This place is a total and absolute scam, I will be reporting them as well as Priceless car rental to the attorney general. These are scams. You can only book cars online and the scam goes like this: When you get to the place they require a proof of insurance or they charge you $50 a day plus other changes. The other place is Priceless car rental which has no shuttle operating out of the airport, the scam is that by the time you figure out youre at the wrong place they say that because you didnt pick your car up on time they will charge you $30 an hour late fee plus $50 a day for insurance no matter what. I strongly suspect they change their business name and telephone very often because nobody answers the phones and google maps will have different photos.

We had a great time renting a car. The prices were reasonable and the service was great. We had issues with two flights to get to Fort Lauderdale and this was the easiest part of our vacation. Gabriel and Alberty you guys were awesome! keep up the positive attitude and making the process transparent and easy. My word of advise to other customers is to read the fine print and know what is expected ahead of time. Get all your paperwork printed out and it will help the process be faster for everybody. ZERO stars. The wait was excruciatingly long. The service was curt, abrupt, and just plain rude. The price they show online is a scam. You will pay at least double or triple. I am still being charged a MONTH later for it and they keep making excuses! I paid for the 11.99 PER DAY toll “activation fee,” and then on top of that I am paying for each toll! They told me it was a ONE TIME toll activation fee, but it is PER DAY! Absolutely read ALL fine print (and they make it TINY) because they will 100% find ways to charge you extra.STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

If your in a hurry when picking up your vehicle, this may not be the place for you. It took 1 hour to complete the paper work and actually get the car. The car was great a new toyota camery. The return was quick and painless, and the shuttle got us to the airport quickly.

If you have a FL license it’s a 50 miles per day limit, very limiting on everything. Shuttle doesn’t run late. Have to catch an Uber to the airport anyways. Spend that extra few bucks and go with a better company.

It has great prices. But customer setvice is so so. In order to get to them, you need to take shuttle to All car rental, then wait for forever for a car at #7 to take you to one switch. Remember, one switch is Next Car, same place. Wait for like 3p min. Then the rude driver will take you to the place. Then i waited for someone to help me. Once i was helped, i was asked for disclamer of my own car jnsurance with all the liabilities etc.. Not just jnsurance card, But everything, all the insurance paperwork. Like i carry it around. And it was not in the rental agreement. I had to call my husband. Luckily, he had it in the house... While i was waiting for all the documents to be sent to my email, the guy customer service disappeared... I was told he just went on lunch, while in the middle of processing my reservation. I was standing by the counter waiting him comes back while people behind, who arrived later, were being helped very quick...When he came back he tried to tell me that i cancelled my reservation. And of course i did not!Aaaaanyway, an hour later i finally went to the car. Note, there were noone in fron me...no line. Small agency.I was told by the lady who gave me the key, that the car should be returned with absolutely no sand inside or $300/charge for cleaning.. And we are in the beach area.... Hmmmm. Ok... 1st time i hear that... I mean, car was ok. But all the logitics were absolutely insanely bad.... The return was surprisungly smooth. And car had good gas milage.That is why i gave them 4 stars.learned my lesson...i would rather go with something more expensive but less hustle...Thank you for reading.

Horrible! Can’t get a hold of corporate or any supervisor. This rental company is a scam. They forced me to get liability insurance but couldn’t show me in writing that the insurance was mandatory. While I was waiting to get the car another customer was disputing damages to their rental that nextcar tried to make them at fault. If it wasn’t for the customer taking their own pics of the car prior to the return they would of got away with making the customer responsible for scratches on the car that where already there.

The shuttle is puntual, friendly and has a great sense of humor, the car is always comfortable, air conditioned and spotless clean. the are never any problems, only solutions, and I really appreciate this aspect because I do not like too much puzzle solving when Im vacatin.

This place is an absolute RIP OFF, they charged me $100 more than what my quote was on Priceline, They charge for taxes from the airport even if you arent coming from or going to the airport. I called to extend my rental for 3 days, I was told it would be an additional $280, FOR 3 DAYS. I rented a corolla not a Mercedes. Go with a major rental car company, this is shady operation, They also asked for a $1,000 deposit from the man in from of me, somehow mine was only $250. Trust me you will spend the same amount with a established company and get much better service. Dont use them if you want good service or reasonable prices.

