No cancelation! Even tho advertised. No 24 hr shuttle! in that fact no shuttle period! The airport also dose not recognize them as having a shuttle. Staff stops taking calls around 3 hrs before the store closes, and will no longer answer the phone. Unprofessional staff if you ask any basic questions they will hang up on you. Do not use this rental place! You will definitely regret it!

DO NOT RENT FROM PRICELESS!!!! SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE. I truly wish I would have read these reviews beforehand.The fact that they do not even show up to open at 7am like their hours state, cost us to MISS OUR FLIGHT!!!!!! Our agreement stated that we would be returning the vehicle at 7am. We arrived promptly at 7am. When we called the phone number listed on the locked gate, we were told the employee(s) were running late and were 10 minutes away. An HOUR AND 15 minutes later….they finally arrived. With zero empathy for what they’ve caused. Not a care at all. My husband and I regret not leaving the vehicle and catching an Uber. This company is so unprofessional. Please, spend the extra $$ and rent from a company that you can depend on! Such BS!!!!

Horrible business practices. I reserved this car via Orbitz so I was not aware that Priceless/JC rental is not located at the airport. Customer’s liability coverage has to be $500,000 to avoid getting their insurance. Can we say strong arm!!!! Utterly ridiculous!!!! And the clerk had the audacity to give us a wrecked car. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!!!

This company is horrible. First of all, they are off premises. Meaning that they are not at the airport. That you have to wait for one of their buses to pick you up and you have to wait outside. Good luck with the Florida heat, humidity and rain. Also, when you get to their office you learned that you are required to have $500,000 of their insurance and you learn that those rates are 3 times more than other car rental. They lured you in with low rental car rates but, they make up for it with their insurance which is required. So at the end of the day, you paid more than other car rental agencies and you were inconvenience by them.

The worst experience ever, first they made us wait for more than 1 hour on the bus stop,for the shuttle, then when we arrived at priceless rental, and many hidden fees appear like, the pick up, car wash, $30 dollar per day for the insurance , but the most absurd was a toll fee for $25 when they cost $1 dollar, this ain’t right. also costumer service was zero to none. Unfortunately this was the worst experience ever for a rental, at the end with all this over costs it’s better to rent with, Alamo, or hertz. I only hope people read this before they have to endure this experience.

Total rip off. I had already gotten car insurance thru Expedia Priceless still charged me an additional $25 per day. Total rip off. The car smelled bad and dirty. They tried miserably to cover the smell with a pine tree strawberry smell air freshener but it only made it worst. STAY AWAY FROM PRICELESS.

Worst experience. First, when your calling them they ask if you “miami or fort lauderdale “ then transfer you to someone else thinking it’s the person at the place where you will picking up. Turns out this person you’ve be taking has nothing to with.Arriving at airport we were told to go to stop 7. The sign at stop has several car rentals names but mine so i wasn’t sure and call them about this. Was told to wait, they would send s shuttle or bus.Turns out bus we were on was city bus. Bus driver “rude” as a matter of fact afterwards I noticed almost everyone over here had dry/rude attitude, no reasonable customer service. Continue with rude bus driver told me next time i needed to ask him where he was heading. I responded “not sure why you stop at a stop route that clearly states car rental companies “He ignored me.First thing in morning went to pick up car and lady tells me they canceled it. She could never give me a reasonable answer. Then she said she never had a car reserved for me because they didn’t have any available but they still took money?!😡I made her give me a car to make story short. I had paid paid for one and was not about to leave with out one.please, please don’t rent with them. it will become the beginning of a horror vacation 😖

