I really wanted this to work out because of the positive reviews, but it didnt. We need to have cloth wiring replaced. I got a quote over the phone based on square footage. When I followed up a few weeks later, someone came to our property. They looked at the inside fuse box plate and nothing else. The quote increased by more than $20K. Our square footage didnt change. He didnt inspect the wiring or look at the attic. I requested (but did not receive) an explanation from both estimate providers. I am very saddened by this experience.

We discovered vandalism done to 8% of the attic trusses in our condo. Pavel S was there to expedite the repair process so that we were able to complete the sale of our condo. He was professional and available to address our needs and provide quality workmanship. We can’t praise him enough and the integrity of his company. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
