We were looking to get our ducts cleaned to maintain great air quality in our home— and our AC company (who we have a maintenance contract with) quoted us at $1800… what!!! No way.We started to look into other options and discovered that Stanley Steemer does duct cleaning! Right away, our experience was incredible. The reservation team was so nice and professional on the phone, quoting us at $575 for our 14 total vents, even throwing in a free dryer vent cleaning as a thank you! The price was right, the reservation team made me feel confident in their professionalism, so we gave it a go.I am so glad we did. We had a courtesy call before their timely arrival, and our technicians Adriano and Deonnie were oh so wonderful. In and out in under three hours, incredibly fast and thorough AND they vacuumed before leaving. Couldn’t have been easier. Can not recommend enough!!!

Did a fabulous job on cleaning a wool area rug at a very reasonable price!

House was empty since it was being sold the next day so there were no obstacles to impede shampooing carpets. Paid to include closets. Closets were never done. Just the poorest carpet cleaning we have ever had. Took pictures. Asked for a credit. Would not issue a credit unless they got into to see it even with pictures.

The carpet had dirt on the side from a previous unprofessional carpet cleaner. (They moved all the fluid towards the baseboards and not away from them. Therefore the dirt of the carpet was pushed to the baseboards) The 2 young folks came and then told me that dirt around the baseboards usually comes from the AC (?!) And as I told him it came from a previous carpet cleaning he insisted about 6 times repeating that. It took them not even half an hour and then they were done. The reason why I had them come out was because of that dirt. They said they couldnt do it and left. We did it ourself with carpet cleaner spray and it was much much better afterwards. For the rest I did not need a cleaner.

Had our floors and showers cleaned, we specifically wanted the grout/tile cleaned but overall wasn’t very impressed with the service. To be honest it doesn’t look much different and for the price I don’t feel like it was worth it. Some areas of the floor were completely missed.

I am in the process of having my tile cleaned. After the work is completed I do not see any difference in the grout lines. They are not close to the original color. I have had my grout cleaned in different residences many times and have always been very happy with the results. However, this company does not use a scrubbing machine. They spray some liquid down, use a hand scrubber and then withdraw the liquid. They did a nice job on my rug, but i spent $300.00 less $40.00 for carpet, and also this price included a $35.00 discount and I see NO DIFFERENCE at all in the color of the grout. I am very, very disappointed. I will never use Stanley Steemer to clean grout/tile again. The technicians were very nice men, polite and careful. They did the best with what they had to work with. He tried to spray additional liquid in the bathroom and nothing came up. The tile is only two years old. Put in new by contractors.

Cleaned tile in kitchen, foyer, 3 bathrooms and one shower. Techs were on time, polite and personable.Main reason to have them out was to clean a Siscal rug which cannot be cleaned. Changed order and had them do the tile work described.Work was pretty good. Tech were excellent. Those who take orders need better knowledge about what Stanley Steamer can and cannot do! Original order was for all Siscal rugs. If not changed they would not have been able to do anything for me. Made the best out of it. If I was ordering just tile cleaning I would have used a different service that specializes in tile and stain removal, and grout fixes.Happy the area are clean, but if I was ordering tole cleaning it would not have been Stanley Steamer. No discredit, or dis service to the techs. As I said they did what they could do.

They 2 techs were terrific! They asked to be shown areas that needed additional attention, and there were several.They were friendly, professional, and very neat in their appearance.The carpet looks terrific!! I have used Stanley Steemer consistently for 10 years now, in 2different cities, and have never been disappointed! Forget the ‘bargain’ cleaners.. Stanley Steemer will never disappoint, nor leave your carpets to wet.

I have used Stanley Steamer for better than twenty two years. The last five years twice, sometimes three times a year the folks just seem to really bear down, and put real elbow grease into their work..We have Nice Berber carpet Original with the home for twenty eight years. The price for cleaning is almost as good as two steak dinners. The cleaners have kept this carpet alive and well, ( not saying it doesn’t show some wear and tear we have three 45 lb dogs after all.)Thanks to what I can imagine good training and equipment.See you next Stanley,James Franklin

The carpet cleaners were very professional. Stanley Stewmer called the day before to confirm and the day of prior to the appointment. My carpets looked like new and the were able to remove a stain from my couch. I have used Stanley Steamer for years and will continue to do so.

