The staff here is wonderful. I went to Valerie 😊 super friendly and professional and was very gentle with my Brazilian! Chris is also highly recommend by me. Those two girls are the reason why I will never switch up my wax place!

Wendy was my technician and she was amazing. literally NO PAIN for my waxing. I did my lip (top and bottom) and brows, and (sorry for so much info) my NOSE. I was so nervous! Wendy was so fast, the whole experience was totally pain free, even my lip. She was so nice and professional. I will for sure go back here, and request Wendy!

My wax specialist Ariana did such an amazing job on my Brazilian wax yesterday ❤ I explained to her about the scar tissue I had in a specific area and how I got the scar and she was so careful and gentle and made sure I was comfortable during the session. She made sure to ask if I was having any pain once she waxed over the area but she was so gentle! If Im ever in the ft. Myers area again, I will definitely rebook with her❤

Found this wax center on Google I thought it would be a great place since they had such fantastic reviews. When I first walked in it smelled great it was extremely clean and professional.I am a very insecure woman when it comes to my lady parts to be honest. I’ve had two children and I have sensitive skin. So basically my body is not how it used to be.Ariana completed my wax in a professional and timely manner. We had multiple common interests, she had great conversations, she definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable.I highly recommend their service and I will definitely be returning.

This was my first visit to European in Fort Myers, and it won’t be my last. My provider, Judy, was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and truly appreciated as a client. She was very pleasant to talk to and not at all pushy about salon products. I actually asked her about them as I loved how they made my skin feel. I visited this center while on vacation and from all my expectations were met. The front desk staff and is friendly as well. Ive been here twice and everyone is so nice and highly knowledgeable about their retail products. But both times, the latest being last week, Ive left and gotten home to find large patches of hair still in tact after a Brazilian wax and after spending $90 this last visit, this is unacceptable. I figured it may be a fluke after the first time. But after a second visit with the same issue it appears to be a pattern. I dont mind tweezing out a few random fine hairs that were missed by wax but its completely unacceptable to have to spend an additional 25 minutes doing it at home. It appears by their response to an identical review that you have a 5 day grace period, but thats kinda hard to know when it was never mentioned to me. I think I will be finding a different provider in the future.

Ky was very friendly and professional. I was happy with the services provided and it was two longer waxings so we had time to talk! Which was no problem, she’s a great listener and when she found out my area of knowledge she asked smart questions. I enjoyed talking to her, she’s a young lady going places! It helps to distract my mind, but I’m sure if you prefer not to talk she can tell. Thanks again!

Impeccable service all around! I was beyond floored when my entire experience today at European Wax Center. The front desk receptionists were so friendly and welcoming. I had my 2nd baby about 6 weeks ago and Ive been down during this healing process. I love how they made me feel welcome and comfortable not judged and or looked at different.....you know growing up i was never comfortable talking about certain things. Every time i went to the beach or pool parties with friends i was never comfortable wearing a bikini without shorts or a cover up so i hid myself i was ashamed, and was super shy when it came to wearing stuff like that....doing this wax honestly made me feel a little happier about myself and it boost my confidence. The results are so good that i feel like i can wear my bikini proud no bumps no scrapes from shaving i dont think i want to shave ever again.....not gonna lie 1st time experiencing waxing i will say in my opinion it hurt like hell though but it was so worth it! I have been going to the EWC off of Colonial and 6 mile cypress for almost 2 years now and I have always had a great experience. The girls at the front desk are always so upbeat and friendly which is very welcoming. I recently started seeing Irisbel who is always on time and very professional while also being easy to talk to! The quality of wax that they use is better than any other places I’ve been to which makes the experience that much easier. I highly recommend coming here for any waxing service you’re interested in.

I’ve been visiting European Wax centers for about 7 years now and the Fort Myers location for a year. It’s always clean, never feels busy (even before the pandemic). I’ve had the same waxer for the same amount of time, Ariana makes me comfortable, she’s very professional, amicable and quick. It is pricy, but I have peace of mind that everything is clean and that I will be happy with my service a day later, no bumps or burns! No complaints here

Ines was my esthetician, and she was amazing. Extremely professional and super friendly; well educated on products, services and self care. Her demeanor is soothing, shes knowledgeable, detail oriented, and all around wonderful. She deserves 5 stars alone, however Ive had only 2 sessions (I know at least 5 are recommended) however I dont have much body hair in the first place so I thought getting waxed would actually save me time and money from shaving. I was wrong. My hair has grown back within a week both times. I can almost go without shaving, so I thought maybe it would slow the growth. I was wrong, again. Also, the reason Im writing a review after only 2 sessions is because, I cant afford anymore sessions. I personally, dont feel it was worth it to me, being that Ive saved more money with shaving but, I understand body hair removal will always come at a cost. Ines definitely made every penny worth it, so if you can, I highly recommend booking her.

I am a repeat customer in the Boca area. I was in route to ft Meyers area this afternoon and called to see if they had availability for lower leg wax The receptionist said yes and scheduled me for 400pm. Approximately 315, I received a call saying my wax tech was running late and they rescheduled me for 415. At the time, there really was no issue , but then as I am legit- minutes away, I call back to ask exactly where they are located bc the shopping strip mall was packed. The girl was directing for me to go back out towards Smokey bones and then as it’s now 423pm tells me that they have a 9 minute late time but I CAN CALL BACK TO RESCHEDULE? Obviously it was already the 8 minute mark - where anyone would randomly come up w a (9 ) minute lose ur appt status is ridiculous but yet I was pushed back originally 15 minutes??THANKS GIRLS AT THIS LOCATION from the hours of 1pm - 445pm. Really was a big inconvenience but more so - such a BAD NAME FOR EUROPEAN WAX !!!

I really did enjoy the service and Megan took my mind off of my wax. I loved the service the front desk gave me as soon as I got there. I did arrive 5-6mins late because of traffic, but I made it in the 9minute grace period. My only dislikes are I paid for a Brazilian wax and I still have a nice size patch of hair and a lot of little loose strings all over... So yes the experience was very nice and welcoming, but I feel like it was rushed even though I did make it in the 9minute grace period.

Just moved from Washington, D.C. and was looking for a nice wax center to get a Brazilian and my legs done. I looked up European Wax Center and found the one! I used it in D.C. since is all over the country but was fine so far considering the wait. However, I loved my experience at this location! Everyone I met there was very nice and professional. From the ladies at the front desk to Jessica( my waxer). Jessica was sweet and on point. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and Deanna was a total gem. I had an amazing experience and even got their deal buy 9 get 3 procedures free. Safe to say I found my waxing center!

I was super nervous, having had a bad (1st Brazilian) experience with a different spa...but she made me feel so much more at ease and shared her techniques for minimizing pain, which really worked! I’m not anxious in the slightest about returning for my next appointment.

I was a first time waxer, so I started with a bikini wax. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and shown their products while I waited for Whitney. VERY clean and organized! Whitney was polite, and says I was in good hands since she had a lot of experience . I was very satisfied with the customer service. I would definitely recommend!

I did my first ever Brazilian bikini wax with Chrisangelly. She did an excellent job. She didn’t make me feel the least bit uncomfortable and there was very little pain...which surprised me. Well worth it...no shaving for a month. Very helpful staff too. Highly recommend before summer!
