Answer my questions right away and went above and beyond on explaining the process to make sure I had no additional questions. I made payment using their link and mail out the fingerprint card. If you drive the ball 80+ yards, down to the 5 yard line, how many points do they give you? Communication was good, service was quick, notification was nice, and then he dropped the ball on the 5.... uggh. He committed to sending me back the fingerprint cards, I provided the postage, he shredded the cards and refuses to take ownership of the failure. He suggested I was trying to take advantage of a small business, well, Im a small business and when I drop the ball, I take responsibility. I fix the problem or refund my fee/or portion of to make my client whole. In my opinion Jake made an error, refused to take ownership and tried to play the blame game, somehow it was my fault. I cannot in good conscience recommend his company, no attention to details.
