Shame on you Ft. Myers! You took an event that was always FREE to walk around in and after a horrendous year of sickness and people losing their jobs and just wanting to get out and take in some beautiful art and craftsmanship, you have the nerve to now charge $10???? You lost me which is a shame because it’s the exhibitors who lose out! That was $20 I wouldn’t have spent with the people who really deserve it so I guess you actually saved me hundreds of dollars today because of your outrageous admission fee! You do this with all of your events and I just refuse to support YOU rather than the vendors!

Wonderful Artist for all over the US. Variety of prices from souvenirs to very high end amazing Art. Taking creativity to new heights...

Would be nice to buy tickets at gate. Absolute awful way to go about things. I feel bad for the artist. I wanted to purchase art. But could not get in. Also the staff helping was not very friendly.

Excellent day walking the streets in the beautiful sun observing fantastic varied art. Makes you glad you live in Fort Myers this time of year!

Lots of beautiful art to look at, but sadly most was too pricey for me to actually purchase. Although very attractive, I didn’t need a $98 hummingbird feeder, or numerous $2-3,000 pieces of jewelry. Also, the beverage vendors were few and far beyond, so bring your own! Virtually no place to sit, and the pavement is very uneven, so if you have disabilities beware. A big plus was that the nearby parking garage allowed you to pay the $10 fee upon entering, which helped speed up the exit.

Excellent art show. Well juried, and a nice assortment of media. Saw some fantastic artists we hadnt run across for quite a while. The location for the show is easy to get to, and parking is easy if you dont try to get too close. Walking a little pays off

Visited ArtFest today in Fort Myers. Im sure some of the art was very nice but it was so crowded today that I couldnt even see it. You literally couldnt even walk down the street and forget about trying to get into a tent to see the artists work. :( Way too many people just walking around (with no intent on patronizing the artists) because they had nothing better to do. I would strongly suggest charging $15 entry fee to keep most these spectators from crowding the event.

This is truly the Premier Art Festival in all of Southwest Florida! The location right on the river is gorgeous. The artists are fantastic and there are always so many new and exciting ones. The sidewalk chalk art contests are inspiring to watch. There are so many offerings for people of all ages. We had our 18 month old grandson with us this year and he loved watching all the children performing on stage in the youth pavillion. He gained some amazing hand carved trucks at the festival as well! We highly recommend this event to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Always a fun days outing in downtown Ft. Myers. Vendors vie for booths to show their wares so you get to browse only the best of the best.

This was a VERY nice art fair. The art and artists were so varied and the quality was top notch. This is a juried art fair and they said there were 200 artists, but there were actually far more than that. It was a great visit and well go back if we are in Florida during the festival.

My husband and I have been trying to get down to Florida for the Ft. Myers Art Fest for 2 years now and finally made it! We could not have been happier with the event! We purchased our first two large pieces of artwork from some fantastic artists and appreciated the variety and the price ranges of the artwork as well! The food vendors were also wonderful and although it was crowded, it was a great atmosphere! We are had VIP tickets and the VIP set up was FANTASTIC! It is definitely worth the upgrade! We hope to be back in future years!

Such a wonderful way for artist to share their love of the arts whichever media it is. I enjoyed working the event as well as viewing the many displays of art.

Construction in downtown,,parking sucks,hours for Friday were good, but not very many artists open n it was art walk that night, you would have thought more would be open ..

No need to travel to a major metropolitan city to get your culture fix; we go to the river-district in sunny Fort Myers. The visual art is world class, the kids performances and interactive art projects are something we look forward to every year and the beverages are always refreshing :) The high school art show is one of my favorite parts- I love that they are giving out scholarships and helping the community. PS: my husband goes just for the food (the Noodles are his favorite) YOU REALLY MUST GO!

Large show. Very high quality and lots of variety. The ArtFest advertised lots of free parking but we were unable to find any signs to lead us to it. Ended up circling the crowded downtown for a long time until a space finally opened up.

It was cool but not THAT cool. Nedds less art and more fest.

They had everything you could imagine. .. plenty of fun, food and fellowship with friends.

ArtFest is THE annual showcase for the City of Palms, Fort Myers, Florida. ArtFest brings about the best in art, the City of Fort Myers, its residents and thousands of guests this time of year. It can only get better.

We were here 2 of the 3 days for the music program, which was quite good.

We love this festival. We go every year. It is not just that it is such a great opportunity to purchase fine art, it is so well planned and the location cant be beat!
