Absolutely love working for Victory. Amazing team to work with and be a part of, always making sure we’re good to go and always asking if we need anything. If we ever have any issues or questions about anything we receive a response very quickly and I absolutely appreciate that and how much Victory cares for their staff.

Ive been working with Victory a lot this past year. They have been great! Especially Laura, shes great! Always quick to answer any questions I have. Pay has never more than 3 weeks. The app is easy to use. Really awesome company :) only thing that would be a nice change is not offering jobs under 20 and hour. Most of the time thats not the case, but I do see it happen. Other than that I still recommend working with Victory!

I have worked for many companies over the years and managed many experiential marketing activations. Vinny and the people at Victory marketing make you feel like family. They are super supportive, open to ideas and suggestions, and have always had my back as a producer/manager. He gets great clients, and understands the BA/manager side of things and is willing to get his hands dirty right along with the rest of us. Something that many company owners just don’t do. I appreciate the support he’s always shown me. Additionally, I love the victory app, it’s super helpful when running events to know that your staff is clocking in and taking photos through the app. One less thing you have to worry about as the producer. Super helpful!

Great company to work for

By far the best staffing agency around. Victory usually pays their staff and BAs more per hour than their competitors, and most of the time, Im getting paid for my work much quicker than others. For example, the last event I worked for Victory, I was one of more than 300 staff members who received a paycheck just three weeks after we worked. Totally unheard of in the BA and staffing world, especially at that volume. Simply put, when I see a Victory gig come across their app, Im working it.

Ive worked with Victory for a couple years now. Always attentive to emails and questions. Vinny is absolutely amazing. Payment does take time, but those of us that work in marketing know it takes time for the companies to pay. Honestly, one of the best agencies Ive worked with.

I worked an event June 21st and called to inquire about payment as I do not live in the states and payment would take longer to get to me.The lady name Rachel explained that they do a lot in the summer and it still hasnt been 90 days yet. Then proceeded to say she will send me to Accounting and hung up the phone on me. I called back. No answer.Does your company really have to wait 90 days to pay someone? I have received pay by them before the 90 day mark and I still find this ridiculous that it would take so long.Does your company actually have a flow of money? I feel that you hold clients payment and take so long to payout employees paycheques so you can receive interest on them.Though your promotions that I have worked for are amazing, your quality in the way you treat contractors are atrocious and its needed to be known.Dont work for this company unless if you are will to wait a lifetime for your money.75 days and still no answer to emails I only started sending a week ago.

I had a great time at the event, with a great staff and manager. Unfortunately, I did this event over 2 and a half months ago and have yet to receive a paycheck, and no one will answer my calls or emails. Highly disappointed in that aspect, and wont be participating again. I worked hard that weekend, and deserve my paycheck. Further measures will be taken is this proceeds much longer.

They take up to 90 days to pay. They treat their employees like complete garbage. They think $18 an hour is awesome pay. I am sorry but no where else in the world does it take 90 days to get paid for working somewhere.They talk down to you on the phone and treat you like they think youre a child. I will NEVER again work for them. I might sign up for gigs and just not show up to give them the bad name they deserve.

I thoroughly enjoyed working my 5 events with Victory Marketing, but I am regretting working for this company 5 events in a row due to their major payroll issues. Logging into the website, their wall is covered with complaints in regards to Victory Marketing not complying with their policy of sending the paycheck within 60 days. This is the only marketing company with such a massive amount of complaints due to lack of pay and I am waiting on 5 paychecks (4 that are past the 60 day contract clause). I will continue my brand ambassador career with companies that abide by their own contract.

My experience is no experience Ive been signed up with Victoria marketing for about a year I have tons of experience I apply for everything that Im qualified for and not once have I got hired for a job so what I learned they hired their friends and their family I know this because I have been on shows trade show events where Victory is there and they hired the same people over and over again and its all friends I think its very unfair how the business is ran

Dont work for this company.. Is an abuse to contract workers for gigs and expect they can be pay in 90 days, when you personally invest money on gas and other cost that comes from traveling. When asking about the payment there not an stimated day of payment.. This company is horrible and dont care about there temporary employees situations.. If you like to volunteer and loose your time work for them.

The gig and the pay per hour was great; however, I would NOT recommend this company unless you are okay with waiting over 2.5 months for your cheque. Very frustrated with their lack of competence with their accounts and payments.

Unfortunately this company has built a reputation for taking too long to pay their BAs.. I worked at an event, and said i was with Victory Agency, and literally all the BAs that were there (5) told me it would take forever for them to pay me.. All of them had worked with Victory in the past, and none of them had anything good to say... all of them said they would never do it again.. Its now been 1 month since the event, and I have not received anything, or had anyone answer my email... I will join those 5 BAs and spread the word because this is just not acceptable. The company needs to change their practices.

Ive been working for this company for over 2 years & I would highly recommend working for them! Just keep in mind that they take 60-90 days to pay you after youve worked an event, but they always communicate when the checks/direct deposits will be coming in.

If you like to work for a company and wait OVER 90 days to get paid, then this is the company for you! I am waiting for a check from OVER 90 days ago...no one is responding and its making me think I am not going to get paid.
