Had a simple derogatory charge of ~$50 late fee from Verizon charged to me while I was out of the country, receiving no mail due to a screw-up on Verizons end. I was told this would be pretty simple to remove from my credit report, but looks like I wasted the money. After paying them a few hundred dollars + a mandatory $30/month fee for their service for 7 months, I definitely wasted the money here. They even tried to tell me they fixed it once when it was clear on my report that they didnt. While I understand its not a 100% rate, in my case the credit charge is clearly an issue on Verizons end, but I felt I was just treated with a basic well mail generic items rather than anything personalized.

Great people to work with would highly recommend them to anybody thats having credit issues on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give them an 11
