What a great store! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer a wide range of products from high end to home cook. I am super excited they are working on adding classes (hint hint: knife skills would be great on the curriculum). The store is open to the public, and I see it as a real contribution to the area.

Everything from pots, pans, and many more things such as cutlery is high end and organized neatly. They also have a test kitchen using materials they sell and do culinary classes in the kitchen, all you have to do is sign up. Great place.
