I called twice to make sure they were open because my trip is tomorrow. They told me they would be open until 6:30. I then called again and they told me they would be leaving early because of the storm which is understandable, but told me they would be there for another hour. I get there 20 minutes after that phone call only to get there and no one is there. Now I do not have any currency for my trip. This customer service is unacceptable. I understand the employees wanted to leave because of the storm but I wish they would have called me before I drove 20 minutes after they told me they would be there for another hour.

Don’t exchange currency here. This place screws people over with a smile. Their fees are trash and their “so-called system automatically low balls you.” I knew exactly how much currency I should receive after their outrageous fees & the current rates for euros, and they will still try to rip you off. Sad.....Low integrity this has. Avoid these scammers!

I’ve been calling them to ask questions and no answers ! They lost my business before it even started .
