Kathy is the best massage therapist Ive ever had, I see her every 2 weeks and am very thankful for her.

Been a customer for 2 years with Massage LuXe. Never had a problem until I spoke with Abigail W. Assistant Manager at this location. My Card had expired and I was told I can’t use the 3 Hours remaining until I updated my card. I was upset because I’ve already paid for the hours that had accumulated and I can’t use them (felt a little rob) I do understand that companies have their policies in place, but with today’s conversation she still had a negative approach towards me. I want to cancel this location as they are a Franchise company, and my credit card and contract always has to be updated here. I want to take my contract to another Massage Luxe and hope someone from corporate can make this happen without waiting the 60 days.

Gabby gave me a amazing facial very sweet and friendly made me feel very relaxed. Charlotte gave me a Swedish massage she as well made me feel comfortable. I loved she offer if I wanted the bed heated that was very nice touch. The wait wasn’t long the staff had on mask and practice hand washing. I would highly recommend both of them as well as visiting Massage Luxe.

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 16 years as a cosmetologist. I’ve worked at some of the best spas on Sanibel and received facials and massages from popular spas in Fort Myers area. I’ve paid the high prices for services that I felt were not worth the money and left wondering what I just paid for. I’ve never been able find someone who I felt actually cared about me and my skin and does an excellent job.I came to massage luxe needing some pampering after a stressful year, not expecting to find an amazing esthetician, Natalia. She is very educated on skin, she cares about you, takes her job seriously. You not only leave feeling relaxed, skin glowing and looking younger but you feel more educated on how to take care of your skin and what products to use. I joined that day and see her monthly. The prices are very fair and affordable for monthly self-care, which we all need in this stressful world we are living in.Jeff is amazing for massages. I leave so relax and destressed. I forget where I am lol!The two of them together, finished with their massage water bed, you will feel like a new you! 🥰The front desk ladies are so sweet! Abigail and the ladies always greet me with a smile and are so helpful.If your looking for a spa day, I highly recommended this place.

The massage therapists are good but trying to get an appointment with this place has been rough, lately. There is never anything available within the current week and appointments get dropped the day before or morning of the service. I just want to use up my massage credits and move on but I cant do that when I cant get an appt.I wouldnt advise signing up for the VIP program. Just pay as you go.

Everyone was nice and I enjoyed my massage. Prices were reasonable too.

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in. Facility was clean and serene. Staff was professional and kind. I had a facial done by Elena and an hr massage with Charlotte. Both experts were amazing throughout. I will be coming back more often.

Upon check in for my facial I questioned the difference between the special price of $38 and the listed price of $55. I was told they would honor the $38 price as it was my birthday month. Upon check out I was charged $55. I mentioned that I was told it would be $38, the girl looked at the computer and said that was the correct charge and then proceeded to attempt to sell me a membership. The facial was great. Arianna did a great job. The front desk customer service was disappointing.

Front desk staff was amazing, however the service itself was terrible. Hands down the worst massage I’ve ever had. Feel awful that this was my boyfriend’s first massage experience. This experience has honestly ruined massages for me.

I had an awesome experience at Massage Luxe. My best friends and I decided to get massages after a fun girls weekend :) My one friend who lives in the area frequents this place often because shes a monthly member and seemed to enjoy the deal she has (I think $50 a month). The customer service was excellent! Everyone was very kind. Theres also tea and water in the waiting room, which is perfect because its really important to hydrate after massages. A staff member even got me a comfy blanket while I waited for my friends to finish up which was so thoughtful! :)I wish I wouldve remembered who my masseuse was so I could shout her out because she was great. I hate getting massages where the pressure is too light. Just feels like a weak back rub lol. But she was awesome!! Perfect amount of pressure & I was able to request hot stones (my favorite part) for an extra $10. I think this place is definitely worth a visit!

Extremely terribly customer service. My wife bought my parents a massage. She received confirmation texts the night before which she responded too. They arrived on time and were called back to receive their massage. My wife went in to tip the masseurs. It wasnt until then that they told her they did not have a masseuse for my mother so I guess they wont be getting massages today. The front desk made up some lies about sending texts and/or emails about not having someone available which my wife didnt receive and they CALLED THEM BACK TO THE ROOMS FOR THEIR MASSAGES so Im not sure who she thought she would fool. Apparently this is acceptable and is the type of service you can expect here.

Today was my first experience and it was okay not the greatest massage Ive ever received but it was good. clean and pretty calm atmosphere. walls are a little thin I could hear another client and massage therapist pretty loudly while I I was trying to relax and enjoy my massage. when my time was up my therapist asked me if I wanted water when I came out of the room and I said yes please. and couldnt find her when I came out. so those are my reasons why its only a 3 star from me.

