Jason centrone and centrone investments inc stole $1,838.00 from my family. & have knowingly an willingly been selling counterfeit gold bars particularly “The Perth Mint Australia” 1oz gold bars. After receiving my bar i took it to have tested with a XRF gold analyzer by the professionals at Tulsa Gold and Gems and was notified it was not authentic. Mr. Centrone will lie and say he provided me exceptional customer service and has sold me authentic gold but that is a lie, just like he leaves me voicemails saying he’ll rectify this, and that the customer is always right and providing me the best customer service is priority, if he actually meant that then he would not be accusing me of scamming him or telling me i am wrong, and would have resolved our issue 3 days ago when i contacted him first. He has tried blaming me for this saying things about my multiple disputes or policy violations that make no sense, my only dispute is with him. Stop blaming anything that has happened after the moment you shipped my order for the reason we have this issue and own up to selling counterfeit gold, that’s the problem. not my dispute, or not my ebay account that was suspended after my ipad was stolen. Myself and my family and friends will continue to post reviews and expose what you did on all possible platforms UNTIL YOU FIX THIS. If you are a man of your word and did not intentionally send me fake gold Mr.Centrone then unblock me and refund me, i will return your “authentic gold bar” and you can sell to someone else since it’s “real”. I don’t need anymore messages lying about how customer service is your priority, prove it. This pictures posted with this review are what i was shipped, the print out of the XRF test results, and messages and visual voicemail transcripts from Jason Centrones talking to someone that spent almost $2k with him like a lying POS & is making things up to justify his reasons for not providing a return and refund then blocked me soon after. The only thing that’s happened he could consider suspicious is my ebay account was suspended, but only after my ipad was stolen and unauthorized activity appeared on multiple of my accounts my ipad was signed in on.
