I had a wonderful experience with this company! I recently had a Minnie Mouse birthday party for my daughter. I ordered a bounce house, Minnie Mouse character, a clown, and horse rides. The clown was very interactive and entertained the kids. Her face-painting was good too. All of my items were delivered on-time. No complaints! Overall, I was satisfied with the service and pricing and I will definitely use them again!!

Expert Party Planners were able to provide me with everything that was needed for my event. Very professional services from planning the event to setting up. I would recommend the combo packages that saves you money. Most important the bounce houses were very clean, this was important in recommending and using EPP again.

I had a great conversation with the manager. I told him a general idea of what I wanted to happen at the party and he filled in all the details - creating a perfect plan. The team showed up on time to set everything up, even making suggestions on placement in my yard. When the party was over the team promptly removed the items. In an industry full of hobbyists, I was pleased to see that this is a very professional organization.One other note: As parents we rarely think to ask about insurance when thinking about a party for our child, but you should always make sure that any business you deal with (especially on your property) has the proper insurance and the guys at Expert Party Plan in Ft Lauderdale have it. I look forward to using them again.

I booked a monster high bounce house (with a slide attached) and a cotton candy machine for my daughters birthday party. They were supposed to arrive at 12pm and have the bounce house ready before the party started at 1pm. The attendant showed up at 12:45pm with the wrong bounce house (no slide and it wasnt monster high) and he forgot the cotton candy machine. He said the office was right down the street and he can get the correct bounce house and the machine and be back shortly. The party began and he never showed up. I called over and over and he would say im almost there, Im at the light, give me five more minutes. When I called him again he yelled at me saying we just talked and I already told you Im gonna be there. I gave it a few minutes and at 2:30pm I called and told him not to show up. He showed up at 2:45 trying to explain himself and offered the bounce house for free but by that time I had already scheduled a clown for face painting and entertainment and the party would be ending shortly after. This was 4 months ago and they have yet to refund my $50 deposit. Every time I call they give me excuses and they never call back.

Many options to choose from and they are willing to work with most budgets. The staff really go above and beyond to ensure the kids have an extraordinary experience. I would use them again!

Contracted Expert Party for my granddaughters SURPRISE birthday...well that was ruined. Bounce house arrived 45 minutes late, well after she was there. The attendant was a joke...sat under a tree with his cell phone not paying attention at all to what or who was entering the bounce house. I myself had to go over and speak with him twice to advise him that other children from the park were just entering as they pleased, he was unaware because he was on his phone ALL the time. Then while the party was wedeling down he entered the bounce house and laid inside.The Cotton candy machine arrived with street dirt because they placed it outside an open pick up truck without any cover, I had to clean it before using it.I called Mr. Phillips with my concerns he was understanding and did contact me back twice giving me hope for some kind of refund but as of today(12/20/17) nothing $ .00 which Im very disappointed in. He seemed to be interested in customers feed back but has not corrected the wrong. If the contractors he hires to fulfill orders do not want to refund the customer I feel the responsibility falls on him to do the right thing. No I would not recommend.

The guy Freddie that i spoke with over seemed like he cared. I would like to see if he follows up as his driver Nate called earlier than planned and said he could come early as he had to go to Miami. I explained we only the pavillion at a certain time of 130 but would be there at 115. He didnt come until 2 and when he told me the price i said no, im not paying full price to which he rudely responded well, i told you where i was coming from. So i answered back, well, thats not my problem! I told his boss that but i dont think they cared, and it took half an hour to set up so we lost an hour time and they only took off $15 which is ridiculous as the party was done at 5. To make it worse i told the guy Nate we had to be out by 530, yet he didnt come until 6 so we had to wait there for him. No apology, no explanation, no anything. He did arrive with a blunt in his ear which was very unprofssional. No tip was given which im sure he was pissed about but after his lateness and the way i was talked to i dont care. I wont be using you guys again and letting the parks know as well. While the bounce house was fun, the rock wall and second ladder were broken in many places and wasnt functional, so that defeated the purpose of the racing, but it still served its purposed but definitely not worth over $300. I think there was a lack of professionalism, i get that sometimes you also bring families when you work, and while i didnt mind as i even offered the kids cupcakes and the grandma water, i even asked the attendant if he needed help the attitude that came with it wasnt necessary

Every time go there to make plans for party or wedding i always enjoy talking to the planner while im making plans bounce house always clean and they be on time💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