I have gone to this location monthly for about 7 months and I absolutely love it. So crazy convenient, super clean, the girls up front are so sweet and I love my therapist. I have been seeing the same massage therapist (Charlotte) consistently and couldn’t be happier with my pain relief and experience.

They are great! Their Massage Therapists are professional and courteous, and for a guy my size, they were able to accommodate my need for a firm deep tissue massage. I recommend them to everyone that is looking for an affordable massage experience!

I called in to schedule a massage, my call was answered by someone named Daniele. This person had an attitude on the phone and responded in a condescending manner. Because of her I canceled my appointment.

Horrible. They trick people into signing “contracts” won’t let you get out of them if you want to cancel, and you pay for an hour but only get 45 mins. I posted a poor review because of their unwillingness to cancel my “contract” and I was contacted by the manager and told they would give me $60 back on my credit card and a coupon for a free massage if I changed my review to 5 stars. After changing it, they were surprisingly “booked” every time I wanted to schedule my free massage or they had no recollection of it. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Try the one in Bonita- they are nice.

They never answer the phones or call you back . When you book online it says “we will call to confirm” and they don’t. Too bad.

2 starsI want to start out by saying almost all of the therapists we have been to have given us at least a decent massage, and have treated us very well.My husband I have been getting massages from Luxe from this location since January 2018, however since June we have had issues with the staff not booking our appointments correctly. They have made a mistake literally every time. And yes Im using literally correctly. This is the reason we are leaving a two star review.Over the past few months every time before we left we booked our next appointment, only to find out that it is not on the schedule the day of the appointment. After after this happened a few times we even had them write it down on a card for us, yet again when our appointments came up we were not on their schedule. We did this a few times as well, to no avail.For our last visit, of course, we were not scheduled for our massages. Because this occurred we set up the next months massage that day over the phone, and before we left we double checked to make sure it was on the schedule, which it was not.This is undoubtedly horrible for business, and makes it very inconvenient and hard for customers to come back for regular appointments. There is a gross lack of competence and standards among not only the staff but also management.Whoever owns this establishment should seriously consider whether the management is cut out for their position.

Asked for a deep massage with a firm touch and got the lightest-touch massage ever. It was as if she was afraid to touch me or my muscles! Came in for a specific ache in a muscle and she never touched that area! Whats the point of requesting customization before the massage? I definitely did not feel relaxed after I left. Wont recommend or return ever. Going back to Massage Envy instead!

The facial was amazing! I hope to go back again. Also had a deep tissue massage. I requested the maximum pressure, but I did not get it. As for the technique and the pressure applied, it kind of fell short of my expectations. That being said, it was a great atmosphere, very friendly masseuse, and it was an enjoyable experience.

I had stopped in on my vacation to Ft. Myers for a massage. I accidentally booked at the Bonita Springs location and they accommodated me and got me in here despite the mistake. I was also late to my new appointment time due to traffic, but my therapist still managed to give me almost a full hour even though I was late. I had Arnaldo, and he was great! He gave an experienced, therapeutic massage with warm oil and hot towels and I left feeling wonderful. The lobby and waiting area are nicely kept and decorated, inviting you in. I would recommend giving them a try if you are local or out of state (me)!

For it being my first professional message, the staff was VERY friendly and polite, the establishment was very clean, updated and comfortable. The masseuse Kathy was very professional, did an excellent job and was a joy to talk to. I recommend MassageLuXe to any first timers and people who go regularly. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful facility, however I was left in the waiting space for 20 minutes until the masseuse came for me. DeepTissue massage left a lot to be desired, I was disappointed in the time invested for a rub down rather than a reset for sore muscles. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Extremely disappointed !! I bought 2 gift cards for ONE hour massage. While I expect a 5 minutes to take clothes off.... well you do NOT get the whole massage. My husband and I arrived at 1:45 pm for a 2:00 pm appointment - filled out the application.... They brought us to our room at 2:00 pm, left the room for 10 minutes! Came back at 2:10 pm and LEFT THE ROOM AGAIN AT 2:50 !! so your 1 hour appointment lasts only 40 minutes!~. UNACCEPTABLE.... On top of it, they have a sign on the front desk that says that we should leave $15 gratuity for one hour massage..... I will NEVER GO BACK, Go instead on FOOT SPA on Cleveland (Rte 41) just across Days Inn.... $70 for combo massage 90 minutes and guess what? they actually give you 90 minutes massages. And they are GOOD!~!

