If I could rate lesson one star I would rate them a half star. I waited at my new house that has no furniture for 2 1/2 hours because the office supervisor told me owner of the company was coming to the house to inspect job that was not done as told absolutely horrible I knew I shouldn’t have listened to lady and paid! Writing this review for the DiGirolamo’s absolutely unprofessional

Beware!!!! This company is the worst! They have no experience in what they are doing. Machines and products are in terrible conditions. The. The owners dont know anything about restoration. They hsve other reallty business and dont care about this business. They lie to costumers , workers steal and arent professional. Do not hire this company.

Got a few estimates before reaching out to Marble Pros, and I can say they have the cheapest prices. The staff members are very professional from requesting an estimate which is FREE and accommodating to my schedule, getting the service done was awesome the service techs are very professional and took good care of my furniture I was a bit skeptical as I was worry they would make a mess and leave dust behind I was shocked not one bit of dust nor mess I am happy I went with them. GREAT JOB!!! guys my Marble looks gorgeous love how shine it is. Thank you... :D I definitely recommend them.

After a couple estimates and finding companies that are abusing with highly prices, I have found MARBLE PROS POLISHING & RESTORATION, This company is very professional with affordable prices.Tristan the Sales person that came in to my house to do an estimate, was very nice and family oriented person. Their staff that they sent into my house were very respectful and professional. My floors brand new bathrooms were very dull and scratch, Oscar and Ernesto did all they could to make look like a Million Dollar Floor, they look spectacular!!! Shiny like a mirror…! The Best Thing, NO MESS, NO DUST, they worked as clean as they could.Thanks MARBLE PROS for doing a great job and making families happy!

Great company I hired them to go over to my grandmothers home and they made the flooring look brand new the prices were affordable and they even came out and did a free demo before we did any business with them. The work was so great my wife hired them for our home and we got the same great service and work done. Very glad we found such a great company so close to home

I just recently got my floors polished by marble pros and couldnt be happier I waited so long to get this done and wish I had done it sooner the staff was great they walked me through everything also you cant beat the prices! I shopped around a few weeks and everybody seemed to charge an arm and a leg and tried to force me on more services that wasnt needed. I definitely recommend this company they made my floors beautiful again.

My marble floors turned orange by my shower, wherever water hit the floor after the floors were polished. I called to report the problem and asked the company to come back out and take a look at what was causing the the floors to turn orange. I had to chase them down. They did not show up when they said they would and I had to make many phone calls. Danny finally came out and said that the floors were not properly sealed after the work was performed. Danny promised that someone would be out on Friday of that week to repair the floors. They did show up on Friday, put something on my floors, taped plastic to the floors and told me not to use the shower. They would return the following week to finish the job. I have made several phone calls, once again, the last 2 days trying to get someone to come out and finish the job and no one has shown up yet. In the meantime I cannot use my shower. The company makes commitments that they do not keep, and does not stand behind their work!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 10 STARS I WOULD, !!! WE HAD THEM COME TO OUR PERSONAL HOME THAT HAS A HIGH QUALITY MARBLE THROUGH OUT, OUR MARBLE WAS IN BAD CONDITION AND NEEDED SOME TLC, AND THEY WORKED A MIRACLE. OUR MARBLE NOW LOOKS LIKE NEW !!!WE ARE A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY THAT KNOWS QUALITY WORK AND THESE GUYS FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS . WHAT KNOWLEDGABLE MEN, WHAT A TEAM .THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THE END RESULT, TRY THEM OUT, YOU WILL BE SO GLAD YOU DID !!!

My experience with this company was awful, this company is not what it seems to be, they lied to customer, they lied to their employees, they do not have a well method set up for work the stone, they charge cheap to get the job done in one day regardless of the final product. I work for them 8 days and they told me they will pay me certain amount of money and they didnt. this people are garbage, to me is the worse company in the Florida southern area that I ever work with. MARBLE PROS IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. be careful with this company.They have two employees that are stealing customers from them. I noticed right away when I worked with one of them. If you check out their website youll notice that they show several trucks, that is a lie they only have two trucks and none of them work properly and have AC they dont treat their employees with respect, their philosophy is I DONT CARE BRING THE CHECK EVERY NIGHT!!!! thats what they told me when I was working with them. PURE GARBAGE!!! BECAREFULL

Showed up late, broke my furniture. Guy just tried to look busy all day. Camera footage shows it took 63 seconds to diamond polish 600SF of floor. End result looks awful. These guys are just out to take your money....do not use them..BEWARE. Also go by name of Always Dry

This company is a fraud , did a very bad job on my marble floors , I have called more than 5 times , I talked to Danny and told me that the owner of the company would communicate with me but it was not so it not me called. Do not hire this company , it is a fraud.

The worst !! Dishonest and verbally offensive ! The owner is not reptable and has a bad attitude about America . As he called me a american ________ on the phone when i was telling him about the poor work and damaged walls ! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .
