Not only is Olga extremely unprofessional and sloppy due to rushing clients in and out as fast as she can but she also does not believe in Covid or the idea of getting vaccinated. This is demonstrated by her Instagram page, she posts stories demonizing people who have been vaccinating and spreading misinformation about the vaccine. So you can tell she does not take ANY safety precautions for her clients and you will be putting yourself at risk if she does your services. There are better waxers out there so keep this in mind before you book.

I first want to say that she is very professional, her suite is very clean and organized! She has very good customer service. When you first walk in she asks if you want some water which not very many place offer. Olga did my lash lift and tint! I’m obsessed with how my lashes turned out! It’s made my makeup routine shorter since I don’t have to curl my lashes and apply 3 to 4 coats just to make it look the way I want it. I only have to apply 1 coat of mascara now! I recommend Olga 110%!

After visiting (almost 2 years) her at a previous location and driving several miles out of my way to support her new location, she was calloused, insensitive and unreasonable when voicing my frustration with her booking app and social media habits. She clearly did not appreciate nor value my continual patronage and has subpar customer service skills. Being a new business, she should be more open to constructive criticism and feedback from ALL guests. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you — VERY ungrateful! Wanton and blatant disregard for me as a person and a client. This establishment won’t last long with that philosophy on customer service!!! I will take my hard-earned money to a more appreciative and attentive establishment. Dear perspective client, book at your own risk.