DON’T BOOK WITH AMEX!!! I REALLY wish I would have read the reviews before using this company. I booked with this car company from a travel benefit I had with my American Express credit card. The rate was awesome compared to other car rental companies at that time. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Upon arriving to Fort Lauderdale airport we took the shuttle to the on-site car rental terminal to look for Priceless car rental. We soon found out that the rental place is offsite. We called the number and a representative quickly answered and came and picked us up about 10 minutes later. No big deal. When she arrived she opened the back door for us to put our suitcases and got back in the front seat without assisting us. Strike #1! When we got to the car rental place, upon entering there were signs posted everywhere that American Express was not accepted. Strike #2! When I explained that I booked the car rental through American Express the representative said “Oh that happens all the time! We’ve asked them to remove us.” Yeah right! I’m sure they get all types of business through the AMEX bait & switch. And prey on unsuspecting travelers. Here’s the final straw. They have a list of car insurance companies they work with. If you don’t have one of the car insurances listed, you have to pay an additional $30 a day for their car insurance. Ugh! What a terrible way to start a vacation!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Do not use this company. The car we received was dirty, with no windshield wiper fluid, damaged windshield wipers, and a driver seat that didn’t move. The damaged wipers at night in the rain was extremely dangerous. When we went to return the car there was no one to be found in the store front. The two workers were both driving other customers to the airport. We sat there just waiting for 20 minutes and therefore had to rush to the airport. There’s a lot of other car rentals located in the airport that are a lot more trustworthy. We booked this through American Express and will never make that mistake again.

The hidden fees here make their pricing worse than any other rental companies out there. Plus they will try to charge extra $25/day, even with your own insurance that can cover their entire inventory of rental cars. Avoid this place. They do not respect expedia insurance either.Hertz car rental came out to be cheaper in the end and you dont have to wait for their awful shuttle that seems to never show up.

Horrible! No stars! I rarely have something bad to say about small businesses,but.... I booked this car rental place through Expedia, Im not sure whos fault it is, but there were so many extra fees associated with renting the vehicle. I almost did not get the car. An extra $163 for liability insurance for 4 days. Never had I done this, plus the 200, deposit. Before I left with the vehicle I told the receptionist I had a 925am flight on Saturday. He said they open at 7am. On Saturday, my son and I arrived at the business at 6:37am, we waited while eating our breakfast. I took a video at 7:07 am to display the time while in front of the closed business, the video ended at 7:10am. As a visitor, Im not sure how airport traffic is, I dont want to miss my flight and I have my child with me. They were late opening their business. Nobody, literally has time for this mess. I went to another business across the street, also another rental company, to acquire their shuttle services to the airport, the driver wanted to charge $20, to take us 5 minutes away. Thats a Negative. So I called a Lyft ($6.94), arrival time 7:24 am. Easy..... Before leaving, I took a picture of the car and where I left the keys and we hopped in the Lyft to the the airport. After all that, we did make to the airport on time.

When we arrived to Priceless to pick up the car the gentleman was very helpful and nice. The renting process was quick and easy. But when we went to return the car, the man working there was not helpful at all. He kept us waiting in the van with no air conditioning on, plus we had to share the drive to the airport with two more people (5 total) in a middle of a pandemic, which we clearly stated we did not want to do due to we have an elderly person with us who we need to take care of. I will not be looking for Priceless to rent a car for my next trip.

They will ask you for insurance, it has to be 500000$ liability. If not - 25$ extra per day - Company policy. The stuff is cool, the company is not cool. You will have to take Uber in some cases to get to them and to airport.

They forced me to take their insurance that costs $25 per day. While returning the car, there was a damage to the left mirror. They charged $1000 to my credit card and I have been struggling to get the receipt for the damage charges from last 3 months. They are not providing any documentation for my insurance claim. Hence my claim got declined and I ended up paying $1000 to these irresponsible people for one side mirror of an old Nissan Versa car. NEVER TAKE CAR RENTAL FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Bruh… Let’s start with the fact that these clowns won’t even show up. My family and I got off the flight at 12:00 Ft. Lauderdale, FL local time, and got to the rental car area by 12:30 after baggage claim and riding the airport shuttle to the rental car place. The directions said to get on the shuttle at stop 7. We trekked through the Floridian rain onto what we figured was the shuttle. 30 seconds later after seeing some druggies get on with no luggage, we realized it was the city bus. Luckily we got off in time and waited for something that said “priceless” which ironically describes the experience waiting for them to show up. 20 minutes and 8-10 different company shuttles later we called. A grumpy man answered and said the shuttle was less than 5 minutes away. 10 minutes later I started to read the reviews on the company and saw the laughable 1.6 out of 5 stars! 😂 After 10-15 more minutes of waiting, countless reviews talking about dirty cars, shady part of town, and hidden fees we decided to go with Avis. From line to driving away Avis took about 6 minutes. Priceless drove by during the process with about 3 different logos on the van that can only be described as the shady candy can that lures children and shows up on the 9 o’clock local news. DON’T RENT FROM PRICLESS 😂 Save your time and possibly your life! 💀

