Couldnt find it even with gps, flag was torn unrecognizable and the help to find a part never showed up. i ended up buying a bolt and screw. not sure if inventory knows what i purchased.

This is a great hardware store with excellent help & customer service. They are a very well stocked hardware store. The store is very well organized & clean.

I went there a few times for items. The manager was stuffing food in his face and talking to me at the same time. An older woman was Sitting on the floor behind the counter and never acknowledged my greeting. The water cooler was held open with a clamp to aid in cooling the area. Holes in the ceiling product strewn on the floor. The only one who knew what he was doing and had an understanding of courtesy was the younger guy with brown hair. I had to go back there today to look for an item and was talked about when I turned the corner...called crazy customer by the paint guy. What is going on here...seriously lacking any management here...will never go back again.

First time at this hardware store today and I will definitely be returning! From the second I walked in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and even helped me find each one of my individual items. Very fast in and out. Not like going to a larger home improvement store where it takes 30 min just to get one thing. They offer a lot of services and are well stocked. Definitely my go-to hardware store from now on!

Helpful and friendly staff

Hanna hardware is a wonderful store. Has all the essential little things that is impossible to get at Home Depo or Lowes and they greet you coming in the door and will run to show you what you need.

Avoid at all cost. They were quick to charge my credit card but I never received the item. I called for a tracking number and was told they would call back, but they never did. I called a dozen more times and no one ever answered the phone.

Have been a customer for over 25 years, through the change in ownership.The stock of difficult to find hardware and better quality tools has made Hanna a convenient and reliable source. They have provided outstanding service.

I like this little hardware store over the big stores like Home Depot and Lowes. Personal Service from the minute you walk in the door. They make keys and they always work. They make screens and have cleaning items you cant find anywhere else. They offer free fresh popcorn to all customers. Check it out!!!

This is one of Oakland Parks best kept secret. Dont let the outside appearance fool you. The place is a lot bigger than it looks and the staff are exceptionally helpful - definitely more so the youll see at the Home Depot or Lowes! Check the place out when in the area.

Weve been in business for over 40 years and have made this our routine stop. Staff is always courteous and available for assistance. So much more convenient than going to the big stores.

Do not order from this company. They take your money but never complete or update you in regards to your order. We had to call several times to get information about our, when we finally received order after 3 weeks it was shorted one fan lamp shade. We had to call to find out why we received 3 instead of 4 lamp shades. When we called we were given the run around and still have not received the 1 lamp shade shorted. Our order was placed on Nov 3rd and it is now Dec 20th and our order has not been corrected.

This store always goes out of their way to procure and provide what their customers need, especially in difficult times. I appreciate everyone at the store whos working hard throughout this pandemic while putting their own health at risk. I was already a fan and now more than ever.

I saw the owners and staff running around like crazy yesterday taking care of everyone for the storm. I was humbled by how much they cared. It wasnt just business. The owner drove through the night up to Tampa and back to get generators for us when every other big box store was sold out. When I picked mine up this morning as Hurricane Dorian approaches, I asked him if he slept at all, and he said no. Thank you, Cory and Raquel, for caring. I deeply appreciate it. I never want to go without power again from a storm and I hadnt prepared in advance correctly for this one. A big thank you!

Hanna was at the store on a Sunday, keeping the Store open to serve the community Pre hurricane. The store normally closes at 2pm on Sunday, But she keep the store open until 7pm. Hanna was very caring very professional.

Family owned and treats the customer like a family. They always greet you so you dont have to search 30 minutes for help like in the big box stores. This is a hardware store where you will find items that you wont find anywhere else. They have at well-stocked nuts bolts and screw Department. I was looking for metric and I found it. I like to walk around these type of stores and see what I can find. This is why I made my opening statement you can find stuff here that you cannot find anywhere else.

Great location and staff, free popcorn with your purchases! Increased stock compared to regular ace locations, parking is a bit confusing but definitely worth the confusion.

Placed an online order for door hardware which was listed as being in stock. Credit card was charged the same day as the order for all items. Was contacted one day later via email stating two items were not in stock. Called to confirm I wanted the remaining items and asked for a credit of the items which were out of stock and would be canceled. No shipping notification was given for the ONE item that was actually in stock. The second item had to be special ordered and no notification was given. Poor communication. Had to call twice to get a refund for the items which were canceled. I do not recommend this store for online ordering.

One of the few places where you can get world class customer service. Very helpful and attentive the associates are always helpful and dont forget about the free popcorn just cause they are that caring. I received my special order in perfect condition and very fast.

Ordered through Amazon the seller is Hanna Paint & Hardware. I received my item but the box was severely damaged with large holes and two parts were missing. I called Hanna Paint and Hardware to let them know that we received a damaged box with parts missing. First call the girl said to send pictures so I did and she stated that she would have to talk to the manager on what to do I never received a call back. 2nd call a man answered and said that they would send us a new item. I asked what to do with the one we received he said discard it! He stated he would email me about the item being present. Still waiting to see eather one.

They are crooks. Stay away. They never delivered the product I ordered but took my money anyways.

I was not impressed by this location at all. The staff was very rude and gave the impression that I was an inconvenience to them. Selection was good considering the size of the location, but I would rather go somewhere else where my business feels more like it is wanted or appreciated.

Looks like they have online issues but the brick and motor store is awesome. These guys know everything there is to know about DIY stuff. 4 stars because of price compared to Lowes or Home Depot, but a great place all around.

Its hit and miss. Have great selection of fasteners, everything else is hot and miss, overpriced, and often out of stock. If not buying hardware, its better to not waste time, but go to the box stores instead. I do like supporting the small business, and Im ambivalent about this one. Sometimes service is great, sometimes its terrible.

The prices on their HOS on-line site were pretty good at least for the product I wanted. However the shipping was kind of outrageous and they only offered UPS and Fedex...not the Postal Service. I called and they agreed to ship via USPS for less but did not provide a tracking number. Turns out they shipped via UPS but again no tracking number. Their on-line invoice did not list the item nor the quantity so it made it difficult to know exactly what you are going to receive. The order was delayed a bit as they did not have adequate stock and did not tell you that. If they would fix some of these issues Id order from them in future.

I ordered the kamadojoe grill on monday may 28 and then by friday june 1st it arrived in great condition and it works fantastic! Fran was awesome she helped me with everything i asked her.
