My wife and I were very impressed with the work that iMold did for us. There had been water leaking into two of the walls of our home and we suspected that mold was present. Sure enough, their inspections confirmed our fears. The teams they sent to do the work were courteous, worked very quickly, were respectful of our belongings, and explained clearly what they were doing and why. They totally eliminated the mold that was present, thoroughly cleaned the heating and air conditioning ducts, and sprayed them with anti-mold material. Of special note was Eddy Donis who was the leader of the teams. They worked so efficiently that the overall project was finished ahead of schedule despite encountering several challenges in a case were mold was evident from (2) toilet seal failures that expanded the scope of repairs to a larger area in the home than only two bathrooms. I had a water line damaged during the installation of a new roof that caused flooding in my living room and a bedroom. My roofing contractor contacted them to perform the cleanup and dry out. They were on site within an hour and took care of the cleanup and equipment set up. Bobby, Richard and Guy were very polite and professional. They explained what they were doing, how the equipment operated and how long the process would take. Bobby visited the site every morning to monitor the drying progress until it was complete. Once the job was finished they packed up, asked if I had any questions or concerns and were on their way in less time than it took for me to brew a pot of coffee!

We had a tragedy in our unoccupied condo in Naples with a mold situation that affected everything. We were in Michigan at the time it was discovered and I had no idea what I would find. Krystoff was the Manager on the job and I am so grateful to he and his team for thoroughly and professionally remediating the situation. Not one item was left unaddressed or uncleared. Air ran constantly, carpet was removed, some ceiling were removed, furniture was dismantled and removed, items that could be save were saved and others bag with a disposal recommendation but were not removed until I had reviewed everything. Everything from top to bottom was cleaned and disinfected. I added several items to the punch list and the accommodated me as requested. At the end of each day, he provided a status of the schedule and was always available to talk by phone or text. The appointment process was quick and painless and I was told a technician would be on their way within the hour. My Property Management business has utilized Brian and the iMold team for several years for disaster and mold issues, so when it was finally my turn to experience water damage in my own home, I knew there was no one else I wanted to ensure the damage was cleaned up quickly and professionally. Service requested Covid sanitize at our home.My wife and were hositalized with the covid -19 virus, I reach out to iMold on a Saturday left message with ten minutes I recevied a returned call asking how he could be helpful. I explain our issue and requested having our home sanitized Brain said no worries they would be able to help us.They perform this sanitize work with a two day response time, iMold did a outstanding and a amazing job at our home, I would highly recommend iMold to everyone. IMold was recommended by my property management company when I had a water leak from the condo above. They responded immediately and were on site within 3 hours to begin drying out and cleaning up the mess. When they discovered mold, they mobilized the right services to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Aleks and Brandon Lumaban were two of the technicians on site and they did a great job keeping me informed with email and text updates with pictures. This was especially helpful since I have been away from my condo during this whole process. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone I worked with at IMold and would recommend them highly.

As a general contractor that rebuilds homes after water and mold damage, we see a lot of work from different restoration companies. Brian and the iMold team are the best. I recently encountered a mold problem and was unsure of the proper direction to head in. I went online as my first choice for information, only to find many companies with Best In claims. I did not love finding mold in my home, but we definitely found the right team to get rid of it. The iMold experience was professional, pleasant, very thorough and CLEAN. Everyone was easy to talk to and we had immediate responses to any questions we had. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had a toilet leak resulting in blackwater in our master bedroom and bath flooring. Our plumber suggested we needed to remediate before he could replace the toilet and I called iMold. Brian showed up within an hour of my call and he had a crew there the same day to begin the clean up. I filed an insurance claim and John Crayton at iMold took control of every aspect of the claim and the rebuild to our complete satisfaction. While I hope I never need their services again, iMold would be the only company I would call for water damage or mold issues.

It was a very disturbing situation: massive mold and water damage in my south Florida condo. I could not be present for the restoration project, but iMold took charge and quickly began work. In the office, Carly Kennedy helped and reassured at every turn. She was patient with my many concerns about billing, payment and insurance. When the work began on the property, Nick Nesta took charge. He kept me informed on a daily basis by text, email, and telephone. Many photos of the disaster.
