Going to the dentist can be very uncomfortable, specially when you suffer from anxiety but the staff here was so pleasant and professional it was actually not bad at all. I enjoyed it and definitely will forever be a client there HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+

Was very specific when making appointment about the urgency of having a cleaning since I have periodontal disease and because of COVID haven’t seen a dentist in a year and a half. To begin with, let me share that I called about 5 different dentists in the area and sadly, most of the people who answered the phone didn’t listen to my questions, rushed me off of the phone, wouldn’t answer my questions, or were just dismissive. I was so glad when I called Ike Design Dental, I believe it was Erica I spoke with, she was kind, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely cared as bout me as a person.I chipped my tooth in a softball game and of all the dental offices I called, she asked me if I was ok. That spoke volumes to me figuring if the office staff cares that much & having not yet met me, I was ping to have a great experience. I wasn’t wrong either. I get to the office and Nick, Maria and Erica were phenomenal!!! They assured my safety, they explained everything, and were knowledgeable on every question I asked. I was offered water, coffee, and was even given a tour of the office. The hygienists who worked on me Shawna and Mimi, were fun, kind, gentle, and gave me a lot of tips for my future oral hygiene health. We also had a few laughs as well. What an amazing staff!!! I was honored to be treated by Dr. Varone, well, she did not disappoint, she too answered questions, took her time with me and did the procedure perfectly. Everything went so smoothly without putting a big dent in my pocket, so much so, I scheduled to get more work done the next week, as well as make my 6month appointment.I would highly recommend this dental office for any procedure, not only are they professional, but they genuinely care about you as a person and not just another number.Thank you for such a wonderful, calming experience. I mean, WOW... the rest of these reviews speak for themselves but this place is THE BEST. The front desk, nurse, Dr. Varone and dental hygienist were extremely friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. I received a tour of the office when I arrived which was extremely thoughtful. They also took the time educate and explain what was going on and went over pricing before doing anything (which I’ve found to be a rarity at other practices, sadly). Everyone was extremely gentle and I was even provided a goody bag with a mug, toothbrush, etc. It’s clear they truly care about their patients here. I actually can’t wait to go back for my cleaning again in 6 months!

This is the best place to come to for a dentist appointment, the office is great, very well equipped, the staff is amazing I dont have enough words to thank them and show appreciation for all they did for me on the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed. Not sure where the other reviews came from, I wasted 1.5 hour in the greedy office and I did not see a single patient entering or leaving the embarrassing shop.They lie and manipulate new customers and then hand you the big bill at the end. Totally shocked.I alerted Groupon. Im posting about them to my friends on fb.

I have never loved the he dentist, but Smile Design Dental of Ft. Lauderdale made me feel comfortable and secure in my treatment plan. The staff and doctors were patient, gentle and kind. The office really serene and clean. They have a selection on comfort items, including aromatherapy oils, tablets, pillows and drinks available to patients, all to help you feel relaxed and taken care of. Get place! On my first visit they were all very friendly and helpful even though Im only 20 years old and havent been to the dentist in a while. My questions werent a problem and they explained everything to me. The office is beautiful, and they offer coffee tea and water also pillows for comfort. Worse place to go for a dentist. They upcharge and upcharge every time you go for orthodontic. They close for the Pandemic and want to charge for another 3 months that they were closed. Not a good dentist in the place. Horrible customer service as well. Would not recommended!

Dental Staff,First, I want to apologize for my delayed review. Ive been so busy with work and school but today I decided to make time by giving credit where it is due. On Saturday, Nov 18th, you held a Free Dental Care event. My sister Silvia, who works at the Coral Springs office referred me to the event. I have share-of-cost insurance which has been useless because no dental office accepts it. My son and I suffered from a toothache that needed extraction for almost a year. I must admit I was a little skeptic of the Free part but went anyway. To my surprise, not only was it free but the patience service was fast and EXCELLENT! Special thanks to Noel, one of the staff members who provided great patient service to everyone while waiting. Most of all, Special Thanks to the Dr. and Staff who dedicated their Saturday to give back to the community. I will definitely return when I secure a job with good medical and dental benefits. Well I dont know where to start really. I broke my tooth over the weekend I needed to have it replaced as soon as possible. So I went on yelp and look at dental places near my job. As soon as I saw smile design dental and the reviews, I called them and was able to secure a 3 oclock appointment. I am not someone who is overly fond of the dentists, but after meeting NOEL, I felt a certain amount of calm even though Im usually very anxious.I made it to my appointment early so I can fill out some paperwork, and they verified my insurance and that took no time at all. I met Jessica in the front office, after NOEL greeted me. I met Tiffany (Dental assistant) when we were doing a consult on what I needed, she was so fun and engaged with me and built rapport, thats truly what made it even better! Belated Happy Birthday girl, & they better give you back your money or call me & Ill make sure they do! When I met Dr. Vera, I felt a sense of confidence that is normally not present with any other dentist that I have experience. Dr. Vera was professional, kind, caring, confident, accommodating and just someone I instantly felt at ease with, and placed my trust & faith for my dental debacle! They worked out a payment plan for me in no time, and then I was whisked away to have my smile, selfie ready! I appreciate everyone indulging in my obsessive documentation of my experience, but this is my process & to make sure I give them a worthy review that isnt superfluous and generic in content. I honestly had the most amazing experience yesterday. The staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Noel stands out to me because he instantly greeted me the second i walked in the door with a smile and instantly made me feel at home (like family). He made sure i was well taken care of from beginning to end (checking on me periodically). The lady who did my cleaning was just as pleasant. She made my experience wonderful as well. Her name was Shana. She kept asking me how i felt and making sure i was ok(with the numbing or pain) along with keeping a light pleasant conversation and even complimenting me on how beautiful my smile was. This is the BEST dentist office Ive ever been to. Let me start by saying that Dr. Tad is a great dentist with great communication skills. But the whole office is great but Noel is beyond exceptional with the best personal customer service Ive experienced. Hes always so welcoming with the greatest personality with so much care. Anna is also a wonderful person at that office with great customer service too.The customer service is second to none and I will recommend everyone to them. Every time I walk in into this office I know I have nothing to worry about. I can fully trust whole dental professionals. Dr. Vera have done all my fillings and crowns, I never was uncomfortable with her job and highly appreciate her work, feedback, her assistance with any concerns I possibly could have. My visit to Smile Design was a pleasant experience, actually enjoyable. Arriving early in the morning, I was warmly welcomed by Joanna who gave a tour of the beautiful, beach themed office. Jimmy, the dental assistant, was kind and thorough during my procedure, and Dr. Green was easy to talk and caring. It was nice leaving a dentist appointment feeling happy!

