I have used Molly Maids for years and really like them. They are efficient, responsive, professional, and friendly. They are always willing to work with us and help us out. With all of us working, it makes it hard to keep up with household chores. Also, Molly Maid does moving in and moving out cleans, deep cleans, standard cleans, and standard scheduled cleanings, so we can choose what works best for us at any given time with enough notification. Cannot say enough good things about their services.

The cleaning crew, Yadira and Briana, were professional, detailed, friendly and did an awesome job getting our house thoroughly cleaned. We were impressed. Hope to see the same crew on our next cleaning job.

I looked into Molly maids for a reputable company to clean my 1,000 ft² home unfurnished because I was moving out. Upon talking to the customer service desk the price was reasonable and they did come on time. My problem with the company was the 3 granite countertop were not wiped down. The house was about 70% done upon their arrival with my roomate and myself cleaned the microwave and inside the stove as well as 1 bathroom, The job really couldnt have gotten any easier for them in a brand new house, no furniture to move around completely empty. The complaintancy and laziness of the first two girls that were in there to clean really made me angry I work hard for my money and it was straightforward what needed to be done and it wasnt done so therefore I had to call back and have two other people come and finish the job, Upon noticing that I had called back and explained what had happened and the next day they had some girls come out and fix it. I had to also ask for a receipt and that included a separate $47.50 bill on my invoice that I didnt understand, on top of the $190 that I was charged for the first time. Why the $47.50 charge was on my bill how it got to the billing department is beyond me this was a rectify situation from the previous service not a charge for a separate/another service. This has been an experience that I will never repeat again with Molly maids You just have to stay on top of people. I cant recommend them. This is more than I anticipated, contacting them numerous times to get this straightened out. Ugh

I had used the service in November 2020. I was so pleased at that time that I made reservation for the same clean in February. The experience in November had two cleaners show up, cleaning done in 2.5 hours, cost $200. This time I had two cleaners show up, do the same work but it took 4 hours and cost $340. Both times the cleaners were nice and did a good job. I had not been told there was a difference in cost. This experience cost more than it was worth so I will not be using the service in the future. I would suggest getting a clear cost before booking. The second group of cleaners were not as efficient and it cost me a bit more and the company a customer.

Initial cleaning completed on 3/19. Tara and Jessica were very professional and thorough in their cleaning. They are cleaning my moms house, which she can no longer keep up on. Thanks for a great experience and we look forward to future cleanings. 😀

I am impressed. It has been a while since I have treated myself to having my home cleaned but it felt like the time to stop cleaning my own bathroom! I spoke with four maid services and Molly Maid were the most professional on the phone. Their rates were also very reasonable. Robyn set up my account and at 8AM a week later two cleaners appeared at my door! They were exceptional. Let me repeat. Exceptional. Their little touches with the kleenex box and the way they arranged things (much better than me) made the place feel cared for which is a nice feeling. I only need cleaning service one a month but whatever you need, they can help. I strongly recommend Molly Maid of Ft. Myers.

If you have children don’t use Molly Maid! They are never understanding. I have two kids and I just had hernia repair surgery. But still we always picked up kids toys and they always charge us more and told us our house was “messy.” The last time they came they didn’t wipe down our kitchen counter tops or make our bed! Absolutely unacceptable. I understand these times are difficult but not wiping down kitchen courter tops is not only gross, it’s unsanitary! One time I came home from the doctor with my son (who had an ear infection) and the cleaner started yelling at me in my ownhome! I do not recommend this company

The did an exceptional job, nice people, understand English and on time.

At first it was decent. Then it was all down hill from there. Workers not cleaning behind furniture and not a decent floor washing. They sent back workers to fix those issues. They charged us more than the agreed amount on next visit. I would not recommend this agency. There is more but I cant type that well on my cellphone.

They did exactly what they promised they would, would not hesitate to use them again.

Ive hired Molly Maid a number of times to come out and clean our home. They have always been very good, on time and attention made to details I described. The owner has stopped out for follow-ups during their cleaning on occasion. They are very professional and I happily recommend them to others! Made up a crisis to not clean my bathtub, said it had mold that could get them sick and that I had to call the fire dept. Contacted my landlord who had it hand-steamed in less than 20 minutes and the person who did it was fine. I also contacted the real fire dept, cause the number they gave me was to a small business owner who probably was going to split their profit with MM.. Firemen came in and stated it is a common problem with my condo, I just need to let the fan run for 10-20 minutes after shower. The area is not toxic or black mold like MM claimed it was. Bet THEIR firemen would have claimed it was

I have had good and bad experiences with Molly Maid services. Yesterday, we came home to find a broken glass globe covering fan light, a clogged toilet, scratched vanity in bathroom and they also left a cup of THEIR coffee on the floor in the bedroom which I almost tripped on..not a good thing to clean up after the cleaning people. Of course, it was Friday and Molly Maid doesnt return phone calls. I wonder what they have to say about this cleaning job? I refuse to pay for their ineptness yesterday or they can pay for repairs here!!!!

Behind the scenes These maids are barely paid minimum wage. They spread them out so thin they are so exhausted sceduling them one in north fort myers the next in bonita. Mind you they do Not get paid travel time on the clock. There is a time limit depending on how much you pay, meaning their expected to wipe multiple houses down top to bottom within an hours time. Now really how clean are your houses really getting. Around Thanksgiving and Christmas time they hire anyone to throw them into rotation then they are all let go once their use is over.
