Diana Zayas-Bazan “election monitor” was far from neutral. When I brought to her attention several discrepancies and illegalities in regards to the annual meeting notice and election mailing, she started to yell at me and asked me “what do you want me to do?” I then asked her to invalidate the election because she was overseeing a fraudulent election. She refused and then started to yell at me and say that I was taking up her time even though there was an hour until the meeting began and she had an assistant with her. Finally, I asked if she was going to include in her report any of the points that I brought to her attention and she said no. Then after counting the votes and announcing the tally, she mentioned a couple of my points and began to discredit them and said that she would be including that in her report. Therefore, she was clearly impartial as an election monitor and siding with the Management and current Board of Directors instead of truly being impartial and listening carefully to the concerns of a Unit Owner.I would definitely not recommend hiring Diana Zayas-Bazan if you want a truly impartial election monitor.