This company was an absolute customer service nightmare.From start to finish:The van took 30-40 min to arrive to the airport to pick us up. It was stinky and disgusting.The car was provided to us with scratches and scuffs all over it and tires with tread dangerously low.While driving the car, one tire blew. We called the company for assistance, and their response word for word was “that is not our responsibility” and then hung-up on us.After replacing the tire out-of-pocket and being told by the mechanic it was due to wear and rot because of the poor condition of the tire and not due to a puncture, we requested a discount of some sort and were told we would be CHARGED EXTRA for the “damage” (popped tire) that was caused by the company’s lack of maintenance! And that we’d already replaced!We spoke to numerous reps, all who were unwilling to assist. We requested supervisors, who all said they would call back but never did.We were over and over brushed off and offered absolutely no assistance.In the end, we had to pay for the car rental in full, pay for the new tire that they kept, and we were given absolutely 0 assistance through the entire process.I work in customer service myself, and the lack of care for us as customers was BAFFLING.I will do everything in my power to be sure that no one ever rents from this company again.

Please do yourself a favor, DONT waste your time and money here. You may think its cheap and convenient to rent car from here when you are booking it ONLINE. Its all just a SCAM. Because you will have to pay extra fees upon arrival. And not to mention that you pay for uber out your pocket( back and forth) because pickup and drop-off service werent provided although it mentioned in the agreement. So all these may cost you more than renting a car from car rental company right across street. There goes, my experience with Priceless. Definitely not recommended.

This rent a car doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Has been the worst rent a car experience of my life. After finding out this company doesnt have the place at the airpot. Spend 50min trying for someone to answer the phone to send a van to pick us up. After 15 min a van came took us to the place (another 13min) the guy there told is they dont accept American Express (and we did the reservation with that card) the guy was not able to help us at all no even to call us a taxi to takes us home. Dont recommend this company At ALL!! Save yourself aggravation and rent with reliable companies

Do not rent from this place. The expedia website should be ashamed dealing with this vendor and scammed on customers. The company could have done a better job by posting the pricing and hidden fees when it was booked. Our price when we booked was $165 but ended up paying over $600. I have to believe that it was done intentionally to lure customers in. There were so many angry customers before us and we too were one of them ended up paying unexpected rental price and fees. This could have been prevented if the company is being honest and has integrity. The employees were professional and very patient and know how to handle the situations. I did feel bad for them though. Also, the rental is off the airport and there were no shuttle running so you will have to call to get picked up. Never again I will rent a car from them and will think twice before booking via expedia.

People are nice but only one van running to and from airport as shuttle. We waited more than 30 minutes at airport still no sign of van. We end up taking uber to location. When you mention you have your own insurance, they will charge $10 per day using own insurance.

Their service was terrible, the proce quoted to me was completely and outrageously different from the price made on my reservation. I could never get a hold of anyone on the phone and after a while I believe they were ignoring my calls. I never received my $200 deposit back from them. I have even sent an email to them and no response. Please avoid at all cost, this place is extremely unprofessional and not worth your time. Take your service elsewhere.

