4th call to customer service. Had them cancel sevice on 3.31.20. This girl told me they didnt send printed labels for a yr. However when you go online thats the first choice in subjects to get label mailed out. The bottom line is Ive been trying to get a label since then i cant print at home and now they wont email me one like they said they did on 31st. Their service is so poor and its not because the work at home. Dont go to them for service i had internet and home phone for last 15 yrs or so.