Previously I had posted a poor review for Stanley Steamer. I have since deleted that post. A rep from the company called regarding my review and wanted to makes things “right .” He listened to my complaints and sent a new crew out to reclean the areas that we felt were not done right. Augustine and his partner came and redid the areas. They did a wonderful job! They moved furniture so they could get to areas better, pretreated the heavy traffic spots that hadn’t come clean before and put foam under the furniture legs to protect them after they were done( which wasn’t done before). The finished job was what we expected the first time. They took before and after pics and saw a difference. We understand the heavy traffic areas will never be like new again, but this crew made them look as good as possible. We are now very satisfied Stanley Steamer customers. They definitely stand behind their guarantee and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Steven and Adriano were very professional, yet friendly. They took extreme care with the furniture and did a fabulous job on our wall-to-walls and the area rugs. They all look new, which they definitely are not! I’d recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

I was recommended by a tile guy to use Stanley Steemer to seal my tile grout on a new house. I scheduled with them and two nice technicians, Patterson and Jason, were sent out. Both of them were very professional and nice. They did a great job and I plan to call them in a year for a professional tile cleaning and reseal.

Techs were on time properly outfitted with masks and booties. Service was completed in a timely and efficient manner very respectful of environment.

I asked Stanley Steemer to clean our Sunbrella porch cushions. They arrived on time, were courteous, and listened well. One careful look and they said they thought the black was not dirt, but mildew. They said they might not be able to get it out. We decided to try one cushion. It didnt clean well so we decided not to do the others. They would not charge me anything! I gave them a small check to at least cover gas and a little time. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again!

Gethro came along with another guy to clean the tile and grout lines on a home I recently purchased that was filthy. They did an excellent job and made the tiles look new again. They were professional and communicated everything along the way and made useful suggestions. The 2 guys showed up between the hours they stated. They were very personable and professional. They cleaned a sofa, loveseat, chair and my area rug. They look brand new. I have two small dogs that like to mark too and I smell no more urine on any of the sofas. I will be using them again when needed. Great job!

Im very pleased with the removal of pet stains. I was very surprised how damp the carpet was in many areas which took much longer to dry than I anticipated. Overall though, a good job.

Impressive guys as well as the gal that coordinated services over the phone. The guys cleaned and deodorized carpet in two rooms and a walk-in closet. They were pros, too good Covid 19 precautions. You tell the standards were high. One thing, my second bedroom was not dried well enough. Left quite wet in one area. Other than that, excellent!

3 days after my year owned sectional was cleaned, it went right back to its slightly above average conditioned.Was it worth $200. Hell no!Only great thing about Stanley Steemer, is the professionalism from the guys who came out. A lot better then the used cars salesmen you get from other companies.But, its also a lesson learned on my end.

I told customer service over the phone I had a 4 br house plus a living room and all needed carpets cleaned. I forgot one room had wood flooring installed a few years ago( its a rental). I was quoted a price and I told them I would pay when techs were done. When tge tech called to let me know job was done, he mentioned that my initial quote was too high as only 4 rooms, not 5, had carpets cleaned. He gave me an adjusted down, total. He easily could have gotten away with charging the initially quoted price, but he did not. Saved some 35.00 or so. I was very grateful for that but more appreciated the honesty. This was the Ft. Myers, FL location.

They did a good job cleaning the carpets but there are still some spots. They said they couldnt get them up because they were the traffic areas. When they left they left the screen door open. When I tried to close it the screw came out. I am too short to reach the top of the door and I am 80 years old and can not use a step stool so now I have to hire someone to fix the door because he left it open. I am not happy!

Literally made my year. I was going to reupholster two chairs and recarpet a room and they now look almost new!!

The floor looks great. My dismay was with the men and their masks. One man had it pulled below his nose and only put it up when he caught me looking at him. The other pulled it completely down and only put it back up when I gave him the stink eye. That is disappointing.

Efficient company

We are totally disappointed in the service we received on May 6th.We moved into the house in December 2019. Our furniture and rugs were purchased at Ethan Allan for both the living room and bed room , they were brand new.On December 10 2019 we had your company clean and stain block the furniture and both rugs.On Sunday May 3rd I spilled beer on the living room rug, we blotted up the beer with paper towels. We did not rub it in.We called your company Monday May 4 and got an appointment for Wednesday May 6th. The worker came and cleaned both rugs, the bedroom twice.We expressed our dissatisfaction that the bedroom carpet was not clean. You could see dramatic color changes between that portion of the rug under a table and the bed itself and the area that had been cleaned.When wet the living room rug good, but, when dried the beer stain was back.We were told that shoe traffic caused the problem in the bedroom, we dont wear dirty shoes or any shoes at all in the bedroom. The explanation makes no sense. The rug was not cleaned and there is still a visible color difference.We paid for Stain Block and cleaning, we did not get what we paid for. We expect to have these problems corrected.E. Volz

I have used Stanley Steamer several times in the last 2 years for dog stains and coke cola spills on my white couch. Each time the couch has been beautifully and the stains have come out. I also called at 9am and they came about 3 pm to clean my dog stained couch. Highly recommend.

My team arrived punctually at 10:00. They cleaned, deodrized and applied protectant to 3 love seats and 2 area rugs. They were done in about 2 hours. They were attentive to details, ie wiping up wet spots on tile floors,explaining process and bringinging my attention to a couple of worn places on love seats.
