I think they are out of business. Tried to call several times followed the prompts was on hold for awhile and then the call ends. Kinda felt like dealing with Comcast might be a bad sign. Prob look at other locations or companies that provide this type of service. Was pretty pumped to talk with company about service. O well on to the next. The phone is a cash register when you are in business. It pays to always pick up during hours of operation.

I drove for 2 hours to get this place. Then when I get there at 5:20pm they tell me they close at 5pm when they clearly posted 6pm... The lady at the front was just sitting there. Like they could have just made an easy Sale if they used common sense.

Jonathan was great. We got a simple Iridium Go plan. It was EASY to setup.

We got our satellite phone as promised on the date of delivery and everything works good the phone is completely charged which I was glad to see everything is clean and professional looking

Arrived promptly, was given extra sim cards more than was purchased & lots of follow up support. predict wind have taken over the help in setting up the unit & accounts but have an unlimited data plan with satphonestore yet to start although it has already been set up ready to be activated on our chosen date. I hope the support with upgrading/ downgrading the plan is equally as easy as it has been so far but have not got systems up & running yet so dont know how we will go! watch this space

Purchased a KVH Fleet One satellite. The cord was not long enough for install on a 37’ trawler. Did not come with any mounting hardware. Had to purchase separate mount. Had to pay $250 monthly service fee so our installer could turn it on to make sure it worked. The $250 for the month is only good for the 1st through the end of month we installed near end of month so only got a few days before it was shut off. During these few days (even though it was only used by the installer for 20 minutes) somehow we went over our $250 plan and now are being charged overage fees. Can’t get anyone at sat phone store to follow up with us. Spoke with CJ, Jose, and Michelle. None of them could tell me how the data was being used when we did not have the system running. Also when we decided to purchase the satellite a sales rep told me I should also purchase a red port optimizer router to help keep up with how much data was being used. While installing we discovered that the optimizer did not act as a router at all and could not be used in our setup. SatPhoneStore told us we could return the item and they would wave restocking fee because they are the ones who recommended the item. We returned the item only to have them say they would not refund the money because it was not in its original packaging. Our installer had thrown away the box it came in. After arguing our case SatPhoneStore then came back and said they would refund half of the money for the returned router that we couldn’t even use in the first place. Extremely disappointed in the Sat Phone Store!I have spent thousands of dollars for a satellite system that somehow bleeds data even when it is not on. I am almost to the point of ripping the whole thing out of the boat. The lack of concern, caring, and customer service at the SatPhoneStore is appalling. I would never recommend them or do business with them again unless something drastically changes.

Rented a sat phone while traveling out of the country on a boat. Got the phone and found that they never activated the phone. Thankfully i still had time to go back but it could have been really crappy to have needed the phone and it not work.
