I tried to post my thoughts on CNG last Friday when when I was still in the Plantation parking at 6:55pm. Yes, AFTER Your 6pm close. Monique raised CNG to a new level and the Plantation location that I already thought had set the bar. Monique was professional, patient, and passionate about her job for her job. It was 5:58pm last Friday and I had driven in a panic to get to your store before close time of 6pm. I came running (hobbling - I have a broken foot). There was a person in front of me who was filling out paperwork,and Murphys Law had to come into play. Not only did I have to complete a a new app but I had the hardest time with my check upload, locating info that had to go on the app and had nothing with me. I kept apologizing and she didnt hurry me one bit. She has no idea but her demeanor and poise kept from a full blown panic attack. Thankfully I was able to leave with my advance. And heres the one that put her outside of the ballpark..when i came back today, when she said hello, she remembered and included my name. Thats customer service to the 9s.

I thought Alvaro owned this location!! I have been here many times over the years, so he was a new face. He has always been personable and professional; however, my last 2 experiences here, convinced me that he had to be owner. I live and work in East Fort Laurderdale. I have a 1hr lunch break which puts me about 15mins late coming back when I have to come during the week. 30mins each way. When I arrived the last time I was here, there was a break time or lunch sign on the door and the door was locked. In outside waiting and praying he was a fast eater. I knocked on the door and he came out and let me inside...he said he could always eat later, that my business was top priority.Then today I call to let the person know that I was coming from out east, my eta said 5:58pm, please wait for me.He did !!! And he chose to be late for a bbq he was going to.He doesnt own this business but if you have a program that helps your employees become owners, then sign him up first! K. Snelling
