Ordered a part from them... after not receiving it for a week I called and was told it was being shipped out that day... another week goes by so I call back...after waiting an hr for someone to call me Im told the parts out of stock and wont be in for a month! Excuse me... you told me last week you had it in your hands...now Im out 2 weeks and a bundle of cash. No help at all from these idiots... Ill be surprised if I ever get a refund...... in response to your response... clearly your just as bad at math as your customer service. 24-15 is 9 days! And thats again after I was called and told it was being shipped and now a week later your back ordered a month out? Maybe your website should say its back ordered wouldnt that be productive?