Ive had 6 massages here. I couldnt find the right person for me. The first one was good, but the 3rd time seeing her, she massaged my bad knee that I told her not to touch, it hurt and was swelled for weeks after.Then I tried 2 others. They were okay but a bit rough.The last time I saw someone new, after the Manager recommended this person.They put lotion all over their hands then proceeded to massage my scalp and hair with the lotion. Needless to say, my hair is ruined from it.I would recommend getting a Swedish Massage if you cant take it rough. Otherwise youll go home in pain which defeats the purpose.

Worst massage of my life. I wanted to cry. Waste of time. Waste of money. I rarely treat myself and this is what I got... Guy who gave me a massage apparently shaved his arms at some point and it was growing back. I had a rash all over for a week. He couldnt find a muscle if I showed him an anatomy book. Went in for deep tissue massage and it felt like he was just greasing me up with his prickly arms. Kept jiggling my fat. I felt like I was in a cruel joke.Customer service then offered no refund, no different massage therapist to make it better and tried to talk me into joining their service.Which would have been great.... Except how terrible the massage was to begin with. It still upsets me to talk about this...

I was treated horribly by the masseuse, Raudel. I have never had anyone try to hurt me before, and he did! I asked him to go a little deeper and just asked him if he did the head area? He then proceeded to rub my head aggressively and hard ... hurt my temples. I was kinda shocked and said you dont need to go that rough. And then when he was finishing up with my back, he pushed down so hard, with his arm, and went over my spine that he clipped the hardware that is implanted on my spine!! I was horrified. Im just saying.... and I tipped him anyway.

The facial specialist was nice, however, extreme reaction to product. Have used and loved the products before. Dont know if maybe out grew tolerance to the products but had an extreme reaction to something and had I stop the facial.. to be fair, I do have sensitive skin but not sure what happened ..

This place is awesome the girls at the front desk help me find the right person take care of me and my issues Mary is really good at what she does Ive been a golfer all my life and Ive had plenty of massages in the past and this girl knows how to take care of issues I would recommend her to all my friends and family

The therapist did a wonderful job, I apologize if I misspell her name - Ileana - I will definitely be back.Ariana was at the desk during my visit and could not have been more welcoming. The gentleman there to mention the membership and sign up bonus offer was not pushy whatsoever.Im not sure who the previous Google reviewer was talking about when he mentioned classless individuals, but everyone during my visit was extremely customer service oriented and created a warm environment to relax.Thank you for a great experience!

Ok place to go to for a general message. My experience was relaxing. However their staff doesnt seem interested in any level of customization. I went in requesting a heavy focus on my back due to tightness and the masseuse went forward with a standard massage spending very little time on my back.I do not expect to come back.

RIPPED OFF today taking my parents(on vacation) getting a massage.They charged me double without a notice. Customer service is the worst except one lady,she wasnt they today.Im a member at this spa for the last two years but not happy anymore because all the therapists I liked weren’t happy and moved on,carpet looks dirty,they canceled few appointments same day but when my child was sick and I need to reschedule one appointment they charged me for that.They told me I suppose to call them in the middle of the night to leave a message to cancel my early morning appointment,which usually is not a priority when your child fever is 104 F. And this was not the only disappointment there.I also find unprofessional to be asked in front of everyone if I want to leave a tip,what I always do anyway.I recommended this place before,I bought gift cards for my friends,NOT ANYMORE.Now I have enough reasons to cancel my membership,like my husband long time ago.The only reason this is not a one star review is because the massage and facial was good.

Every massage therapist I have seen here is awesome!! They give me exactly what I ask for. I started getting facials here recently. As a man, I never really thought of doing this. Why did I wait so long? Awesome stuff. If youre looking for something extra, try a foot scrub or 20 minutes on the Hydroluxe Water Massage!!

Generally you get a good massage here. But the gift card policy is ridiculous. I received a gift card for Xmas but I cannot use it to buy anything but ‘services’. They currently have a promotion for a revive package. But if I want to get it - I have to buy it because I cannot use my gift card to buy it. Just ridiculous. You lost a customer today because of this.

Great service and staff. Only thing I find unprofessional is being asked in front of everyone if I want to leave a tip. I always tip in cash before reaching the front desk and when am being asked that question in the front desk, it makes me feel unconforrable because they might think I am lying. They even have signs of suggested tips according to the service being provided. So, when they asked if you want to leave a tip, it almost feels like theyre saying dont forget to tip before you leave.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! Front desk is rude (especially Abby and Danielle) and several times cancelled my appointments last minute and I don’t even get an apology knowing I drive 45 mins. Only reason why I kept my membership so long was for the one esthetician Elena but after they cancelled my husbands and I massage appointments today I will cancel my membership and join massage envy.

