I have been working with Chris for over 8 years. I have had nothing short of miracles happen while utilizing his coaching services. He has seen me through every life change/event possible, including a break up, studying for the bar, starting my career, getting married, battling post-partum issues, and pretty much everything. He is extremely skilled, compassionate, caring, and all around excellent. I HIGHLY recommend Chris for anyone seeking to improve any area of their life.

Not a therapist I would recommend for those with depression and anxiety disorders. Unfortunately, he did not see my condition as a serious health condition. I have a safety related job and he did not feel comfortable recommending I have FMLA for assistance should I not be able to perform my safety related job in the event of an emergency. I think he would be a great life coach but I would suggest thinking twice before seeing him for treatment that is medically related. Its difficult to start with a new therapist so thought it would be important to others to share my experience. I just moved to FL and having a hard time finding a qualified therapist. I found a great physician though!

I have known Chris Checke for over 10 years. He is exceptionally gifted: in management skills as director of a large outpatient clinic; in developing new professionals in behavioral health (including graduate interns); in collaborating with numerous community organizations; in facilitating a nationally linked support group for community service non-profit CEOs; and in providing individual therapy & coaching in his private practice.