Horrible rental car. In order to use your own insurance you need 500,000 dollars in coverage. No one has that so it’s 30 dollars a day plus your base rental. Plus you have to pay 15 dollars a day just to activate the sunpass plus you still have to pay the tolls when you return it. My 80 dollar rental is now over 200 and none of this was said when booking it. I should have read reviews ahead of time and this is what I get for not. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Zero stars would be my rating if possible.There seem to be a lot of surprises when dealing with this company:-The rental location is not at the airport. No big deal, but was not apparent when making the reservation. You have to call and they provide a shuttle from the airport car rental location. The shuttle was prompt, so no complaints there. But.......-Surprise! They only accept your insurance from certain companies (or you have to buy theirs) AND you have to provide your declaration page (you carry that around with you, right? Of course you do! Who doesnt?)-Next surprise! Despite the price published and confirmed through Expedia they tack on an additional $17.99 Covid-cleaning-related fee (refused to pay)-Final surprise! They add an additional 4% transaction fee at the end WHAT????? Now I have heard EVERYTHING! I refused to pay, and refused to rent. See ya!Their prices may be lower than the national brands but I learned that you get what you pay for. Highly recommend renting from someone else. Or walking. Really disappointed with Expedia for having them on their site.

I would give less than one star if possible. Expedia had them as an option at Fort Lauderdale airpot... they werent at the airport. And nowhere does it say anything about what to do to get the car. Eventually I called and they said that a van would be there to pick us up in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I called since they hadnt shown up. They said another 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we called one more time. They said on the way... after 45 minutes we gave up, canceled the car (they didnt seem disappointed or even remotely surprised) and took an uber. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Horrible place stay away, nothing but a scam. The price you get quoted is not the actual price. They will try to charge you for all kinds of extras. The price of the sun pass is 20 times higher than the actual toll and they will charge you per day even if you don’t use the sunpass. They purposely don’t accept Many insurance companies so they can up sell and charge you for their own liability insurance. The location is way off the airport and you have to take two buses to get their and when you are there you’re too far away to say no the their bs. My advice is stay away from this horrible business!!

If I could give this car rental place negative stars I would. This roach coach car rental place is disgusting. I bet a motel 6 run by the cartel has way better service. Left us stranded for a couple hours like peasants. Never got a car and was hard to cancel. Once speaking to the incompetent owner the next day (yes it took that long to get a hold of him), he was very dismissive and nanchaulant about the whole thing. If COVID takes away this business then some things would just be meant to be. This business is a representation of you pay for what you get except you get worse.

They said they called to notify me that my car was not available but they didn’t leave a message or sis I might have been on the plane. Worst customer service ever. Made a reservation for 8:30 PM pick up flight lands at 7:30 there was no shuttle to pick me up. When I called to find out where the location for the shuttle was or if there was one. I was put on hold and then the phone hung up no one tries to call back . I called back 15 times. NO ANSWER.Decided to take an Uber to their location to come to find out they were closed but yet I had an 8:30 PM reservation. Took another Uber to a nearby hotel to go back in the morning to pick up the vehicle because everywhere else is sold out. I get there in the morning to speak to the rep at the desk to be told there’s no car available I missed my reservation. How I ask if they where closed.. I end up with no car , No reimbursement for hotel or Uber. And the rep at the counter says you can speak to whoever you want we will not be able to help you . So when I arrived from my flight from the Uber which I was confused about because Expedia made it seem like it was at the FLL airport as I’ve booked with them before at the airport.So I had to call the number she said someone would be there in 10 mins, waited outside with my bags. Then before I come I thought I added 10 dollars a day for insurance come to find out I had to pay another 10 dollars a day when I got there so it’s just the misrepresentation for me from Expedia.The car was raggedy, felt like it needed a alignment when driving it shifted to the left, and was not clean on the inside being that it’s COVID.Had to leave the car outside the gate w the key on the mat, you need a Dropbox.

But nowhere does it states that reservation will be cancelled if you an hour late! How could we control a flight getting delayed. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I rented a car here for 2 days while visiting Fort Lauderdale and it was an absolute nightmare. They claimed there was a shuttle from the airport to there off site location a few blocks away. No shuttle ever came so I ordered an Uber to their location, come to find out it was a sister location so again had to order another uber. Once I finally found the correct location I had more than $300 in hidden fees that I was not aware of when ordering the rental. One fee was a $200 security deposit. Which was totally understandable and I was told I would get the deposit back within 3-5 business days after returning the vehicle. Well it has now been over a month and I have not seen any sort of deposit returned. After numerous calls in which they claim they are “now processing it” and that I should see it in 3 days, I am making the assumption that it is not coming. I never leave reviews but this felt necessary as this company is filled with scams. If you’re renting a car in Fort Lauderdale do it from a reputable company at the airport. Not worth the scam and the headache to save a couple extra bucks.

