Jason was so awesome!!! He made our trip to Miami start and end on a great note. He was already waiting for as we got to baggage claim, so need to text him to find out where to go. His black SUV was super nice and clean. He provided us with waters and car seats for my daughters. On the way to the hotel we shared a nice conservation and he gave us some suggestions on where to go while we were in our trip. On our last day He picked us up from our hotel, in style, with his limousine that my girls LOVED. We are looking forward to our next trip to Miami and to see our new friend, Jason, again!! Loved the service we received, We used them four times during our trip to Ft Lauderdale and cruise back in November of 2019. They were simply fantastic. They recommended a restaurant in Ft Lauderdale that we went to twice. This is an excellent Limo service. We used it for pick up at the Ft. Lauderdale airport to go to the Bal Harbour area. Within seconds of getting off the plane, I got a text welcoming me and letting me know that the driver was there waiting for me. He instructed me to text or call him once I had claimed my baggage which I did.....seconds later he was at the nearest door. The car was impeccably clean and the driver pointed out a lot of interesting places on our drive. Ive never had a better limo service experience.

I took Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Service Inc. as transportation after a cruise. The drive took MUCH less time than with a taxi or ride share because the vehicles have a SPECIAL PASS THAT ALLOWS THEM TO USE THE HIGH SPEED/PREFERRED LANES. It was amazingly fast, buzzing past all of the vehicles in the regular lanes, I was there in no time. Also, the cost was low for the FAST service, and spotless luxury vehicle. There were 4 of us riding to Fort Lauderdale to attend a 7 day cruise and we were picked up promptly at home by Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Service. Our ride was relaxing and our driver, Jason was so polite and a very good driver. Our return home after our cruise was so easy. We were delayed on the ship for a while because of a power failure but I kept in contact with Jason on my cell phone. When we came out of the terminal, he was waiting for us and we had a wonderful drive home.

When we arrived at the airport, our driver called me and asked if we needed any help with the bags and to let me know exactly where he was parked and waiting. The drive to our hotel, which was in a very nice and practically new Suburban was outstanding. I forgot to book our return service to the airport when booking our original ride, so a few days before our departure date Jason called me again just to make sure we had a ride back to the airport, even if it was with a different service. I thought, well since the first one went so well, Im definitely going with them again. This time, however, a limo came to pick the three of us up and take us to the airport. Again, our driver honestly couldnt have been better. After pulling up to our gate, he even helped us bring our bags all the way into the check in area so my wife and I wouldnt be overwhelmed trying to carry a baby and all our bags and accompanying crap. The first car was a limo, and the return trip was a spacious SUV. If youre travelling with family, especially multiple kids, this service should really be your only choice. The driver was very professional and the suburban we rode in was in pristine condition and the driver was prompt and we never had to worry about a thing! I needed two large Limos for a very important occasion in Fort Lauderdale and at very short notice; I called FL Shuttle & Limo Service and spoke to Jason. After explaining to him the details of what I needed, he presented me with a couple of options, which would suit the situation. No overselling here, the proposal was absolutely perfect for my needs. After booking I got detailed email conformations for each car with cell phone numbers of the drivers. Both Limos arrived exactly on-time. Drivers were incredibly courteous and patient and the cars where very clean and to a good standard. We arrived at our destination on-time after experiencing a very safe and smooth ride. A week later I needed a car to Miami Airport so I gave Jason another call. I received the same first class service from start to finish. For me, I dont see any reason to use a standard taxi service when I can pay just a few dollars more and get a service that is of far greater quality and most importantly, one that I can rely on. We thoroughly recommend this service to anyone, as well as other British visitors wanting transfers to hotels or cruise ships after a long flight to Florida. We were immediately met by a friendly, helpful and professional driver in an immaculate huge comfortable luxury SUV from Miami airport to our hotel in Fort Lauderdale. The vehicle was parked in a special bay right at the entrance to the car park, so we were whisked away within minutes. The driver offered us refreshing cold drinks.
