I just called this company to get an idea of the costs they charge for a cleaning as I need a cleaner two times a month for the next 5 years minimum for a new house I bought. Instead of working with me to give an idea of price they wanted all my info, name, email, phone number, address. I asked if we could proceed without giving that info and they hung up the phone. BEWARE, this company participates in selling your data and personal info. I know this because I used to sell data aggregation software to various companies. If they wont give you a quote before they take your data, just know they will still try to make money off you by selling your data. I will never use the service. With this company.

Rosani does an excellent job cleaning, and the bonus is, I get to practice my Spanish.

I have used this service for years and IF they show up I have really liked the people and their performance. The problem is getting cancellation calls after the arrival time on a regular basis. If youre willing to take a 50% chance of them showing up, this is the team for you.

This seems like a data grab + maid services. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes answering all kinds of questions. They said the soonest they could have someone start was two weeks from that date. Then, they call back and tell me they actually dont have an opening for another 6 months... at the very least, calling them is a waste of your time. Im hiring a maid because Im insanely busy and they wasted a ton of my time.

I scheduled an appointment more than a month ahead of time. I confirmed the appointment the day before and was charged in full. Someone was supposed to show up between 8am-12pm and no one showed or called. Their offices are closed on Saturday so there’s no way to call to get an update or any type of help. For the cost of these services, I do not recommend the wasted time or effort.

The office is always quick to accommodate any unexpected changes I need, even if that means having the maids come on a Saturday. Flavia is typically my girl, she is amazing!! Theres NOTHING better than coming home from work to a clean house! The office has a set of keys to my house, so she keys in, cleans and locks up while Im at work. Its incredibly easy and she does an amazing job with my (difficult) dog while Im not home. Highly recommended.

We have been using this company for over a month! Two of our favorite pros are Milagros and Brenda! They do an amazing and thorough job. They move things around as needed to get to the little nooks and crannies! The attention to detail is obvious. I also appreciate how they act towards our dog. Both have been sure to greet him as soon as they enter and he loves them (which is a good sign)! Highly recommend this company and these two ladies!

Yes i used maidPro for like 3-5 visits.. wish i could start using them again lol. Trying to be frugal now.They did a great job in my place, better than i could. Used my own organic cleaning products like i asked.Had a few different ladies do the cleaning but they showed up which is key, plus they were all nice.Other times I tried to use independent housekeepers, one had to reschedule last minute,and the other couldn’t come , so her cousin called me and said she could do the cleaning instead. Too much change for me.MaidPro is Easy to get a hold of, reschedule etc.

I contacted MaidPro several times explaining that I needed a deep clean upon moving into a new townhome. They seemed so helpful and understanding of what I needed. It would be a couple of weeks before they could come clean, which was fine. However, when they did come it was a disappointment.Three maids came and “deep cleaned” a 3500 square foot house in 2 hours. They left a list explaining what they “cleaned.” Most of what was checked off was not even done.Baseboards were not dusted nor windowsills. Visible crumbs left on the kitchen counter. Hair still in all bathrooms. Floors visibly not mopped or stiffened. We were surely disappointed for $379. I could’ve done what they did myself.I called back to let administration know I was unhappy. They said a manager would call me back. Over 24 hours later, no word. I called again for them to tell me they didn’t even have a note from me for a callback. Luckily, they were willing to give me a re-clean. They promised that none of the previous maids would be back. The next day, ONE maid came back who had cleaned my house the previous time, surely putting us in an awkward position. We had to explain to her what we wanted cleaned even though they should already know because that is their job.We explained the bathrooms needed serious work, only for us to be told we needed to provide bleach. What cleaning company doesn’t have bleach for bathrooms? I’m only giving this company 3 stars and not 1 because they sent someone to reclean for free. Will not be using their services again.

Had a first cleaning today. My wife and I are very pleased with Millies excellent work. The apartment is shining! The work was thorough and professional. Every area of the apartment became clean, and we are especially happy about her work on the floor. That must have needed a lot of energy and skills to clean. She is very pleasant and energetic. Ive been using MaidPro for 7 months on a bi-weekly schedule after discontinuing another companys cleaning service and I couldnt be happier. My house is always well-cleaned and the attendants are always friendly and smiling. I had one experience where I wasnt fully satisfied which I reported to the local office manager. Within one business day, I had my house fully re-cleaned at no extra charge! Ive tried several companies. Ive had 2 that stole from my house, 1 that thought my house was already clean so they did nothing and 1 that half azz cleaned. I almost gave up but Maidpro came into my home did a fantastic job and now I have a regular helper. Now I simply clean my house every other weekend and they come every other weekend. I get a much needed break and that works out great for me.

Lakeasha saved the day when she came to clean my duplex that others were supposed to clean the first time. Two cleaners came, one was a supervisor, and neither could figure out that we wanted them to clean the baseboards and wipe down the walls. We were told by phone staff that they could/would do that AND the check list showed that they did it. But, I was here watching and I can tell you they didnt. Lakeasha showed up 5 days later and DID THE JOB AS DIRECTED! She was pleasant and very efficient at her job and completed what two other cleaners either couldnt do or wouldnt do. Lakeasha KNOWS WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO IT!! Thank goodness for her!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, The cleaning had locked a privacy lock in which I do not have a key to and attempted to blame me for locking it and kept insisting that it was not her company. It cost $190 to open my door and another $80 to replace the broken lock. The manager didnt even have the decency to speak with me directly.

I have used the service 4 times thus far. Out of the 4 times I have used the service, the agency has sent 3 new ladies to clean my home. All three ladies (Precious, Crissy and Doris) that were sent were superb and excellent in cleaning the home. Beyond my expectations but having the company send me different ladies takes time away from my job in having to retrain each one. In addition I dont like having strangers coming into my home every week. I was hoping for more consistancy and committement in the ladies the company sends over.
