I would STRONGLY recommend NOT using this company for a local move in Florida. I am very disappointed in the service provided as I found numerous items with damage, some parts missing and damage to property. Of course, its normal for there to be some damage given the nature of the work but Ive never experienced this much during a move before.Firstly, the moving team arrived two hours late despite me being very clear that we had a specific window of time for the service elevators at both the move out and move in apartments. Because the team were late arriving, it meant they were late unloaded and passed the service elevator cut off time and cost me an extra $100 to use the service elevator outside the service hours.Secondly, we had damage to the wall outside the front door of the apartment with both paint and chunks of concrete missing from the wall.Thirdly, there were 21 items of furniture with damage, which is basically every item of furniture we asked to move, ranging from beds, night stands, chest of drawers, a mirror, the dining table and dining table chairs.Fourthly, a entire box went missing and a number of parts for some furniture items (shelves, arms for chairs) none of which have been returned. Presumably they were left on the back of the truck when the movers finished unloading. One would have hoped the company would call to let you know they still have the box and some items, as I’ve had with other moving companies, however, these guys did not and I can only assume the moving team have taken those items.Overall, I really feel let down by this company. I called their claim line to put in a claim for all the damage and missing items and was told someone would call me back to discuss within 3-5 business days. It’s been 7 business days and I’ve still not had a call back.

The customer service was pretty impressive. I called them couple of times and every time they were polite and constructive. They were very fast and did not damage anything. I would not recommend this company. They lied to me and even worse, stole from me. We used them to move to another state in April 2020. We rented an apartment while we looked for a home to buy so we did not unpack everything right away. We have since moved into our home and as we are unpacking we have found a number of items missing. They even went as far as opening a box, removing the contents and replacing the box. Some people working there are thieves so be careful about letting them move anything with any value. Not to mention that their BINDING ESTIMATE increased by 50% once our stuff was loaded on the truck. To sum it up, they lied to me and they stole from me. My best guess is between $15,000 and $25,000 of missing items. Its very sad that you cant trust a supposedly professional company. BEWARE

They took apart our bed frame and put it back together! AND ITS SOLID. It doesnt creak or shake. These guys know what theyre doing! We ended up getting settled so much quicker because of their help. And the price was very competitive!

It is rare as one can see from my profile the negative reviews Ive written amongst almost 200. I am so disappointed in how this move ended and was conducted by Eli and his company, even when given two weeks and multiple opportunities to avoid two police reports, insurance claim and this negative review. Overall the first part of the trip and packing was great with care taken to disassemble desks, furniture etc with a reassurance it would be put back together. Our items went from Florida Texas and reasonably I assumed of course items would be broken after traveling several states. However what I did not assume was just how many large pieces of furniture was damaged to the point of not being able to fix it, including my most solids wood pieces which I did not anticipate being broken. i would say out of all of my furniture foe alarge 4 bedroom house, only 3 pieces werent broken or completely scraped up on 75% ofall tops , sides, and bottoms.Once I saw the large truck arrive in Texas extending almost three full house lengths storing 8 families items, part of me saw how it could happen. It was stacked about the height of three tall men. A man literally climbed the bottom pieces to pull the top pieces which of course created an avalanche type situation. It was impossible for them to not further damage already broken items. Only one piece was reassembled and everything left in disarray. Despite boxes being labeled and telling the young men where to place the items, things were everywhere and in all the wrong rooms. It was impossible to supervise 5 guys in a huge rush while unpacking. They were very nice but completely careless with our items. At least 8-10Items were labeled as ours that were not and I kept telling them to keep it. I walk away for 30 minutes for work meeting and they finished up. I ended up without expensive bed frame I had already confirmed was ours, a toolbox of tools that was stolen priced at about 5k, and two benches, ottoman and yard soil that was not mine.Despite asking the owner to work with us he did not. We decided we would file a police report for the toolbox and items in both Florida and Texas. Going through their insurance is pointless as they have a high threshold before they willCover anything and of course requiring receipts etc that most families dont have for items that arent new. We wanted to walk away from it al and asked for $250 in order to pay twoLola handyman to put together the pieces left behind from his team. He refused. We have two weeks for him to sort out to no avail. Despite hating to drive and not wanting to spend the days driving cross country, i completely regret not doing it on my own.

Moved a 2600 square foot house 2 miles in 3 hours using two 17 foot truck loads. Boy can they pack a truck more finely. They come with all the tools and blankets for local deliveries so save yourself some money and don’t rent blankets from the truck rental company.

You have to be really be careful with this company. First they were late one day, second they dont care about your stuff, some plates was smashed, furniture was missing some parts. On the phone were making the deal for $1400 when everything was finished, I end up over $2k and I told them I had 60 boxes but I didnt, I had like 30. So they play smart with you, when they coming to pack your stuff dont let them before you know how much is gonna cost you, because what they do they put some stuff to the truck and then they tell you how much it is.Would I use them again? Answer is no.Service: Poor because I even had to help to unload them with my wife, if you can use something else, please do because this company is not worth it even one penny....

Best movers we have EVER used! We hired Green Van Lines to move us out of our house, and they were fast and efficient. Nothing was damaged and no walls were dinged. They did an amazing job packing the truck nothing really shifted during our drive down to NC. The two guys were super friendly and helpful. They even gave us a little care package with coffee and mugs.