I loved my experience! It was the only place I could book a massage on the same day, every place was booked out for weeks Ernesto was very professional & gave a wonderful massage. As a LMT myself I do not enjoy the 50 min instead of 60 min sessions, anywhere & to come back is rather expensive. I have a great go-to LMT when I vacation! Thank you.

On vacation thought I would get a massage which I rarely do. Made an appointment via phone for a Swedish massage with the hot stone add on. Came in and was assigned to whomever was available and to my luck was someone who didn’t speak English. After calling my “Cook” multiples in the waiting room and no one responded I assumed it was me. So I shake it off and move back to the excitement of getting a massage. Once I get into the room I explained I was going to use handphones which she didn’t understand and tried to change the music in the room. Once I pointed to my headphones we were on our way. Aside from a few times when she tried to communicate something during the massage was ok, good I would say for the price. At one point she asked if I wanted water which seemed odd in the middle ...after I laid there for five minutes I assumed maybe it was over?! Except I hadn’t got my hot stone thing which I was really looking forward to since I haven’t had that before and specifically asked for it when I made the appointment and at the desk when I checked in.When I came out the cashier asked me how it went and I was honest with her. She apologized and another woman maybe a manager came over to interact. All the offered me was to come in again for an additional appointment with someone else. At first I was thinking it was a good think until they said “at the introductory rate?!” So if a customer has a bad experience let’s upsell another visit? Seems wrong. At least offer a discount when I decline to return for another paid appointment.

Not happy at all with the service. Totally mixed up my appointment and cant even get a call back from a manager. Definitely would recommend this place!!!

This was one of the most disappointing massages I have ever received. My therapist was 10 minutes late starting for my appointment which is fine. However, she cut my massage short by 10 minutes. I received the prenatal massage and only the outside of my legs were massaged which was weird and my arms were completely disregarded as if they did not exist. Normally, the therapist will meet you outside of the room to make sure everything is ok. She was not present after the massage and passed me in the hallway without so much as saying a word. Very disappointed and will not come back to see her again in the future.

The massage was fine but the customer service is the worst. I called and made the payment for 1 hour massage and 15 minutes hydro massage and I told the receptionist that it was a gift for somebody else so make sure everything will be paid off. First they didnt do the hydro massage and second they couldnt find the credit card on the reservation so the person had to payed for the massage and when I called to find out why everything went wrong they just said that the person can come back for the 15 mins in another time becuase they forgot. The worst customer service I would not recommend it to anybody.

9/2 5:00 appointment-- Im sorry guys for having to post this, but I was very dissappointed with a massage I received today. I went in for a very stiff back and was hoping to get my back muscles relaxed. The massuese spent 75% of the time on my glutes. Needless to say, my glutes have never felt better, but..... And above it all, I thought I was supposed to get an hour massage. I started my stop watch when I got on the table, this was about 4 minutes before she walked back into the room... at the end of the session, the clockwatch read 49 minutes and 30 seconds. I hope this isnt standing procedure. I am using an anonymous name on google, but you can check your records and see my info. Thank you for reading this. The masseuse was very nice and so was the front desk.

Found Massage Luxe on Groupon - reviews were positive so I thought why not. I have chronic back pain and massages always help. I talked my wife into it who has never gotten a massage before.The Massage: The massage itself was wonderful. I wish the therapist didnt work for Massage Luxe so I could continue seeing her. My wife had a very similar experience with her massage.Front Desk Staff: The front desk is there to sell you a membership to Massage Luxe. Based on that, I would have thought a higher caliber of class would be representing Massage Luxe. Every individual was dressed nicely but fancy clothes on classless people does not change their persona. While my wife and I waited, the front desk staff whispered and snickered making the whole waiting experience extremely awkward. I went back for my massage and the front desk staff started talking trash about both my wife and I. Little did they realize my wife was still in the waiting room listening to everything they had to say. My wife chimed in to let them know she was still in the room and they sheepishly stopped talking.To the Owner: If I had invested the hundreds of thousands to renovate a building and buy into the Massage Luxe franchise, I would seriously consider revamping the training for my front desk staff and possibly replacing some of the individuals I have representing my business. We were not the only ones turned off by the whole experience today and a business so dependent on reviews and word of mouth should at the very least have people who pretend to care.The only reason this is not a one star review is because the massage was great.