A total scam. False advertising on expedia. Terrible management and a shady company! When we arrived at Fort Lauderdale airport on Saturday, we went to the pick up location as directed. We saw many shuttles from various other rental dealerships but ours was nowhere to be found. After standing in the blistering sun and heat with my husband and children we began to realize out ride was not coming. I finally called Priceless and the man over the phone told me that he had tried to reach out to me over the phone (which I had no record of, of course) and that the car we rented crashed and was not available. This already sounded fishy. So I asked the man what are my options considering we were stranded and needed a rental car. He said he had an intermediate car available but it would be the same price as the SUV that we were originally supposed to get. He the proceeded to tell us to go to another location at the airport where he would come pick us up. When we reached that location, a man had picked us up in a Toyota Corolla, (which I immediately took a picture of the license plate before getting into the car with my family). After a drive, we arrived at the rental car place. Then we were told that we had to purchase additional insurance (something we had never had to do before at any rental car services we had ever used before) but we were desperate to get on our way. I later researched that that was a scam. Then the man tells us that the car he just picked us up in would be our car. Its a good thing that I packed sanitation wipes because I had to clean and sanitize the entire car. The man had touched to steering wheel and everything else and doesnt anyone know how Covid-19 spreads! This was a terrible way to start our trip and everyone was stressed and in bad mood now. We ended up paying double the expected amount for a vehicle that should have costed less. I wish I had read these other horrible reviews before using this place!

For goodness sake do not rent from them! The facilities has no signage as of January 28-Feb 1. The facility was under construction and workers were in there loudly arguing and cursing at each other. None of the Priceless agents intervened, nor asked them to be quiet or professional. It was very uncomfortable in there. Their fee was low to book on Expedia yet when I picked up the car I was hit with surprise fees to the tune of an additional $22.20. Priceless blamed Expedia for the extra charges. When I reached out to Expedia, Priceless told them I picked up the car late, when I was there a few minutes early. Customer service gave me the run around and accidentally disconnected me on hold twice. Its a customer service nightmare. There was no lockbox to leave the key in when I returned the car early on the 1st. I was given a car with dash warnings about needing tire maintenance and also oil and filter maintenance. The Altima did drive fine for me. If you choose to go with this low cost provider, good luck.

No problems with the car, which was great. However, i waited for a shuttle for 35 minutes, then spent another 35 minutes once I got there to get out the door. While thats not terrible for a busy time, given that I was only one of two customers, it seemed slower than it should have. I have had more efficient service from other rental companies. To top it off, the gas tank was supposed to be full, and I didnt check it initially, since Ive never had problems with that. About 15 miles down the road I notice it only has a quarter tank of gas. I called and they readily corrected the paperwork and were nice about it. Overall, the company didnt seem to operate efficiently. So this is one but of, no doubt, plenty of cases, so overall may not be important, but for myself, I wont rent from them again. You may have a better experience.

My flight arrived later than expected and I thought I had missed closing time at Priceless Car Rental. Sean called me to ask if I had arrived and kept the center open 45 minutes after its 8 pm closing time just so that I could retrieve my bags and make it over to the site. It was very easy and fast to obtain the car and I was on my way. Sean was so pleasant to work with even though he was there later than Im sure he wanted to be and it was a holiday weekend. Because of this special customer service, I will look to this rental company first when choosing a rental car from now on.

Im not going to lie I was nervous with all the bad reviews. But you have to go through the experience yourself sometimes. We got in 2 hours late from our flight from NYC. When we arrived we called the number provided to let them know we were waiting at the shuttle stop. The shuttle arrived within minutes, the driver was very friendly to took our bags on board and off. When we arrived at the priceless we were greeted inside by Lily. She made the process easy and simple. When asked about insurance coverage I said my credit card provided coverage and it was accepted without further conversation. There was a $1,000 hold placed on my CC due to it being my coverage and through the priceless. I was ok with that. I drive on the defense to make sure I am safe.The return was just as easy, and the shuttle was there waiting to take a few people to the airport. It was such a down pour that day and some of the workers were outside greeting those returning third rental. Got the receipt within 10-15 minutes due to others needing rentals...but got to my flight with hours to spare. Will tent from them again if the price is right. Dont know what the dad reviews are about but maybe they read these and made an effort to do a better job. Rating is everything. Hope this helps.

