I love this company, although my English is not very good they make an effort to understand the Latinos. Of course like everything there are some who have no patience but they are the fewest. Thats why I give them 5 stars

Positive experience. Generally no issues. Obtaining loads is a simple process. Most importantly, they pay for job well done as promised. Could not ask for more.

They dont like paying carriers.... yes may be a little easier to use however it is not worth it in the long haul... twice in the last 40 days the refuse to pay my company detention. The 1st time the supervisor outright said no he isnt paying us detention after driver waited 10 hours. Note shipper loaded the incorrect item on the truck, shipper was really courteous said they will stand the responsibility even noted it on the invoice and TQL still did not pay. Where did that money go if shipper was willing to pay? Now they are saying they wont pay detention again because driver arrived at shipper 11 minutes late and had to wait 7 hours to be loaded. For them its only about TQL not about the carriers.

I’m addressing every carrier’s, owner operators about TQL.They don’t like paying people, they’ll find every reason not to,I remember last month I booked a load they told me to put the load on 36 degrees continuous which I did, the customer took the load under in protest.16 hours after I dropped the load they called me saying that the load was messed up I kept wondering why they called us after “16” hours so I sent them proof of the reefer temperature that it was on 36 degrees continuous the whole time they seen it, but still they said they were going to investigate. I even show them proof of loads from 3 months earlier where I’ve been carrying loads that are 36 degree continuous, they reported us to carrier Guard,so every time we’re trying to book load they always ask us to explain what happened.so to all of yall out there Be careful cause I wouldn’t want y’all to go through the same thing. When it comes to your hard work you wouldn’t want people to take all your courage, strength that you put into something for granted.

TQL is completely unreliable and provided a terrible service. They sent us the wrong type of trucks, which forced us to add an extra truckload to fit our shipment and they made us pay for their mistake. To top things off, their customer service was unacceptable, and we had to go through a long process to resolve the issue. We would not recommend this company to anyone requiring professional transportation services.

TQL is one of my most favorite brokerage houses. They are always flexible in negotiating and i never had a bad experience with them for almost 4 years of collaboration.

I’ve carried multiple loads for TQL, and they are great to work with. Even with hiccups, they will work with both carrier and shipper. Great continuing working relationship.

Always friendly, quick and informative when dealing with the brokers. Must be a great place to work as they all seem to be happy. Also great about following up with email or phone call when I have a question.

Personally Ive been hauling cars for a few years now, but just recently I opened my own company and TQL gave me the opportunity to work with them. Im really satisfied with the brokers and support staff, they are very professional.

Im addressing all owner Operator that book load with TQL, please be careful TQL doesnt not like to pay, theyd come up with any reason not to pay you, something most done about this company coming 2021 and i will be looking and talking to that can hit them in the pocket like they been doing us for years, If you been owed by TQL lets fight together 2021.

I have worked with the Amazing Brokers and Support Staff over the last 3 years, I have found them to be Professional, Kind, Caring and all around Wonderful to work with. I am with a new company now and have been given a chance to work with them again. I love working with TQL.

TQL used to be exceptional. The service is still reliable. However, the rates are not always good. Some agents arent keeping the standard. May be all that is related to getting too big.

This company does not pay bills. We are a large asset based carrier in Miami, we have been burned by TQL just like many carriers in The area. Stay away from this broker they will not pay bills.

Business disaster, they have been staying for a week for a day, according to before 4pm, they call me qje if I can stay until 5, they call me again until 6, that if I can until 7 after 4 calls in the same day, at 8 I call them you cannot get the driver after 30 minutes they tell me that he could not enter through a non-existent barrier. For the people of Miami Panther cargo they are much more punctual ....