Like many people, I detest/fear all dentists and all procedures related to my pearly whites. That was until about 3 years ago, when Bayview Smile Design took over my former dentists practice. Everyone was friendly and extremely efficient and competent. I had a bridge removed, two teeth removed and 3 implants in one sitting. All through the process I was informed of what was happening and great care was given to see if I was doing okay. Dr. Kerns performed the procedure with Dr. Vera checking in periodically. The assisting hygienists were terrific as well. Dr. Vera called me in the evening to see how I was doing. I appreciated the call very much.

After years of truly hating to go to the dentists office, I am looking forward to my next appointment. I came here after breaking my tooth while in Puerto Rico. My wife found the office on Yelp. Being new to Fort Lauderdale, we had no dentist. I was expecting to hear a power sell on a treatment plan and to get an exorbitant bill. Instead, they fixed my tooth and worked with my insurance company to make the visit painless to both my mouth and my wallet. Dr. Baez and Anna were great. They explained everything to me as they were repairing my tooth. The girls up front were amazing too. From making the appointment up until I walked out the door with my tooth intact and a smile on my face. Theyre a great team. I will be back.

This was my second visit today and I honestly wasnt even scared. Shes great and all the staff are so nice! I totally recommend you try them!

Dr. Vera and her staff are outstanding. I have had many unsatisfactory dental experiences over the years however you will not find that here. The Dr. is always on time and values my schedule which is important to me. I highly recommend.

I love this office! Very professional, clean, and welcoming. I did not wait long at all to get started with my appointment. Noel from the front desk is very welcoming and gave me a tour of the office before bringing me to my exam room where they had a little chalk board with my name on it. Very sweet details. The x-ray technician (Fransisco I believe) was fast and it was painless for the first time for me! The higenist Amy is amazing! Very intelligent and helped me understand how to take care of my teeth. Nagine assisted with billing, and she was very professional and clear on what my insurance covered. I definitely found a keeper for a dentists office. I have more work to do and I look forward to it for once! Go to this office for a great experience! 👍

I love this office . Super clean, fast service, you never sit around forever Im alway in and out. Dr Baez is an amazing dentist who truly cares about his patients. Shawna was an amazing dental hygienist, shes super sweet and gentle with cleanings. I feel like Im apart of a family when I walk on here

I am really upset with Smile Design. I told a few friends how good my dentist was and how great the staff was, and that I finally found good people, because I have always been scared to go to a dentist because I got hurt very badly when I was a child. I made an appointment the other day and I missed it , well funny thing my friend was there on the day I missed my appointment and they were there around the same time I should of been there . My friend mentioned to me that he/she over heard my name and that the staff was talking very rudely about me because I missed my appointment again and also how I always miss appointments and there were other things that were said that I would rather not say on a review, point is I am very hurt, very very hurt by all of this . I also get charged $50 for every appointment Ive missed regardless if I call and cancel or miss it , witch is very wrong especially when you call and talk to someone , and then you call back and they say you never called and spoke with anyone. I wonder if anyone communicates in the office with each other. My friend was so disappointed with them . I finally have a great dentist he is amazing , friendly and just awesome and now I cant come back to him or to this office because I feel so embarrassed. You know I work 60 -65 hours a week , my Grandmother just passed away , mu husbands dad is on his death bed , my husband also just got into a motorcycle accident the day I missed my appointment and my mom is not well because she just lost her mom and I have her seeing doctors. I have so much on my plate and try to help so many people but my self and now this . I am very hurt by your staff. I am sorry I miss appointments and that things have been just upside down for me. The funny thing is this is not the first time this has happened, I over heard them say something about me before when I was actually getting work done, my dads husband had a heart attack and I was really upset and should of left and gone to the hospital but I still stayed for the appointment ,and got the work done. I heard everything you guys said about me that day also . I wish all of you the best.

Caring, professional and good at what they do! Nobody likes going to the Dentist, but BSD makes it as pleasant of an experience as it can be. I like that they do it all under one roof. Highly recommend
