The aggressive guy working the counter this afternoon refused my DHL international package because it didn’t have “the paperwork.” My label was C-PLT meaning it’s part of DHL’s paperless transaction program to reduce waste. All the information for international shipments are stored electronically but this guy was not aware of C- PLT and even accused me of “trying to get away with something.” Say what?!? I phoned DHL after leaving the store and they confirmed my package had all necessary paperwork with my C-PLT label and that I could even drop it at a UPS store. I dropped it off at a nearby UPS with no issues. The guy at this store needs to freshen up his knowledge but the hostile way he interacted with me was more frustrating than his lack of DHL shipping knowledge.
