Well, below is what I wrote before the almost 1 month wait for my carpet installation in the master bedroom. Unfortunately, I had to wait for almost a month, and then received a call from the install department telling me they were coming at 1:30 in the afternoon on Thursday. I scrambled and cleaned out most of the room furniture, wardrobe, books, etc..They actually showed up at 5:10 pm! I was scheduled to be at a MEETING and had to totally miss it because they arrived so late and were here till after 7pm. I left 2 messages, one for the manager that I purchased the carpet from, and one for the installation dept. NEITHER have called me back! So Im upset with Dolphin. However, the installers were troopers and did a great job! (NOT ANYMORE) Highly recommend Brian to anyone thats looking for flooring solution. Helped us to identify what we had purchased prior and what would make a great replacement. Nice guy, very accommodating and knows his stuff.

Brian at Dolphin was perfect! Advice, quick measurement appointment, friendly, and knowledgeable! He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for, made sure I knew what size would work for my unit, and even gave me a hint or two on how to save many by doing baseboards at the same time as the floor. After hearing many ads about Dolphin Carpet and Tile over the years, I thought I’d give them a try. Their showroom was very impressive with a great selection.Brian greeted us as we came in and allowed us to browse as we were looking for vinyl flooring. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and we decided to move forward and scheduled an in home quote. Brian came in, measured and answered all our questions in a most professional way. We love our new carpets, we have cats with digestive issues & it cleans right up & doesnt leave a stain. Our installers were awesome, Cleaned up & did a great job.

Walked into this store this afternoon. Seated at the desk was a guy , he looked at my wife and I and looked back down at his desk. Not once did he greet us, say hello or ask us if we wanted help with anything. Both of us noticed this and said wow thats not a good first impression. Any way we continued to look around the store for ten minutes. Still Mr Caucasian guy with glasses did not acknowledge us, I said to my wife lets go as obviously our business is not wanted here we left and still nothing from Mr Desk guy. Needless to say we went to Loews and bought $600 in kitchen tile and called it a day. If you are wondering if the store was busy, it wasnt we were the only ones in there. I will never step foot in there again.

I ordered tile on labor day at the Fort Lauderdale store. I paid for delivery and it was delivered on 9/11/20 and the pallet was crushed which caused the tile to break. It looked at if the pallet was stacked incorrectly and it crushed the pallet. I refused it and the driver begged me not to as he said he wouldnt get paid. I called my customer service rep Brian Holman and he said it was no problem and they would send over the replacements ASAP. I agreed and that began the waiting game. I emailed and called but they would always schedule a time to come but never show up. Its now almost three months later and I still havent gotten my 5 replacement boxes. Edit: After I filled a chargeback with my bank Dolphin sent 4 (not 5 mind you) boxes of tile to my home when I wasnt home. Not minding I live in an HoA where I can be fined for deliveries if not cleared ASAP.Regional Manager Paul Draluck called me and I explained how they just dropped off the tile but I wasnt home and I had to send a friend over to put it in the garage. He was very unhelpful, unforgiving and rude. I explained how the new pallet they sent was missing a whole leg and fell over once my friend took off the first box of tile. Paul said this is impossible (SEE MY INCLUDED IMAGES AND TELL ME THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE). My driveway is also on a 30 degree tilt and he kept saying there is no way the pallet could have been damaged and he never apologized for being 3 months late or messing up the first time. He said stuff like this happens as the pallets are cheap Chinese made in transport.I said if I had been the driver there is no way I would have taken a pallet that was missing a leg. Plus the pallets were stacked wrong as evidence from the broken tile boxes. I told him it was 5 boxes not 4 and he just wasnt having it. So to recap, 5 broken boxes, waited 3 months to get them replaced and then the replacement came on a single leg pallet and then were damaged, no apologies, no replacements. Plus if you see the new pallet youll see even those 4 were not stacked correctly and are beginning to twist which can cause them to break.Checkout my images as pictures are worth a thousand words! Stay away from Dolphin tile! They are thieves and will never honor their agreements. Im going to have my bank deal with them. My renovation has been half finished for three months and Ill have to buy more tile from a more reputable store.

What a great experience from start to finish. Brian, Sales Manager at the Oakland Park store was so helpful and patient. I visited the store a few times before I actually decided the flooring/color. When I made my decision he made it easy to get through the permitting process, payment, scheduling, etc. I had two installers, Paulo and Rodrigo. They showed up right on time all 3 days. Never even a minute late. They did a wonderful job. My new flooring is beautiful. I will highly recommend Dolphin and will definitely use them again if needed in the future.

This whole process has been very disappointing for me. Part of it was my expectations were buy, install and done. We did not have that happen we spent $1,150 additional money because Raphael told us the floors werent even and he knew a guy then that same guy installed everything, I just feel like nothing was explained properly and I dont like having to pay extra for work that I was not expecting. And I feel like the quality I was expecting from Dolphin Carpet And Tile is not what I received. You guarantee your work,  but you didnt even do the work.Next time Ill go to Home Depot

In a matter of weeks we chose, purchased, and had installed beautiful porcelain tile throughout our 3 bedroom house. Dolphin Carpet & Tile Fort Lauderdale were superb. Phil Cory advised us on our selections, came to the house, and kept in daily touch throughout the installation. Junior and his crew are artists who made amazing cuts and finishes in every room. They even moved our furniture and kept an immaculate work site each day. I still cant believe it was done in under a week. We could not be happier and recommend Dolphin to everyone.

I have been looking to install new floors and baseboards for several months but never felt I could move forward because I had no clue what I wanted and the job seemed daunting. Horrible location! We ordered tile and it came damaged. We were told they would deliver replacement tiles and they never came. Two months later and still no tile. I wouldnt order tile from them even if it was free! Stay away from them as they will steal your money and then give you the run around! Then we called for the 50th time and they said they had to work it into another delivery otherwise it would cost them money! I DONT CARE IF IT COSTS YOU MONEY, THATS NOT MY PROBLEM! If you cant tell Im fed up, so heed our warning.

Got three estimates and Dolphin was the best. Installers for both luxury vinyl and carpet were both excellent. Had some very significant issues in my place that had to be dealt with during install and they were still able to get it all done in the estimated time. Very happy with results.