I do not understand how this car rental is still in business. PLEASE NEVER EVER RENT WITH THEM. To get to the car rental you have to take TWO shuttles. For us there were only 5 people in front of us but it still took 45 minutes to get the car. Once we got to the front I understood why.1. They try to scam you into buying their insurance. They say they do not accept the insurance through credit cards and they do not accept that you decline their insurance. --> People then had to call their personal insurance companies to get their policy numbers.2. The prices they print out are not the final prices that you booked online.A lot of people left in fumes but now you were over 30 minutes away from the airport with the two shuttles you had to take. So most people just bit the bullet of the scam. Hard to believe this kind of stuff happens in the Unites States.

Walk away. Do not make the same mistake like I did. Please read the fine print with conditions such as 50 miles limit and $2,000 deposit, as well your own insurance. I mean, they will actually call to your insurance company and ask if you have a policy. They hook you with a low price, but accepting these conditions will make you liable for things you did not really expect. It is not worth to save $5 a day to make yourself a subject to this.

Priceless Car Rental AKA Executive Car Rental fraudulently adds additional bogus fees for their car rentals upon return of vehicle.I rented a sedan from Priceless Car Rental from 1/13/18-1/20/18 for a rental price total of $47.48 which is well below the market rate for car rentals in FLL. I read other online reviews stating that they tack on fraudulent additional fees after the customers returned their cars. This happened to me. They charged my credit card an additional $350 smoking fee because they said I smoked in their car. This is absolutely false, I have been a non-smoker my entire life and the only other passengers in my car were my children - ages 13, 9, and 8. They refused to remove this fee after I called to discuss the charges. I told them I can provide records of being a non-smoker from my doctor, etc. but they refused to listen. It really does seem like their rates are too good to be true, because they get you after the fact with made up charges. It is a total scam. I believe they probably prey on people from out of the country or people that do not check their credit card bill statements in detail. They have access to your credit card numbers and can charge freely after the rental, as they did with me. You can see a pattern with these reviews, they might have a trickle of good reviews because they cant scam 100% of their customers and stay in business, but I can tell you - DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGED 8X MORE THAN YOU AGREE TO. Go to a legitimate national rental car company. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I encourage other fraud victims to do the same.

Buyer beware, you get what you pay for. We arrived early to drop off the car by the time they opened at 7a. They didnt open until 7:20a because the Mgr was LATE. How unprofessional..!! The car was good except for the gas register never worked so we never knew how much gas was in the car. Dont rent from them. To their credit, the shuttle driver was really nice.

I agree with every low review that others have given this company. I only gave them a one star b/c its the lowest I can give them & they dont even deserve that. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and if your flight is late, forget being able to get a car! Then, they ask you for a copy of your insurance card. I think its b/c they will then file a claim when you return the car. While there, 4 out of 5 customers that I saw left very dissatisfied. One customer literally returned b/c the car they were given broke down. They tried to call the office, only to be put on hold for 1 hour. When they WALKED back from the inoperable car to the rental place, they were blamed for the car not working. In my case, we were late to pick up the car due to flight issues and they claimed that they overbooked for the day and no longer had cars. Then suddenly they had cars, but I would have to pay $200 MORE for a confirmed reservation that I had. Upon continuing to try to resolve the issue with them, they were talking smack about me and other customers among themselves in spanish not knowing I could understand them. I even tried talking to manager. When I approached him, he waived his finger at me and said he would get back to me. He never did. He made his employee approach me. Bottom line, I left with having prepaid them with NO vehicle. When returning to the airport to get a vehicle from another provider the shuttle driver literally said, What is the issue now? When we told him, he said he was not surprised. The best part of this company is their shuttle driver. Please read reviews. I wish I had. And dont give them your insurance information. During the time I was there, the manager was on the phone with a customer arguing w the customer about the charges they had made after she returned the car. The customer was arguing that the car was returned in good condition. Not sure what outcome of that was. Again, if i could give a 0 star, I would.

