Last year I had my convertible top replaced by Chris at Southern Auto Trim on my 2004 Anniversary Mustang( Premium pkg)- Gorgeous!Chris uses only the finest materials that truly show off his skilled workmanship. I see many replacement tops on similar Mustangs that simply cannot compare to the rich look of my sailcloth, it has a luxurious elegant appearance- I get compliments all the time .If you want the best than you neednt look any further, Chris is the right guy to choose. You certainly can request sailcloth wherever you go but unless someon knows how to work with it the finished product can be a disaster!A year later and not one problem from the day I picked it up , no leaks, air tight and pretty as a picture- thats because besides being a professional craftsman Chris has decades of experience. Hes also honest, dependable, reliable , timely and fair.Just last week I asked Chris to restore some rusty part of the convertible and he did a fantastic job, he even sprayed my wiper arms- pays attention to details and thats important to me. I cant wait to get my seats redone by him, his interior work is beautiful. I called Chris after my car dealership said they would need my car several days to diagnose and repair a leak in the sunroof. On the phone Chris was extremely courteous, professional and just an all around nice guy. This place did right by my girlfriend’s 2009 VW Beetle, which needed a headliner replacement. The owner/technician was so professional and friendly, couldn’t say enough good things. He was also the only person we spoke to on the phone who would even ballpark a price for us without first seeing the car, and it’s exactly what we paid. The quality of the work is flawless, you wouldn’t know it wasn’t a factory headliner. Absolutely deserves the five stars.

Highly recommended! The headliner (fabric on the ceiling of the car) was coming down, and had to be replaced. They did a fantastic job, delivered on time and for a good price.

My car (Toyota Venza) has a known issue with the panoramic roofs. They used a cheap seal to set it and they leak.When I called around I knew Chris was going to be the one to fix it. My immediate impression is honest and a good listener. He asked me to bring the car in and he took off the headliner and water tested it just to make sure it was that before he got any further. It certainly was that. The dealer tried to play the problem off as a windshield seal leak but in fact the whole roof leaked all the way around. Btw If you have an A-pillar leak in your venza this is your problem. Venza’s dont have drain holes or tubes that can get clogged like other cars typically do. Anyways he did the work sealed it watertight and was fair in cost. Overall I would say Chris is honest, trustworthy and professional. I’m very happy I went to him.
