lane to a regular lane, and refused to give us a refund otherwise. Poor customer service all around. Better off going to Game Time.

They have everything! Bowling lots of games, laser tag rope climbing and a restaurant with great food. My kids really enjoyed!

Took the kids bowling on a rainy day. Pinz is more expensive than other bowling alleys in the area but they are supposed to have the extra features like bumpers for the kids and a nice clean facility. The lane was full of the previous groups drinks and pizza garage that we had to clean up and the ball selection was minimal. Set up the lane with bumpers and started bowling but none ever deployed for the kids. Informed the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it. Nobody ever showed up as we completed the first game. Asked to move lanes but were assured someone was coming to fix it. Nobody ever did. Kids got frustrated throwing gutterballs and quit halfway through the second game. $80 for 1.5 games and we left unhappy. I will try Gater Lanes next time.

Had a birthday party here....spending lots of money...ordered the colossal pizza and they came to get us when it was ready and it was already a little cold and was obviously overcooked. I went to the manager to say something and he just shrugged and said it was cooked and out. I asked if maybe we could get a smaller, fresher one and he just stared at me blankly. This pizza was paper thin. I have had it here before and enjoyed it and last time it was much better quality. Come to find out that the man I talked to, Jeff, was the GM of the entire location. Im very disappointed in the customer service, or lack of, that I received. I have always loved and enjoyed Headpinz and was very unhappy to be treated that way. I will be attempting to not return or keep my visits to very rare occasions. All the pizza you see in the picture got left. We barely ate any and had planned on taking leftovers home but were so disappointed, decided not to.

I took my softball team for an outing at HeadPinz. They were fantastic! The staff was very courteous and took great care of us. Everything was great from the check-in to the bowling to the food. I would highly recommend HeadPinz for a great team outing!!

We were duped.... Drove 30 mins with my son right after opening today to use our Kids Bowl Free summer promotion which Headpinz lists themselves as lanes available before 5 PM on Saturday. I also paid extra to get the family member pass.Unfortunately we were told there were no lanes available (even though half of them were) and that pass can only be used on the weekdays.If thats the case, you shouldnt list the pass availability as on weekends until 5 PM?Feel ripped off definitely for buying the family pass as I work during the week and weekends before 5 is the only time I could actually use the thing.

Very disappointed this time, the manager came out of the office yelling at all the customers telling us that the games was over and to go home. Even after he saw that everyone was already changing into their own shoes when we noticed the lanes were shot off. Very unprofessional and rude, I hope higher management sees this post and address the issue.

This place was amazing the 1st 2 times I came here all I can say is this place needs new management. All the employees seem like scatter brains who dont know or care whats going on. I spent over 300 dollars not counting the Groupon deal and after things in laser tag were not working right the manager told me he cant refund laser tag because its Groupon

We used the upgrade to the smaller room. It was very clean and fun. The atmosphere is great and the staff was helpful, the cleaning staff was on top of all that was happening. Highly recommend if you and your family enjoy bowling.

Bit pricy but its worth the fun and everything this place has to offer.

My two boys 5 and 2 and I had a blast! We did their special 2hr vip package. It was great because it put us in a more spaced out separate area and away from too many people so as to not disturb any serious bowlers nearby. We ordered from the restaurant and it was good. Portions are gigantic so beware.

A positive lazer tag was awesome. Negatives or room for improvement is staff attitude and grouping a lot instead of helping customers. Arcade is seriously a mess!! Half the games don’t work and are falsely advertising prizes after the game not points!! Staff in there which was like 10 people all talking instead of helping customers! Then when you as question as it’s your first time. The prize room is seriously a joke . YOU HAVE NO PROZES IN THERE AND THE POINT AMOUNT IS CRAZY ITS EITHER OVER A 1000 of under 50! IT IS EMPTY!! The food area is managed poorly no where to sit to eat and when you ask about it no one has a answer!! We left in short and ate somewhere else and honestly the best part was lazer tag but we won’t come back for just that there is other places.

