Best office location, very conveniently located in the middle of downtown. Parking is great! Offices are clean, kitchen is always clean. They have fresh water with fresh cut fruit every day for us. I have been a quest client from the beginning and predecessors in that space prior. This is the best crew in all that time. Obi runs a great operation and everyone is cheerful and friendly.

I have been a tenant now for two months and my experience has been great. This is very well-run and extremely professional. The receptionists at the front greet my clients professionally and handle any requests that I have in a timely matter. The manager is also very attentive and responsive. I really have no complaints and I am very pleased with my entire experience.

My law firm was displaced from our offices in Fort Lauderdale because of damage to our building from a tornado spawned by Hurricane Irma. The business model allows us to maintain a professional reception and staff and expand our conference room availability as needed, which we have used for negotiations for clients from Fort Lauderdale to China with all the style and furnishings expected of a downtown law firm. Manager Obi Nnolin does go above and beyond to meet our needs and does a beautiful job keeping everyone on task in a professional office environment for all of us to work at. It also provides efficiencies and the benefit of lower office overhead we can pass through to our clients.

I work here at quest workspaces and I love it, the dishes are always cleaned the coffee here is to die for i truly do enjoy working here its one of the best places to work for and the girls in the front desk are always helpful especially when I lock myself out of the office lol everything is truly amazing here and if it wasnt for the two accommodating receptionists this place wouldnt be the way it is ran! I have been at this location for almost 3 years now. I must give it to their front line employees. The center manager, and the two people working the front are great. They often go out of their way to make you feel are apart of something. They do this all the while dealing with a lot of different personalities and different business needs. Something that I think the others often forget. I have no hesitation about recommending any of the Quest locations to anyone. But I do believe there is something about this location that sets it apart.

UPDATE: June 8, 2018 Quest Workspaces contacted me and clarified the pricing methodology on their website. I still recommended that they be more specific as to the pricing structure to avoid confusion and upsetting customers. The manager understood my frustration and offered us the meeting space at no cost and assured me that the Marketing team would be updating the website content. During our meeting, the staff was very attentive and helpful. Overall we had a very productive meeting in a great environment, as is common with Quest Workspaces. I do recommend that you check them out.I have a meeting next week in which we will be doing annual planning with a team of three. I went on the Ft. Lauderdale website, clicked on meeting spaces and saw a rate of $15/hour. I felt that was reasonable, completed the Contact Me form and submitted. When the rep from Quest called, she quoted me a rate of $55/hour, so I directed her to their website where it clearly states $15. She asked to call me back so that she can speak to her manager. Once she called me back, she offered me an office space (not what I needed or fitting for the nature of my meeting), for $25. If I still wanted the meeting room (why wouldnt I, its what I always needed), it would be $55. I mentioned that they published a rate (BTW, it is still published) and that they should honor it as its probably the best choice for business or perhaps offer me a discounted rate. She said that they realize they made a typo, but that all she could offer me was a $25 office (again, not what I need). I pushed further, as most companies that I have worked for have bitten the bullet and honored the rate in exchange for a new and happy customer. She didnt budge and was happy to get off the phone after I expressed my disappointment and that I would find another option. Your mistake shouldnt cost you a customer, as we are pretty expensive to acquire.

I recently moved from another executive center and find Quest to be much better. The front desk people are very caring and efficient, the floor is undergoing major renovation which should be completed by the end of the year, the social and networking opportunities have far exceeded my expectations. Obi, the general manager, (other than being a Raiders fan) is very respectful accommodating to everyones needs. Quest has 10 other locations and the ability to use Quest office facilities in other locations is a great advantage. Bottom-line, it is great to be a Quester!

People and location. 2 things great about working in my executive office suite in Fort Lauderdale. The office is a quick 5 minute walk to several great restaurants on Los Olas. The other great thing is the people who run the center. They are an extension of the office. Always helpful, taking the extra step to help. Its great having them accept mail, packages, send out mail - like having a secretary. Perfect solution for a small business. You can handle the day to day of your business, while Quest is your right or second hand. The kitchen area is a plus, especially with the espresso maker. Id recommend the Fort Lauderdale location to anyone who does not want the expense of complete floor for office space or the stay at home entrepreneur ready to branch out. Furniture is also great quality and comes with the space. The only downside is the thin walls, because I can hear people in the next office if they are loud.
