Stop by in hunt for a piece of turf mostly for pets to put in my patio. This place is pretty great they have a lot to choose from so beware if you’re indecisive. You can tell the turf is good quality and isela was super helpful. They have reasonable prices and the awesome the girl there is very nice her name was Isella I think and she is helpful and super informative, also shes very easy on the eyes so highly recommend! All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained to me the whole process of installing the artificial grass from beginning to end. I highly recommend them for any project in mind, big or small. Their turf is better quality than Lowe’s or Home Depot’s. Their prices are affordable and reasonable for the quality of the material.

This place is great. This is the third time I have made a purchase here. Maricela was super knowledgeable about the products and helped walk me through the decision of what product would work best for a project I was planning. The first product I installed two years ago “cool diamond” had been super durable and has held up to my big French Mastiff. Just hose it down and use the pet zeo infill every 12 months.This project I was making an area rug for on top of my travertine patio. Maricela talked me through drainage and possible problems with having the material set on top of stone without proper drainage. Really helped me think the project out. I highly recommend Diamond Artifical Grass for all your artificial turf needs

This was a very calm , clean office , warehouse. Angela was very good even though the price kept going up as my blood pressure was because of the individual prices but as I had no idea what was involved and there were many pieces to this puzzle of artificial turf. After some investigation I found they were the best price.Angela was patient and explained everything very clearly. She knew her product which when you go to the big box stores they clearly have no clue.

Today I went to Diamond Syn Turf to get extra turf for my backyard. My experience today was phenomenal. The staff, JP in particular, spent a lot of time helping me with what turf fits what I am looking for in my backyard. His expertise and customer service was incredible. They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and answered any questions I had. I will most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for turf.

As per the invoice I received I am writing this review before even seeing or having the product in my hands. I explained to them that I could not give an accurate review until my turf was delivered. They asked me to do an honest review based on service, and based on the service and the entire customer experience I will only give them a 2 stars. This review could have been different if their business policies were different.

Fernando was very helpful showing me the different options for my DIY project. A great selection of artificial grass at a much better price than the chain stores.They worked with me with several quotes as the scale of my project changed. I appreciate that they actually answer the phone and return calls with answers to my questions!

I found diamond artificial grass on a google search for artificial turf broward. Was looking to put down turf on my condo balcony. Sent them an email for more information. I received a call the next day from Frenando, he gave me more details and told me to come to the showroom to take a look.I stopped by later that afternoon and was greeted by a young lady who was very helpful. She went over all the different turf they had and what would be best for my balcony. I ended up choosing the royal grass. They cut it for me same day and I cant wait to get it installed.
