Just went into this store. The mask mandate is over in this county! I was told to put the mask on in my hand and not to give the employee attitude. One of the pest places to come when I’m in town. The piña colada lube will make you want to have more of that taco than you ever thought. Slightly addicting. Will be buying a big bottle. The store is big but the selection is limited still in my opinion. Not a large selection of mens toys. Youre better off going to Rock Hard in Wilton for mens selection. It was fairly pricey too, I got a more items with better diversity for a lower price at Rock Hard than I did at Hustler.

Apparently if you change your mind before leaving the counter or even being handed tour item you cannot return exchange or even add to your purchase. Horrible way to do business. If I had been handed my item and walked away from the counter I would understand. But I hadnt even been handed my change yet!

Always found everything I wanted and so much more! Shoes that fit my feet were a plus. Great sales are always ongoing. Staff were attentive when needed, never pushy or judgemental. I really dont know where to begin I always have a bad experience when I come here and today is the straw that broke the camels back I came in bought some lingerie and was rudely greeted and felt almost embarrassed to ask questions to the person that works their named Liza I believe shes a big fat white woman with tattoos she was condescending and rude and was trying to rush me out of the store and made me feel bad for what I was buying because I couldnt spend a lot on items she made it seem like I was buying the worst thing possible because I wasnt spending 500$ I wont be back here again.

Very bad customer service i got a toy as a gift and they didn’t even open it to check it at the moment of the purchase. When i got to the party it was broken from the manufacturer.