The car we got was an upgrade since they didnt have many in, still we only had it for one day and wished we had booked longer. Great prices, good friendly people and an overall great experience.

We waited for their shuttle at the airport for 40 minutes and had to call to get them to pick us up. When we arrived at the rental car location we had to wait another 1.5 hours to get our car. There were 3 people ahead of us but there were plenty of people working to get us through in just a few minutes. Ive rented cars many times from many different companies and I have never experienced a wait like that.When it was time to pay, they told me that I would encounter tolls on my trip (I told them where I was headed) and gave me the following options to deal with those tolls: I could pay $10 per day to use their sun pass or I could skip the sun pass and pay $20 per day. Those were my only options. I was not allowed to pay out of pocket for the tolls. Obviously, I opted for the $10 per day but I didnt like how it was presented to me at the last moment. We only hit tolls on the way to our destination (the day we arrived) and on the way back from our destination (on our last day) so our tolls didnt even come close to costing the $60 that we had to add onto our rental car fee.Lastly, I had to pay a $250 deposit. This isnt the end of the world but it is strange. As I said, I rent cars all the time and Ive never had to do this. I was using a credit card (not a debit card) and I have great credit. Whats worse is that I was told that I would receive that deposit in 7 to 10 days but Its been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive it. I just made a call to their corporate line who said they are issuing the deposit today. I hope thats true and I dont have to call again but I dont like having to call for a deposit that was supposed to be automatically refunded. It really seems like this company has no consideration for their clients time.There were a few positives. The employees were all very professional and easy to work with. They were apologetic for the wait. It seemed like they knew what they were doing but their company doesnt give them the tools they need to do their jobs efficiently. Also, the return process was very quick and easy. Thats what I was most worried about because I had a plane to catch but they were very quick.There are a ton of rental car companies to choose from with great service and reputations. I would not rent from this company again.

Excellent vehicles at great rates. Staff was courteous and pleasant but slow. Shuttle bus was overcrowded with more riders than seats. Manager struggled to assist agents at counter, car wash personnel and vehicle delivery person. Crew was obviously being trained at this new branch.

Service was very helpful. Vehicles are clean. My only suggestion, would be they check on service of vehicles before they go out. We had hardly any gas in the car, the tire pressure was low in all tires and the change oil due light came on. They have good prices and our veh had the sun pass in it for the turnpike.

Get ready to file a lawsuit! they will charge you more than your reservation, retain your deposit, ask for your auto insurance company(likely to file a claim even if you didnt damage the car.) WALK AWAY! Do not be tempted by the low daily rental rate, they find ways to make you pay a lot more after you return the car. I took pictures before and after, was told I would receive full deposit. never happened. I do not know how people work for this company that operates like this. They need to be reported to BBB. I hope i helped at least one person by writing this post. please walk away for the love of God.I feel bad for the employees of this company. i think they are all paid by commission and likely that is why they find ways to nickle and dime each person. The time we waited in line to pick up till the drop off of the car was very minimal. We even received a free upgrade to an SUV which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating would be the time it takes to reach them on the phone through their automated phone system which was just a simple question I needed to ask. If you are a Florida resident you have to pay a huge deposit of 2000 bucks which is probably the main reason for so many bad reviews. Out of state like me only a 250 dollar deposit which you get back all of it. Next time in the FT Lauderdale area I’ll definitely use Priceless again.

TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR RENTAL CARE BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! We came to turn our car in today and there was a mad lady in the lobby. Turns out she was mad because they were trying to tell her she chipped the windshield. She was saying she didnt do anything to the car, She saw that before and she thought that it was dirt. After we turned in our vehicle, we were called outside and accused of the SAME THING!! We never looked at the windshield when we rented our car because when we did the inspection with the employee, he told is to ONLY pay attention to body dents that were major and noticeable, dont pay attention to any wear and tear on the vehicle. (He said this because I pointed out a crack in the body.) With that being said, we NEVER looked at the windshield. So now we are here, calling our insurance and filing a claim so that they can have their windshield replaced. I know this is a scam and they are making us pay because we used our OWN insurance and they can have their car fixed on our dime. There are other things wrong with the car, Such as the crack on the right side of the car which hasnt been repaired, but before we can leave we have to file this chip in the windshield on our insurance. This place is a joke and I would NOT recommend using them at all. If you do, take pictures of your car before you leave in it so you have them for your records. Dont take the inspection lightly. We chose this company to rent from Because it was cheaper. Always remember what they say, you get what you pay for.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I am unsure of how and why this rental location and/or company has not been shut down. Easily the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental company. The company will refuse to honor your contracts terms or reservation prices, and will attempt to charge you for additional taxes and/or fees that are made up at the time of pick-up. Even then, the cars are without antennas, dirty and literally falling apart. Stay away, even if it means a couple hundred dollars more for a rental car.

Dont go here! They promised me a certain price when I reserved online, then changed it when I got there. Then, after returning the car, they 400% extra for extra gas and a late return. However, I did return it with the right amount of gas AND on time. I even had it signed off as correct by one of the employees. Ive been calling for many days to get it corrected. Every time after long conversations, they tell me that theyll call me back by the end of the day. They have NEVER called me back. Also, even afterwards they charged my credit card more. My next step is to fight the charge through my credit card company.

If I can give 1 star I will. This is the worst place ever. First of all, the place is very hard to get to. Secondly, the staff is rude and racist. Third, I have never had a company asking for inbound and return flight info. If you don’t have the return flight on the same day with the car drop off, you cannot rent a car. Wow! Lastly, Without asking anything they give you a piece of paper to sign which forces you to agree to the insurance. Be careful AND DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Typically I only give good reviews but this place is so horrible I’m happy to give them 1 star. I reserved the car online and was surprised how cheap they are. They required a deposit up front. They didn’t just authorize the deposit on my credit card, they charged the full deposit. I got in the car and noticed that the air pressure was low on the driver’s side front tire. The car had a digital sensor and all tires had about 36 or 37 psi but the driver’s side front tire only had 17 psi so I went back in the office and told them. The attendant said not to worry about it and that they filled the tire. He told me the sensor just needed to reset. I drove around for a few days continuously monitoring the tire and one morning the tire was down to 4 psi and the tire was out of air so I called the rental office. They told me to drive the car back and they would give me a new car. I said that was not a good idea because the car would get damaged driving on an empty tire so I had my insurance company tow the car back to the office.I called and spoke to the manager, Sean. He said he would check out the car and call me back later that day. Sean never called. I called daily for updates and status of my deposit refund and continuously they had no information. If you call before 6pm you get routed to a call center that apparently cannot transfer the call to the local rental office. There is nothing they can do to help other than message manager Sean to call you. (He never returns calls) If you call after 6pm you get to talk to the local office. I talked to Sean multiple times and every time he said he would call me back or that he was busy and that I should call back. He even stopped answering my calls until I called from a different phone number! The last time I called Sean listened to my complaint again, but then he put me on hold and had an entry level guy tell me Sean was busy and there was nothing he could do to help me. The call center told me they didn’t have any updates regarding the tire or my deposit but the company rarely refunds deposits and Sean is the top guy and the only guy to contact regarding issues. Sean is the most unprofessional and dishonest manager I have ever met. I finally gave up getting service or answers from Sean and disputed the charge with my credit card so they can deal with him now.NEVER use this company! I wish I would have seen all of their bad reviews online before I rented from them.

I frequently fly into FLL for business matters, I fly in about 2 times a month and rent from here. They are super fast and are very very reasonable. Since I arrived more than an hour later than my reservation said they cancelled my reservation. I had read the reservation ahead of time and it never said you had to arrive within an hour.. The rental car place is off sight of the airport so it takes a while to get there from the airport. They said they could still rent me a car for 490 dollars for 5 days when my original reservation was for 36$. We were not the only ones having problems in the waiting room and most of us ended up going back to the airport to rent from reputable places. Im very nervous about them having my personal info. Big scammers.