Went here for the first time with the family and it was a lot of fun! I THINK youre supposed to be wearing a mask (our family did) but I saw a lot of people without but who cares as long as they stay away from our family and everyone minds their own business. A little pricier than other bowling places but thats expected. Shoes cost extra too on top of the lane reservations and expect to be pushed back like 20 minutes on busy weekends for your reservation but theres an arcade and bar that you can use while you wait so no problem as long as youre not a Karen.TL;DRFun and affordable for a big group and severe absence of Karens which is awesome!! Definition of you get what you pay for.

Not really good experiences, employees are always all new and have no idea what to do, you have to get an appointment ticket for each laser tag even if you have unlimited and then the employee forget to come let you in and you miss your time slot. 3 times I had to turn around or leave cause they had party and they dont tell you, they let you buy a pass and at 9:30 they tell you that you have to leave cause they have a private party.

Great for dates and date night with kids where they can spend time in the arcade, laser tag, and do the rope courses. The bar area is adult approved yet kids can still be in there ti eat. Most times, if not all were in the arcade. Nice to see a few security guards as well.

I go to HeadPinz with a girlfriend of mine who loves to play pong 🏓. Its $12 / hr and its a nice table in a room where you can shut the doors.

Horrible experience. Kids running around everywhere with no supervision. Throwing balls down any lane causing them to lock the lane up. I had to go to the desk over and over to get it unlocked. Why do they have birthday parties in the VIP lanes? Never had anyone ask my family for drinks or anything. I will not be returning and giving this place anymore money.

Is there fun stuff to do? Sure. But its very over priced. And the staff are very misleading about the information they provide when making reservations. I wont be going back. Or spend my money here ever again. Youre better off going to a dave and busters, or a different bowling alley.

Came here over the weekend with my siblings. Service Was BAD they really need to train their staff better. I don’t know if he was new or not. We are bowling and we ask for a waitress and they say they will send someone over to our lane and no one came! We ask the sec time no one show up so we ask the THIRD TIME, that’s when the waiter came. We ask for beer and water and took 15-25 min. That is when he bring it over, then we ask for cups. Never even came back to give us cups not even to check in on us. So my siblings went up and grab it her self. We notes he was just stating there behind the bar must of got distracted watching people bowling. I sure hope next time we don’t have this problem.We love coming here when we are on vacation. We was gonna order pizza but no one ever came back. We knew that if someone did came it would take hr for the pizza to come out or hr for the next person to serve us.I really hope they teach their staff or higher more over the weekend if that’s the problem.The bowling alley we first went to had problems and we let them know. Happen Again the second they fix it then broke again. That’s when we complain and they moved us to the vip area and they rest our time for another hr. That one thing I will say was Handel just right.

Fun family time. Everything was great except we waited a long time for our pizza and when it finally arrived parts had doughy crust still- kids didnt say anything about it til we left. All in all great time , we will return, VERY GLAD THIS PLACE IS OPEN STILL 😉

Lasertag is hit with my family and work mates. For corporate events, do try the VIP bowling lanes with dedicated bar and laneside service. We had a blast when we booked out 4 of the 8 VIP lanes.

I hope someone in management/ownership is reading the reviews and taking appropriate action. I found Headpinz on the map and thought it looked interesting. I may still go but after reading the reviews, I may not. 😬

The entire front desk was very disorganized!!!! We had to get a refund because they lost our 1st reservation!!! So we made a 2nd reservation for 3:30 and yet they lost that one too!! Tgey made NO EFFORT to even make amends for their mistakes!!! Its not like we live in the area!!! I am VERY DISSATISFIED with the way it was handled!

Not normally a complainer, but I will not likely return to this place. Went bowling and on the first frame my rented shoes would not slide on the approach which caused me to fall face forward. I didnt get hurt, but I could not bowl properly for fear of falling again.Requested new shoes and they did not slip properly either. Also, the ball kept coming back with an oily feel. (Never broke a hundred).Went to the restroom and it was not as clean as it should have been. One paper towel dispenser was empty and used towels way overflowed the trash can.The lane was timed rather than framed for a game. We had to beg to be able to let the last player finish her round. Just didnt care for the evenings round of bowling; it wasnt worth the price.

