If you are a job seeker, stay clear of the Fort Lauderdale branch. Job seekers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and even empathy especially when theyve been given a run around shuffle by thoughtless and uncaring and incompetent Key Staff staffers who did not do their due diligence with the best interests of the applicant at heart. Thoughtless, uncaring recruiter reps who care only about their own commissions and discard applicants without care. The branch manager thinks she is above speaking to job applicants and too busy to even come to the phone like she is some important C-Level executive. Well, shes not. She doesnt return calls and leaves it to receptionist/recruiters to behave like they are an important call screening admin for a C-Level Executive when an inquiry is made by a job applicant or a specific concern of a job applicant about the way an application was being handled. THEY DONT CARE! IF THERE IS NOTHING IN IT FOR THEM, THEN THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE. If you are a job applicant dealing with this branch and you are not a priority one candidate where they smell an immediate commission for themselves, then, you are wasting your time dealing with them. Avoid this recruiting company, dont depend on them, dont trust them, dont expect anything from them. They will lie and not do follow-ups or return calls. THEY ARE NOT WORKING FOR YOU AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU! THEY ONLY WANT TO USE YOU IN THE MOST SELFISH WAY. EXPECT THEM TO LIE TO YOU. Worst recruiter experience Ive ever had as a job applicant. If you are a job seeker, I wish you well in your job search and I encourage you to avoid this poorly run company like the plague. There are much better recruiters to deal with and while there is an exception to every rule, Im confident that my experience with Key Staff is not unique and probably reflects the treatment given to a majority of job applicants engaged with them. So I went into the office to apply for a postion for a company they were listing. I interviewed with them, I interviewed with the client, and then got hired. Up to this point the staff was great. They turned horrible after that! First off, I called the office to get a job offer in writing (needed it so that I can keep by housing, to report the change to health insurance and to snap) and I was refused. I called to see if my direct deposit was going to be in my bank account or a check and was informed they didnt know but they will call back later to tell me. Well, that got ignored and never got a call back! So I called again today, and I was told that I wasnt getting a direct deposit because they dont have my information (which is a complete lie). The company I am working for is amazing and that is the only reason I am dealing with Key Staff! I wish I would had done research and applied directly cause then things would be amazing!
