This is the best place to get vaccinated and also tested. I came here and the staff are super nice. Nick the nurse explain me everything about the vaccine and answer all my questions. I felt safe and secure in this place.

We made an appointment online and arrived on time. The staff were very friendly and efficient at getting out tests done. We were in and out in about 10 minutes and returned 20 minutes later for our preliminary results. I would highly recommend using them for any testing needs you may have!

This is an excellent laboratory, very professional staff, faster in sending results, very good location .However, I may recommend to give the COVID results in the old format, I had issues to explain the results by having then with the new format .Second time i did the test for traveling was easily accepted when they saw *status* negative clearly and not as the new format shows ,status pos/neg which confuses the airlines at the front desk before it is accepted.Thank you

ARCpoint went above and beyond to help me arrange a COVID test along with the required lab accreditation documentation for travel to Hong Kong. They genuinely cared about making sure everything was right so that I wouldn’t have problems with my trip. Getting a test and processing it on time is the easy part, but they helped make sure the language on the documentation would be accepted by the airline and the Hong Kong authorities and that made a huge difference.