This is the WORST rental car company ever. The security deposit was larger than the car payment. They don’t accept hardly any credit cards.The worker was rude and laughing when we couldn’t understand him. And it took over an hour to get the car. They included all these fees that are not stated online

DO NOT USE—GO WITH A POPULAR CHAINI wish I could give no stars. I had a horrible experience with this company and their customer service is only via email so imagine the frustration.. First, they had the wrong email address sent to me to pick the car up so I had to pay for two ubers which was not deducted from what I owed them. The lady renting next to me said the same thing happened to her.Second, I was told the drop off fee was paid when I picked up the car to then find out all the fees they included didn’t actually include late drop off, so I was charged again after the fact ($10 more than what I was told).And then again I was charged a month later $7 for no reason. I dropped off the car in perfect condition, clean and full of gas (as I went right before dropping of the car) and then there’s this random charge.DONT LISTEN TO WHAT THEY TELL YOU AT THE COUNTER. It’s all BS.

Other reviews about this place being a scam is correct. I’ll GLADLY report them to DiscoverCars who use them for rentals and SkyScanner who linked me to them ultimately.They try and sell you their own insurance even though my insurance covers any company I use!Please avoid this place. Your wallet will thank you for it.

MASSIVE scam in the works, first of all one of the workers was drunk which was extremely unprofessional, second of all they charged me fees on alot of nonsense add ons, even thought I had agreement and a reservation voucher before meeting with these crooks. Worst car service, I had a reservation to pick up my car at 4 pm, called a month prior to see if debit cards were okay they said it would be fine, once I got there at 4 I had to wait online for 2 hours after 2 hours the very rude person at the counter tells me I’m not qualified to rent because of my debit card. I asked to see a supervisor or an owner and, he tells me okay I can use my debit card but he will need to charge me an addition 45 dollars a day. I get upset and he calls the cops on me. There was an entire line of people outside mad because they also had some trouble with this car rental place. This place is a complete scam and also put me in a super small car shuttle with like 6 other people with no regards to covid regulations. Avoid this place at all cost!

When I walked in there was 3 people in front of me, ALL 3 was having issues with their rental and wanted to talk to the manager. FYI, if you’re going to be late call them bc they will give your rental away if you’re 5 minutes late on a busy weekend. Even if you’re waiting on them to pick you up from airport with their own shuttle service, they’ll give your rental away and will charge you more if you need to upgrade bc they don’t have a vehicle similar in size. Depending on your insurance, they may require you to buy their insurance. You will also need to pay more for the tolls. Be prepared to add an additional $300 to the quote you was given. The prices they charge don’t match the quality of their vehicles. The customer service was good and the location is okay.

This place is an absolute scam do not rent your car from here!!! Online we chose a 7 passenger and when we came to get the car they tried to give us a 5 passenger for $200 more. Their prices don’t make sense and the people not once apologized for the inconvenience they caused us. If anyone has had any luck on getting money back please contact me.

