I had a terrible experience with orange legal. My client ordered and paid for one transcript and was billed for two. The second transcript the client did not order, the transcript was never received, yet Orange Legal still demanded payment. Orange Legal harassed the client and co-counsel and sent dozens of unprofessional emails and threats. Steer clear of orange Legal unless you want to be billed for things you never ordered nor received.
