David, the owner, and Marlon are always an absolute pleasure to work with! We have a vacation rental that has marble floors...that always get etches/stains here and there from guests. The first time they came out to work their magic was a year ago and our floors looked brand new afterward. Used them again recently and again...looks like we got new floors installed. Cant recommend them enough - they respond quickly, are reliable, arrive when they say they will, and do wonderful work!!

I contacted AAA Marble Care Polishing to get a quote on restoring my travertine floors throughout my house. I was very skeptical about my floors as they were in extremely bad shape, stained, scratched, and many holes. David, the owner, reassured me he could fix them. I received a few quotes yet felt David was very informative, professional, great personality and extremely reasonable with his quote. David and his co-worker arrived promptly at the exact promised time. They both diligently worked a FULL day and were both extremely professional. Well, my floors looked like BRAND NEW FLOORS!!!! I had my marble floors recently polished by Dave The Marble Guy and his crew. I had numerous areas that had the finish compromised due to spillsand puppy accidents. AAA Marble Care did an excellent job restoring my marble floors to their original installation shine. They were courteous and professional and most important trustworthy with moving all my furniture and delivering it back to the original without any damage. I recently interviewed 3 marble polishers to re-finish my in-laws marble floors while they are away on vacation. Dave from AAA marble care appeared to know and care about what he does more than the other two. His bid was approximately 30% higher than the lowest bid. As part of my interview, in addition to asking many questions about the process, I asked how long the job would take. Both of the other bidders stated that they would be done in one day. Dave stated two days to do it correctly. I was present for the entire process. He worked tirelessly, for the entire two days only taking a half hour break for lunch. The floors look great. I witnessed the entire process and cannot comprehend how the other two contractors could have performed the same quality job in half the time. Also, I asked Dave to look at a scratch in the granite counter top of one of our rental units and give me a price to fix it. Others wanted $350 to remove a very superficial scratch. Dave stopped by on a Sunday, removed the scratch and brought the countertop to a high luster finish in less than 20 minutes. When I asked him how much I owed him he told me not to worry about it because I was very helpful in preparing the job at my in laws and it made his job easier. I plan on using Dave again in the future and would strongly recommend him to friends and family.

David came by the yacht and have me quotes within a couple of hours, his prices were reasonable. He worked on marble in 6 guest bathrooms, captains cabin and the main saloon and did a fabulous job. All of the spill marks and stains were removed and the marble was left with a marvelous shine. I can not wait to get the rest of the marble onboard done when our yacht returns! Quick, efficient and reliable!

I have used four marble polish companies recently to repair a very damaged marble floor. Dave, the owner and his crew by far did the best work. They polished and removed many holes and defects. Dave even applied a poultice that removed rust stains that the other companies stated could not be removed. Their price was reasonable and best of all Dave actually returned several days later to touch up certain areas and apply more poutlices. I highly recommend this company and would certainly use them in the future.

Straight up transaction. Pricing was a little higher than competition however I was sold on initial professionalism and straight up discussion. Dave and AAA Marble Care completed the work making accommodations to my shifting schedule and availability. I had no issues or problems and the end result was satisfaction. I recommend.

After a drainage pipe broke out in my kitchen, my limestone floors needed a professional help, someone who knew exactly how to treat this type of delicate stone, David and his crew showed up on time , ( on Labor day:-)) and worked non-stop to finish the entire house within the period that he estimated from day one. My floors look as if they are brand new, they showed up on time, his crew was professional, knowledgeable , prompt, and we couldnt be more happier. It is rare to have such a service in Miami. Look nowhere else. We have used several Marble care companies in the past . In fact AAA marble is the 4th company we used and by far the best. We will only use AAA Marble from now on. They are professional and expert in their field.

