We rented many items for our wedding reception and all were exactly as advertised. Drop off and pick up was so easy and the staff was wonderful to work with. Sherry was our main point of contact for coordinating the items needed and she was so responsive and helpful. Love how the website had images of the items so you could see what it looked like before ordering. Highly recommend checking out their site for party/event rental needs.

Exclusive Affair Party Rentals was absolutely amazing throughout our need to postpone three times due to covid. we changed our order more times than we could count and they were so pleasant and accommodating. This company is the worst! I rented almost $6,000 worth of items from them, and had a contract long in advance of my wedding day. Three days before my wedding they called me to tell me that they were not going to string the lights the way that we agreed, and gave me a BS reason why they couldnt. Ultimately, I stuck to my guns, and they were miraculously able to give me what was in our original contract. Now, four days after the event, I get an unauthorized charge from their company for additional lights. This was never told to me, I was not aware of the additional charge, and they are not responding to my e-mails. Avoid this unprofessional and unethical company at all costs.

I was quoted $70 dollars to rent a chair (one chair) and a bubble machine for a shower. I came in to finalize and they said that they charged a $75 delivery fee. I didnt need delivery, it was one chair (shower throne). The manager refused to allow me to pick up and drop off because I might steal it. I offered a hold on my credit card, but she refused. None of this was explained on the phone and they couldnt understand why I didnt want the chair when they suddenly double the price when I come in.