Probably the worst bowling ally I’ve ever been to. The shoes don’t slide and they don’t have powder. They are so terrible understaffed it’s embarrassing. One bar tender for a packed bowling ally so expect 20 minutes for a drink. Do poorly run don’t bother

Great place to spend time with family

Head an excellent time here celebrating my son’s birthday party. We were just a small group of 4 so I didn’t bother with a birthday package or anything like that but we did the Thursday VIP” deal your way” special or whatever it’s called which came with one hour of bowling in a VIP lane (which was worth it for only $10 more than standard), unlimited laser tag and unlimited sky walk.The bowling was super fun and came with chips and salsa. The manager gave us a $10 arcade card and a thank you note for booking with them. They have something called hyper bowl which gives traditional bowling a twist and because the point of the game is to hit the bumpers, it made it a lot of fun for my 7 year old.Laser tag was great and so was sky walk. The attendants were helpful and patient with the kids. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

This place is honestly terrible. The service here is so bad. The bartender doing faces when you order drinks. The waiters acting dumb in the back instead of taking your order. One girl took our order and NEVER BROUGHT OUR FOOD. Some random guy did and she charged us for something that we never ordered, to top it off it was charged and, and never brought out in the first place? The quality here went down so bad.

Fun place to go to with lots of weekday specials to save money. Laser tag and bowling are very fun! The lights and music really get everybody going and everyone in the party leaves happy.They make good drinks, although the food is pretty meh (fries came out to me cold, calamari was a bit bland). Average, nothing to extraordinary. Mixed drinks are okay.

Absolutely no one was wearing mask no where. Employees also not warning mask and not social distance enforcer. No covid guidelines being enforced within the building. Wishing to go but y is priority during these times wish safety was a priority.

The wings had blood and the fish was still raw. The lady Kayla we spoke to organize my nephews party was missing and it was mess. There was a very helpful guy named Horacio and a lady named Victoria that made sure the food was re-cooked.

I went to celebrate my sons 7th birthday taking in a total of 12 kids I purchased 28 rounds of laser tag we stood in line for over a hour as the staff Tyler kept telling us we had to wait because it was to many of us as he let others in I went to speak with a manager Jasmine she did get us right in after waiting so long but she only allowed the kids to do one round because she had other paying customers waiting as if I didnt pay my money for my son to enjoy his birthday I took the kids over to Nemos to eat and let me say the waitress Alexa was great she was very nice and friendly with the kids I would not be spending my money with there company ever again

We paid for the arcade/laser tag. Laser tag course was great, but had to track down staff when it was our time to play because no one showed up. The arcade games are in desperate need of some tlc. Air hockey is falling apart, basketballs get stuck and 1/2 the balls on the clown toss are missing.

Im use to going to Dave n Busters back home in MO. But theres none here in Ft Myers just yet. This was me and my families first time coming here. Went for my sons 14th Bday outings. I reserved my glo bowl online for 2 hours. When I get to Headpinz we ended up getting the VIP room at no charge which was awesome, the room was very nice and the waitress was awesome and so friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The room was clean the DJ Saturday night was great his music was good. As for the food, OMG!!! Nemos burgers and fries are DELICIOUS and their pizza is Amazing too !!!! To be honest one of the best burgers Ive had in Ft Myers since Ive been here. The lanes are updated and we really loved bowing there Saturday. Were already planning to go back for 3 hours in 2 weeks. Bottom line the service was phenomenal, the food was ou of this world delicious, the atmosphere was perfect our experience was perfect. We would prefer Headpinz over Dav n Busters any day.

The place was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The bowling lanes were in good condition. The screen had animations with our pictures in them, and they were pretty funny. The arcade had a lot of games and space. There were a lot of prizes to choose from.

Expensive! But very fun! Love that you can customize bowling lanes. They also have a very nice arcade room with a virtual reality game. Nemos the restaurant is pretty good and fairly priced. Their drinks are good too LOL. I cant wait to check out the escape room they recently added. Be prepared to spend money and wait up to an hour (at peak hours) for your lane(s) to become available.

Very amazing staff, The Lazer tag was pog, my k/d ratio is still cracked also got the endgame nuke. Great time five stars.
