As a first time customer into the commercial space it was a very smooth process from start to finish for me. About a 5 day turnaround time. Tina and Alex were great help. Tina goes above and beyond for her clients. 5 star service. Lifetime customer no doubt.

Service came up with too many excuses as to why my truck was not ready.

I have to say that this is the worst place to take your truck, We had a new engine replaced and ever since we got it back its seem more time in the service department than the road. If you value your fleet dont take it there, recently we took took the truck in again and they worked on it for a month now we got it back. They must of removed something with the air brake system and now theres a huge leak.

They dont care about the customers, I bought a part for my truck last April, I tried to return it because its not fitting on my truck the valve still on the box so never was used even conected to the truck looks 20/20 but they dont want to return my money back, They dont have any exceptions on their policy even the Covid19. All they want is your money, Im feeling robbed, Sorry but thats the true.

THE WILL TAKE YOUR GOOD PARTS OUT AND SAY theY ARe BROKEN AND THEY ARE NOT MY COST WE PAID $7000.00 RIP OFF

Everyone was very nice and helpful. We are very pleased with our experience and with our purchase.

They helped me find the correct size battery for the truck. Then gave me credit for the cores i returned. Very helpful.

I know for a Fact these reviews are paid reviews this place is a Complete Job went in to get my Air Tank Replaced and to have a PM done its takes them 8 days not only that they Brake a Fitting that goes to one of my Hoses which put me out for a Few more days and they say its my Fault. It was good except that one sales employee (Roger) couldnt handle his anger because I made a return of goods.He knocked on the doors repeatedly.It was so inconfortable.

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!! I would never take my truck here if I didnt have to!!!! I will never buy another International truck because of this place.Today is 2-22-2019 they will have my truck for 6WEEKS and still dont know why its having electrical problems.I called to make sure they had room for me and they told me the sooner the better, so I dropped it off and they didnt even look at it for almost 3 weeks. they have also submitted me a bill of 1,500 dollars and they still havent fixed it. the only reason this place stays open is because we are forced to use them!!! because there is NO way they would make it on customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always try to get my parts from Kay, hes the man. The Jamaican dude is a dick. The white guy is a little slow. But the lady is cool. I dont know anyone else here.

This dealer is the reason I will NEVER BUY AN INTERNATIONAL TRUCK AGAIN. The part department is a joke. Not only they NEVER HAVE A PART IN STOCK, they cant help you find the right part, they cant give you a part number, even after you explain your truck is on the side of the road and needs a part THAT THEY DONT HAVE, and THEY CANT NOT EVEN TELL YOU HOW MUCH TO SHIP until after they ship!How can I get a truck to run if the only dealer around cant help me with anything.Do yourself a favor and buy a Freightliner.

I deal with them all the time. Not because I want to because I have to. if I could find the same parts somewhere else for cheaper or the same price Ill go there instead and my parts guy feels the same way. We try to give them the least amount of business as possible. There customer service is horrible. Im a calm person but Ive wanted to jump over that counter a couple of times if you know what I mean. The guy with the dreads is number one in horrible customer service. I wouldnt have even given them one star but you have to write a review

WORSE PLACE >> STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND BE CAREFULL.19 days holding a truck with all possible excuses just to run diagnostics .. once you refuse the Bill that is triple the amount it should be they gave a bill for $680 for diagnostics and thats while holding the truck. let alone notified them the day before Ill pick up the truck and no one took the time to say something and when driver came to take the truck the truck isnt ready to go and needs to be ready to be released in 18 years of business and running over 15 units I never came across such an incompetence and bad customer service... Shame on you for treating your clients like thta and acting like a fly by night company

Visited Parts dept.for information on type of transmission installed in an old International dump truck..Partsman was courtous,informative,and dignified in the performance of his duties...

Put truck in shop for valve adjustment. Had truck looked at by my company 1 week later. Got a list of loose parts, clutch failure. Now truck back in shop and they pointed out several things previous shop should have caught or caused. Disappointed.

This place is trash, especially the woman that helped us at the Fort Lauderdale location TINA . She was rude and nasty to us, didnt know anything and just plain out mean! I cant believe they have someone working there like that. Just horrible service from her, I will take my business else where stay away from here and TINA.

Horrible service, piece of shi*t literally no ones knows whats going on, it took them 3 weeks to diagnose a problem with the a/c, one week wait so two weeks to diagnose that. They put your truck on the side and dont even remember about it. When truck was ready i had no battery cover and no side skirt. You see the shops mechanics just walking around and joking. Please avoid at all costs.

If you have a problem with your international truck I suggest stay away from here. Service here is horrible and theyll tell you it will be ready in a few days just add another 2 weeks on top of that date. I just had an oil leak on a filter nothing out of this world. Stay away take your truck somewhere else unless this is a last resort.