My husband and I moved into our new house in May. The house was in good condition but the previous owners were messy to say the less. We have Travertine floors in every square inch of our 1980 sq. ft house. The previous owners did not take very good care of the floors. There were food stains, pet stains, paint stains, and who know what other kind of stains on there. We also had tape that was stuck to the floor, cracks that were not fixed properly and new cracks that had formed from them moving their belonging out. My husband and I debated over two months what to do with the floor. We tried many do it yourself cleaning techniques for the floor but at the time we had no idea what the gray stains on the floor were (dog piss and cat vomit from previous owner.) After painting the walls and adding nice clean fixtures to the house the floors just kept looking worst.I found myself online looking for someone to come and fix our floors at a fair price. Being new to South Florida we knew no one. I stumbled across Dave and AAA marble. He had excellent reviews on multiple sites. I researched and called everyplace in the local South Florida Area that would come to Hollywood. I was very unimpressed by all the other companies out there. I am someone who does extensive research before I commit to anything especially having work done in my new home. I would recommend you all do your research as I did for your own peace of mind. None of the other local company even came close to getting hired for the job. There prices were ridiculous, there attitudes were subpar, they were late with no phone call, or outright had no real knowledge.Dave is the owner; he takes pride in his company. I gave him a call and he came to the house the next day to do an in-home estimate (always get an in home estimate or you are getting ripped off and if the company you called shows up for an estimate with people in a van outside ready to work they are going to destroy your floor; you get what you pay for.) He measured out our rooms looked at the damage to the floor and gave us an honest answer to our dirty floors. He never tried to rip us off or sell us anything more. He identified all the mysterious gray spots and explained to us why they are there.Two weeks later I called to schedule the floor cleaning with Dave he called me back by the end of the day and I was able to get and appointment promptly (Four days on a Friday like I needed.) Our project was a two day clean so we needed a Friday and Sat since my husband and I both work. Since I work in the medical field it is hard for me to use my phone to call when I have patients. I was able to confirm everything with Dave via text message from him personally which is what I wish more place would offer. Dave and his man showed up 5 minutes early and took care of everything. There was no damage done to my walls, furniture, cabinet, molding, or doors. To my surprise when I came home I found my house back together with beautiful shinny clean floors. I could not be any happier with the results.Two days later Dave sent a follow up message to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our floors. We had a few small fillers that needed to be fixed. Dave stopped by after work filled them and our floor is perfect. I was so impressed with the services, speed, and price of this project. I will be using Dave and AAA marble again for all our future needs.I am extremely picky and work hard for my money (as we all do) so I always feel extensive research is needed if I am paying for a service, especially towards an investment in my house, it should be of high quality and I should be 100% satisfied. I am having one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with any contractor ever. This guy took money up front, failed to return a call, text or email and did not complete the job as promised leaving my floors in a horrible condition. We had to schedule with the building and he never showed and did not return a call. I would tell everyone that i know not to use Dave and his company. He is NOT reliable and has made my experience one of the most unpleasant i have encountered. Stay away

I got 3 quotes to do a job and the final one (who were on the COVER of the home pros guide magazine delivered to me in Miami-Dade) said they could start immediately and had a crew waiting in the van and would do the job for 30% less.My regrets began immediately: the crew was 1 woman unable to move anything, and the restoration was mere polishing. At the end of day 1, I could see NO difference in the floor (crema marfil tiles) - still covered in scratches. They promised to fix it, and on day 2 the man came back (without the crew) with the proper diamond honing discs, but doing a test section to completion, I could see the floor had a matte finish that was now worse looking than any other part of the house (he had now honed correctly, but couldnt polish/restore correctly).My attempt to save a few hundred dollars had turned into a disaster, and my savings going with the cheapest quote had now gone down the toilet. I got on the phone and called David at AAA and explained the situation. He had given me the first quote, which was higher, but he had clearly communicated the process and end result - a professional who does this for a living, not a jack of all trades and master of none.At this point I had already lost the use of my home for 2 days and would have been camping for many more, but Dave offered to come on a Saturday to fix the mess the other company had made, and he delivered: the floor is not just polished, but RESTORED and looks better than the day I moved in. The next time I need this work done I will call AAA first and last - no more bargain hunting.When it comes to marble restoration in Miami, I have learned that you get what you pay for.