Background: I searched for rental car sites. Many came up, including autorrentals.com. I did a search on their site and the best rate that was offered by was by Rentcars.com (as opposed to Dollar and National and Avis and all the other well-known companies), so I booked with them. Apparently they then subcontract with NextCar and OneSwitch and perhaps others, all of whom are located miles from the airport (MIA Intl), and none of which, including rentcars.com, is easy to reach via telephone. An understatement, that: No one answers, or dropped calls, etc, or wrong numbers, etc. The shuttle driver from the airport was a nice gentleman; I tipped him $5. I could write a book here about my overall experience from the time I first booked until the time I picked up my vehicle. Yes, there were a few bright spots - they may be reputable in that they may not be trying to rip you off (though be prepared to discuss the tolls and insurance); the shuttle driver previously mentioned was a good guy. But, the communication leading up to pick-up was just so challenging, and difficult. Not only telephone, but also email. I was given an email address for One Car, and when I emailed them, it came back as undeliverable. And why should people have to wait SO long (90 minutes) to get their vehicle? (Part of the reason: Unlike most rental car companies, they required proof of insurance coverage at the counter to avoid buying their own coverage. And, not only proof, but the details as the coverage you have. So, I had to call the insurance company while at the counter, wait for them to answer, then have them email me the Summary of Coverage, then hand the phone to counter guy to review. All the while people, as I had done, were waiting forever outside to get the counter.) After receiving the vehicle, and FINALLY checking in at the place I was staying, I looked up both the VIN of the vehicle and the plate number as they appears on the key (the attachment to the key) and the VIN and Plate No. were both assigned to to a different vehicle than the one I received. (No wonder why there is no registration in the glove compartment!!) Anyway, this outfit has to get their act in order, to say the least. All that said, a couple of the people I spoke with on the phone (out of the many, many calls when I wasnt able to access anyone) were decent and informed, and the people who worked at the desk (two in the office at each time; about 30 minutes per transaction -- you can imagine the long wait) were - at least mine was - hard to read. He was seemingly oblivious to the fact that people were waiting an agonizingly long time just to get their car, and he was going to follow company policy, but at the same time he was reasonable on a couple of issues that came up, They have a tough job to do. Its a company based overseas, and its challenging communicating with them up until booking. And, at that time, be prepared for potential costs and issues relative to tolls and insurance. If you do end up booking with them, via directly or a third-party, do yourself a favor and prepare for this experience!

The worst, could not use my own insurance. I have been renting cars for 50 years and have always used my proof of insurance certificate and every company has accepted it. These people are crooks. They Made me buy insurance. No one seemed to know what they were doing Looks like they only take insurances that they see advertised on TV. I think that everyday the rules change. Stay away!!!!!

There are two company names on the shuttle van. When I looked up the other name listed on the van (“Next Car”), the reviews were terrible and it said the company was permanently closed. I have a feeling they just changed the name of the company because the reviews were so awful. Once we finally arrived at the sketchy rental office, we were hit with $160 of extra fees that were not listed when we booked through Expedia. Do not use this company. We were the second family in a row that just ended up booking an Uber rather than pay their arbitrary hidden fees. Good luck staying in business, One Switch or Next Car or whoever the hell you are.

They charged $50 3 days after I got back home from Florida. I did not rent with them because they had too many hidden fees. Their price on expedia for 3 days rental was $68, when I go-to pick it up, the price was $241. I reserved the car to pay at counter. I didnt not go through with it for the reasons above. Do not do business with them.

This is the most ridiculous car rental company I have ever seen. I called them day before to notify my arrival and waited 2 hours at the airport but no shuttle came to pick me up. I had to uber. No one picked the phone and even after this no one is giving my refund or answering my phones. I recommend to not book with them ever.

First of all, the shuttle did not show up after more than one hour after the call was placed for pick up. I had to call Easyrentcars to get them to interfered. The driver showed up after several calls and several Whatsapps, he did not apologize. He came up with a lame excuse that he had trouble with the van. It was a new van, still with new smell to it. When we got to the lot at 1:30pm (after lunch time), there was no other customers no other shuttle van and only 2 other cars in the lot.He did not stop with his lies when he said that the toll subscription was not an option. I said that because I should not need it, I did not want to buy. He gave up and stated the cost of insurance per day. I declined and told him that I had my own insurance. He then demanded the insurance declaration of insurance when I went on to give him the credit card and the proof of insurance. The proof of insurance would usually be sufficient, even to the officials and police officers and in any rental agency. This guy demanded to know the coverage and other details as well. I said that I should not have to disclose that. He declined to give us a rental.As a conclusion, he did not want to rent us a car for he was the 3rd party referred by Easyrentcars at a lower rate than most. To make it up, he had to sell insurnace and toll. Because he could not do either, he came up with the excuse to decline us our reservation.I would write to Better Business Bureau and report them to Florida authority.This agency was unfortunately run by shady, dishonest and disrespecful individuals. Watch out.
