I lost my phone at the Galleria Mall, (this past week) and the guys at Verizon, (across from the Galleria Mall) helped me out immediately. They assisted me with the lost phone claim with Asurion and they were able to get the phone locked: giving me the assurance no one could access my phone.When the replacement phone comes in, I will be back with full confidence that they will successfully help me.Thank you Allen & Austin for your time. I went to this location for my new iphone on Saturday evening. Harry and Bryan were in the store helping me to trade in my old phone, and replace it with the new one. They were both super patient as we trouble-shooted some account issues and data transfer issues. The store closed at 7:00 and they stayed with me until after 8:00 to make sure everything worked out how it was supposed to. It’s no wonder this store has 4.9 stars, the employees are top notch. Will definitely be back for any future needs.

What should have been a simple transaction turned into a full day event that left me wondering if I should end my service with Verizon

Just want to say that I was at the Verizon store and the manager Harry and his assistant Brian were great if it wasn’t for Harry fixing my phone and showing me what to do I would’ve left he was excellent great great customer service give them a raise.

George makes it all so easy! He made our selecting and purchasing of the phones and plan a very harmless one. In fact, I would go as far as to say it was enjoyable. I have dreaded this day for almost 14 months. The last time we upgrade with our other carrier, it was a complete nightmare. I was prepared to spend HOURS there, arguing, negotiating, and figuring it all out. My wife was even prepared for the crazy occasion. We had packed drinks and snacks so that we can properly survive the ordeal that was to come.We called before our arrival to inquire about different phones and plans. From the moment George picked up the phone, he was kind and cheerful with a major kick of Ill show you all the options and if there is a right fit, we will find it. No pushy salesman stuff here. Just a genuine WANT to help us and do so in a pleasurable manner.When we arrived to the store, George had all the details prepared for us. The different phones, the different plans and options, and final pricing. He even went as far as knowing the inventory of the different phones and the colors. That way, if it was something else we wanted, he was upfront that they would have to order it for us but would not be available at that very moment. We very much appreciated this, new to us from a phone carrier, honesty.He was extremely thorough in explaining all of the different phones, their pros & cons, and special features. He addressed BOTH of our needs and concerns. ONE AT A TIME. It was very nice to not be grouped into a couple type situation when choosing individual phones. Not only do we work on our phones but they have become a vital part of our lives. Our individual lives. George understood our INDIVIDUAL needs and not only addressed them but went out of his way to make sure they were completely met.You can say George really restored our faith in humanity. John Fajardo the manager was absolutely amazing. He was the epitome of excellent customer service. He took me step by step through the process of selecting a phone, plan, options, etc. He was patient and a total professional. This is the guy that you want to be modeling for others how to do the work. If anyone deserves a promotion it’s him.

John was an excellent manager at Verizon. He answered all of my questions diligently and paid attention to every need I had with regard to my technical requirements. I would recommend John very highly if you need a new iPhone and you were not exactly technologically advanced.

I HATE having to get a new phone! I feel like it takes almost as long as buying a car. But, Sean changed my thinking. First, he showed me 3 phones that worked like mine, explained the differences, then started the process of transferring my stuff. I should have deleted my emails, it would have been quicker. I think I was out of there in under two hours with a beautiful phone that will last a long time. Sean was awesome and so personable. In fact, I went back a few days later with a question and he remembered me. I highly recommend this location and Sean!

Allan, Austin and George are Super heros. Visiting from out of town and had to upgrade my phone. They were great to work with and now Im upgraded! Allen and Austin were absolutely incredible with helping me with my damaged iPhone. They checked every single possible option for me to replace the phone that could no longer work. Allen even helped me file my claim with the insurance I have on the phone when we figured out that was my best option.

2 years ago I had switched over from Apple and Sprint to Verizon and Android. I went with the J7 entry level phone just to see how I liked the service and the phone. It has served me well- great phone and customer service. But it was time to either expand the memory in the J7 or get a new phone. I walked in and said Im here to get more memory on this phone- unless you can make me a really sweet deal on a new one.And that is exactly what George did . I walked out with the amazing A50 -Samsungs new mid level phone with 3 cameras in the front and one camera in the back. Beautiful wrapped screen. Super thin profile. Very sexy phone!.AND paying less money per month than I was paying before with now MORE data. Crazy good deal!They also waived the in-store fee .I didnt have any glass protectors for the screen but I was instructed to bring mine in if I do get them somewhere else and they would install them for me at no charge. Suggested a beautiful clear case to protect the phone. Got that.The only thing I didnt realize its a different plug on the end then it was for the J7 so Ill have to get all new cords-no big deal.Bonus ! I had a great conversation with George while he set up my phone and he also helped me with the Bluetooth connection in the car.King George really truly gave me the Royal treatment.I have only had positive experiences at this store. And George is a great contribution to that.So loving this new phone! All was way beyond my expectations.

My phone was stolen on Thursday evening so Friday morning I came into this Verizon Wireless location where Yasmin Medina assisted me. It turns out the guy that set up my first phone did not set up my insurance plan like I had asked so Yasmin did everything she could to help me. Unfortunately, I still had to purchase a second IPhone 7 Plus because of the lack of insurance but she spent over an hour and a half with me to fix everything in her power. Overall for an awful situation Yasmin made it fairly painless to get a new phone, property set up my insurance on it, and make sure if my old phone was turned back on then it would be restored to factory settings and my information would be secured. She also added my old phone to the stolen phone list so no one could activate it for future use and I would be notified. Yasmin is an extremely hard worker and truly cares about her customers, thank you!

I had to set up a replacement phone after my previous one was stolen. Allen Fernandez helped me with the set up and reinstallation of apps, contacts, etc. He was not only very knowledgeable, but also polite and patient. He answered ALL my questions and made sure I now have all back-ups in place and explained how to search for my phone, if it gets lost or stolen again.Outstanding service!!!

Ryan, the Districr Manager here at the Galleria location, along with Victor, a trainee, and Brandon, a wireless specialist all did an amazing job at helping me through a wireless crisis. I came to visit my friends and family, and ended up stuck without a phone and each one of them went above and beyond to make sure that I left the store happy and safely able to communicate with the outside world. Thank god I was in Fort Lauderdale when my phone decided to die out on me, I wouldn’t have wanted to go through any other retailer.
