After spending $100 on a service technician to come out. He reported that there was no way that the cable wire could be connected to the television at its current location. I told him to put a temporary Cable until I could find someone to put it in the walls. He decided, instead of running it along, the wall like normal people you wanna do. He decided to run it across the floor and also put nail holes in my new floor. There are so many other options for television these days, at least consider other options

Julio was amazing. He listen any confirmed deck promotions and never said no. He always said let me check on that and he would give an alternative if not resolution without having to back-paddle. You love Xfinity and their service offers.

I just had possibly the most pleasant customer service ever! Thurston was so sweet and kind. I regrettably don’t remember the gentleman’s name who greeted me when I came in but all around just so nice!!!!! Great people you have here!!!

Andrew was extremely nice and personable on the phone but he told me I had an appointment for intallation and I was informed that he did not. So i had to drive to the store and wait in line to speak to someone in person after spending 2 hours on the phone. In the store they were super nice and helpful, but all i had to do was fill out the same digital form I had originally filled out. They resolved the issue by helping me get a discounted install fee and are coming out very quickly. Thank you Xfinity!

If I could give 0 stars I would. 0/ 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!They stood me up 3 separate times to install my internet. I called each time and they had no reasoning why they didn’t come. Then wouldn’t let me go pick up the equipment on my own to install myself since no one would come do it for me. I guess because they want me to pay the $100 install fee. Absolutely terrible service! Needless to say I canceled my service with them and am expecting a full refund of what I paid. So so so soooo so bad literally never have had such a bad experience in my entire life. Especially being a new customer

Im extremly disgusted with how unorganized this company is and how poor customer service is. Call back is not a thing for them! i had a nightmare time comsuming experience tryin to set up a new account. Literally days trying to set up a service i assumed would be easy,. Waited over a week and asked to wait longer due to a mistake on their end. Just extemely frustating company felt my time was not valued they ate it up on the phone and asked me to wait longer so im paying for a mistake they made.

Process wasnt clear. They have a canopy outside that you need to checkin before getting in line before being escorted to inside seating. Then you get to wait for an agent. Everyone was polite and friendly. Transaction went smoothly (returning a Flex box not requested).

I had a appointment at 11:45 today and I got there on time I checked in through my phone and it said wait until I get a text to come into the store. So I waited in my vehicle until I realized that 20 minutes pasted. I starting seeing people line up to the door a representative came out to check people in.Why wasn’t I texted to come in and now I’m last I want to cancel service with this company because it’s poor service and communication you guys need to hire staff that is customer service friendly and looking out for the customers. There is no excuse for this we are in a pandemic so safety first there is way more people inside the City should be notified and this place fined for not following ordinance!

Xfinity is notorious for sub par customer service but no one told the exceptional staff working at this store. They were so fast, kind, and caring. They had everything so well organized. I walked in expecting an ordeal and left with a smile. Dont call (still a lot of opportunities) go in.

This was the worst customer service. I walked in and asked if I could order home phone service and the employee said the only thing that you can get is a Triple play package (internet, tv,and home phone). This is not accurate information. When I said I do not need tv or internet he replied...Then we cannot help you.

Xfinity hasnt always been my favorite (especially over the phone), but I will say I had a great customer service experience at their store recently. I came in after being exhausted by their phone system. The customer rep was awesome! He knew exactly how to solve my problem and I was out of there in five minutes. He was super friendly and empathetic. I highly recommend visiting the store in person if you have trouble with the automated phone system and telephone customer service reps who have no clue what theyre doing. The team here is great!

Horrible Service and even worse customer service. My internet connection is terrible. It comes and goes al the time. They check my house connection. They run again the cables and still the same. Now they say it is the modem/gateway. They wanted to charge me to ship a new one. So I decided to exchange it at an Xfinity store. They didn’t tell me how much the wait was going to be and they made me wait outside all though there is plenty of room to be inside and maintain social distance. Unfortunately I don’t have many choices for an internet connection in my area. Runaway from Xfinity/Comcast if you can. At least they should have a better customer service.

The set up and design of the store is very modern and cool but the staff is not enough to deal with many clients at the same time. Like today, aroun 4:30pm...only 3 employees for 16-18 clients...thats crazy! I wait almost 50 min for my turn.

Xfinity telephone customer service and Assurant mobile insurance couldnt resolve the problems with my phone but Latonya at this Xfinity location handled everything immediately. I was incredibly impressed with her service especially when I was able to leave with my new phone. Excellent!!

Bought a modem that is supposed to be an immediate activation. I come home and it would not active and I miss an important zoom meeting. Tried to call them and they would not respond and a robot told me a technician will come few days later and I miss more of my zoom meetings.

I returned everything and canceled my account a month ago. The lady that took care of me told me that everything was fine, and I did not have to worry about anything. I just received a mail stipulating that I own xfinity because I didn’t return the equipment, which I did. And I don’t have a receipt to prove it because she didn’t give me anything. They are thief and dishonest people, and I will never ever use xfinity again.

Could someone explain why you’re stores are closed and have been for the last two months?? I would think that a cable company would think of themselves as an essential business.. The entire state is open but you can’t get a new cable box.. Funny how AT&T stores are open... Also, don’t bother calling in to Comcast to book an appointment unless you don’t have a job and can spend your entire day on hold.

This is the place where we go and are usually angry, as I was. (The phone customer service is deplorable) so I went there to get my service straightened out. The sign out front is incorrect and gets you annoyed. Once inside the service rep listened to my issues and went over them and the services. He was extremely patient. I did leave there happy. It is clean and I didnt have to wait too long for my appointment time. The associate I dealt with was nice enough and very mechanical, could not answer my questions regarding the billing, only tell me limited info from the computer. As far as comcast/Xfinity is concerned, I would never have them as a service provider. The rates charged are way beyond my ability to pay, I live on a small fixed income in a senior 62 + apt complex and we can only have Comcast as the building owners have made everyone have the hook-up with their service, nothing else allowed. Most cannot afford this and go without or have the minimum at about $55/mo.

I loved this place. I have many years of experience with a number of cable companies and their customer service stores, and most recently dealing with Cox Cable in one area and now Xfinity in this area. I can saw beyond doubt, that this store is fantastic in comparison to other in my experience. Very friendly staff, very helpful and thoughtful. They were proactive during the several times I have been in the store, and I have never had any lengthy waits to get served. On one occasion I left my notebook (a big deal) on the counter in the store. They put it aside and kept it safe until I came back to retrieve it.Even though there are other Xfinity stores closer to where I live, I choose to use this one as they are best in class, and reflect favorably on the Comcast service. I love going here, which is the Google Maps definition for a 5 Star rating. Highly Recommended.

Be careful what you sign up for! Was given a trade in offer two weeks ago but had to wait for phone on backorder. Went in today to finalize trade in and offer had dropped from $515 to $338! And nothing I can do apparently. Not a happy customer. So make sure you finalize whatever they offer you while in the store!

They have all the latest gadgets such as phones, modems, boxes And other technologies that will make your home a smart home. The service staff is wonderful to work with..
