From the initial call to meeting a manager and then the pool tech Nestor. Was amazing. Great communication via phone text and email. Had some other company treat my pool for 2 years but their service starting getting worse. I quickly changed to urban pools and glad I did. Technician was knowledgeable and educated Me about the process to get my pool clean again. Took his time and did steps that the OTHER company never did. I would not hesitate to refer or use them again, which I have signed up for their maintenence program. Give them a try.

This company uses contractors to clean the pools and our service person left our pool green. He used the least amount of chemicals possible and we have had to shock our pool twice to repair the damage. They charged us for cleaning the pool filter and from the looks of it, they never even hosed it off. We had to pressure clean the filter to get the year of dirt off of it (that is how long we were customers). I highly advise not using them. We gave them multiple opportunities to fix the issues and we could never speak to a supervisor or owner. The office person told us the office was in Doral and we live in Fort Lauderdale so that tells you there was no supervision of the work being performed. Highly advise you not use them.

None of the Pool Technicians speak English well, pool pump from their company doesn’t work, poor quality equipment for the price of money. CustomerService doesn’t understand the pool business. Still waiting on a replacement, while pool technician has been doing service to a pool with a broken pump and doesn’t understand English enough to know the pump needs to be replaced.

I have nothing but good things to say about Angel and Urban Pool Services. I had designed the pool through another architect, but Angel and team constructed the pool from start to finish. He did an amazing job, was always on time, always responsive, never made an excuse, and most importantly, spent the time and resources to make me a happy client. He was constantly in communication and always answered the phone (which is unique on its own). He built a very large pool (42x20) and spa with sun shelf, 5 deck jets. I would recommend him to anyone. As an aside, I just finished my home, and of the 20 various contractors (and subs) that I worked with, he was the best to deal with. Angel will put most contractors in south Florida to shame. And his pricing will be below any other pool contractors in the Fort Lauderdale area without sacrificing quality.

I had to call them every week to let them know the pool wasn’t clean as it should. They say they will do an hour service including brushing the bottom of the pool, cleaning filter, cleaning water debris and putting products but within 2 weeks of their services my pool turned green so i had to call them to come back over and over again and now this is the second time my pool has turned green..

Terrible Customer Service.Terrible results.They were late, they did a terrible job cleaning my pool, and on top of that, when I called to let them know and give them an opportunity to make it right, they came up with excuse after excuse as to why my pool was filthy.The manager finally decided to have them come back and clean it right, guess what... They never showed up. You can group this business into the rest of the majority of south florida service businesses. Complete lack of customer service and professionalism!!

Before we had the green water and our pump didnt work well, but after talking to the technicians of urban pool services they scheduled several visits and they definitely do an excellent job. Excellent company. Urban Pool Services recovered my pool, I had a long time without using it because the pump was damaged which made my pool turn green. But they cleaned my pool completely, remodeled it and upgraded the equipment. It was a great job and now my pool is ready for every weekend.

Urban Pool Service is fantastic. Before my service even started they contacted me several times and explained everything thoroughly. They took photos, gave me the pools chemical readings and after the first service sent me an email with all the pools cleaning details. I seriously cannot say enough good things about them and theyve only been my pool cleaning company for a day! Amazing!

Called to set up an estimate to resurface my pool for 3-4pm. Then proceeded to receive multiple calls throughout the day from employees from their company who had switched my contact info with other customers. Finally, received a call after 6pm stating that they were on their way for the estimate. They didn’t even apologize that they were over 2hrs late!! This company seems to have employees that are misinformed and does not feel like a very dependable company. I won’t be calling them again.

At first the company was great. They seem to have a process in place and we were happy with. That lasted one month. They communicate well especially to offer add ons.First complain was made by our tenant that the pool wasnt cleaned properly. I understand it happens and thats fine.We tried to call, email for several days and no response from them. We had to fire them.and hire a new company in the middle of the week.Shame becuase I thought their were good but I guess consistency is not their strength.

Great service! We receive email notifications with pictures after each visit, I can track the service while Im at work. They recovered my pool in 2 weeks and they installed an automation system so I can control the equipment from my phone. Their fees are not the cheapest I could find, but they were able to solve my pools issues without having to be on top of them.

These people are the worse. I literally watched the pool guy do absolutely nothing that he listed. They dropped a ball of chlorine in my pool instead of putting it in the floater. They didn’t even do the basics of skimming the top. When I called they continuously lied not realizing I was home and saw it all. They pretend to have a manger or someone that will contact you and THEY DO NOT. I’ve never experienced something so terrible. Find another service!!!

I would recommend Urban Pool Services because the workers and diggers who make you the pool are some guys who work very carefully and very attentively, and above all, I have been very happy with the pool they have made for me..

Very upset with this company. In general nice people but pool service is terrible. Multiple times after they came to clean our heater stopped working because the tech changes the valves on our pipes. Along with that we lose INCHES of water! Then when we have tried to contact them, they say they “can’t get ahold of the tech” so we’ve been left with a low water level, cold pool. I believe this is the reason our previous heater broke. They’ve also made mistakes where air bubbles are flying out of our jets in the pool and when we’ve called tried to tell us that there are in fact no air bubbles (as if I can’t see them with my own two eyes) and that nothing needs fixed. It’s unreal. We have officially dropped them today as service providers.

I called them in hopes of getting my pool back, and they did! I am very grateful to David and his team, I read negative comments but I was really surprised with their excellent attention and speed, so I dont regret having hired them, go on guys, thank you.

I admit I called them with doubts, but they took care of every one of my doubts. Whenever I called to consult the manager they gave me an answer, the girl who attended me was always very kind to me, Angel and his boys kept their promises. I really am very grateful to the Urban Pool Services team.

Worst pool services do not use!!! I have had nothing but problems with this company from being lied too to them saying I was lying about their services. Watched their technician stir my pool like a bowl of soup and leave was told by their office the technician scrubbed the walls vacuumed and cleaned the filter. I told them what he did and got called a liar. Trying to get a hold of a manager to complain still hasn’t happened I’ve asked multiple times for a manager to call me with no results. This was their last day today had 3 technicians working on the pool one parked on a sprinkler head on my lawn walk out to look at the pool and the top is covered in debris including bugs not a clean pool very disappointed....

These people are the best! They know how to eliminate the problem of algae in my pool, and most importantly, that the algae do not return.
